The library is one of the containers used by the community to look for a variety of literature reviews in the form of books, catalogs and journals. A computerized library information system is needed to improve the quality of library services. This study aims to create a computerized system that can be used by librarians and library visitors easily. In this study, researchers used the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). For designing the model using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The design concept uses MVC (Model View Controller). The design framework used is Bootstrap and CI, while the programming language uses PHP HTML CSS and Javascript. With this library information system, it is expected to facilitate the performance of officers in serving library visitors.

This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang dapat mengakomodir manajemen aset Universitas Negeri Padang, baik dalam bentuk produk / hasil kerja dari civitas dan layanan yang diselenggarakan secara internal maupun dari pihak luar yang bekerjasama dengan Universitas Negeri Padang.. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi civitas academica dalam pengembangan bisnis dan untuk mempromosikan produk dan layanan berdasarkan kategori mereka. Desain produk dan layanan sistem informasi manajemen dibangun menggunakan model waterfall dan pola desain e-commerce dengan pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Bahasa pemrograman utama yang digunakan PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), serta CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) dan Javascript sebagai bahasa tambahan dengan MySQL sebagai Database Management System (DBMS). Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework codeigniter dengan arsitektur MVC (Model View Controller). Hasil dari sistem dapat digunakan untuk pengelolaan produk dan layanan, manajemen pemesanan sewa, kerjasama pemangku kepentingan, pengelolaan kualitas pengujian, hingga pengelolaan transaksi. Seluruh aktivitas yang terjadi pada sistem dapat didokumentasikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

An android-based comprehensive exam registration verification and validation information system. Registration for a comprehensive exam is a requirement that must be done by students to conduct a comprehensive trial. The problems of this research are (1) How to design a comprehensive online registration information system based on Android? (2) How to make a comprehensive online registration information system application. The objectives of this study are (1) to produce a comprehensive online registration information system design (2) to produce an android-based comprehensive registration information system application. A website-based comprehensive exam registration verification and validation information system to improve services in comprehensive registration. This system is built using the Model Prototype methodology, modeling Unified Modeling Language, Java programming language, Android Studio framework, and SMBD MySQL. This research resulted in the application of an Android-based comprehensive exam registration verification and validation information system that can be utilized by the Bina Darma University in the process of students who will carry out a comprehensive trial.

The analysis and design of sales and inventory information system performed at PT Nur Islami is aimed to identify the organization needs to control and manage the data and information of operational transaction. The result will be used as a base for developing a new computerized system. The activity in analysis and design is focused in sales and inventory activities, which is the main core of the organization. These needs will be documented using unified modeling language. The C# and SQL Server 2005 will be used to design and develop the application and database for fulfilling the needs. This information system will ease the organization in doing their activity in selling and monitoring the stock. On the other hand, it will also minimize the data lost, which is usually caused by the conservative storage mechanism of transactional data.

The service process in some schools is still running ineffectively, due to the aging process, such as the use of ledgers for archiving and recording of data that is managed, this requires a long time and a large cost, so it is deemed ineffective and inefficient. To overcome this problem, a computerized system is needed so that it can overcome the problem and be able to assist in speeding up the process, besides that it can improve the quality of service. This study proposes the design of a one-stop integrated service information system automatically using various methods including methods of data collection through the process of observation and interviews, current and expected analysis methods using pieces to evaluate performance and design methods using uml (unified modeling language) which includes usecase diagrams, squares diagrams and activity diagrams as tools to describe object-oriented programming languages and the use of mysql for database management, which in turn will produce a wellintegrated system. So this research can improve the quality of school services.

Sales have an important role in an organization, especially medicament sales at Pharmacies, especially at Apotik Bubulak Bogor. The use of a good information system is certainly very necessary for the Pharmacy to manage its data. In managing its sales data, this Pharmacy is still using a conventional system, so that various problems arise such as the occurrence of miscalculations in making reports, often forgetting to record transactions that occur and many still use paper as a documentation tool. So it is necessary to design a system to be implemented in the sales system. To be able to overcome various existing problems, as well as the new system can be more effective and the data produced more accurately. Therefore, to achieve this goal, it is necessary to use the right method, namely the MVC (Model View Controller) method. This MVC method can show the needs needed in building the information system. A good result of this MVC method is to separate the application logic process with the user interface.

Percetakan Mufidah Digital Printing setiap bulannya melayani order pencetakan, yang menjadi permasalahan selama ini adalah proses pelayanan kepada pelanggan yang akan melakukan order jasa percetakan tidak dapat terlayani dengan cepat hal ini karena banyaknya pelanggan serta ruang yang tersedia tidak terlalu luas dan pelanggan harus mendatangi Percetakan Mufidah Digital Printing untuk melakukan order pencetakan.  Tujuan  dari artikel ini untuk merancang sistem informasi jasa pemesanan percetakan berbasis android pada Percetakan Mufida Digital Printing Kota Gorontalo untuk memudahkan pelanggan melakukan pemesanan percetakan. Dalam merancang aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa UML (Unified  Modelling Language) dan diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan Android Studio, PHP dan MySQL. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang berusaha menggambarkan dan menginterpretasi objek sesuai dengan apa adanya, di dalamnya terdapat upaya mendeskripsikan, mencatat, analisa, dan menginterprestasikan kondisi-kondisi yang saat ini terjadi atau ada. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan test case membuktikan bahwa sistem informasi jasa pemesanan percetakan berbasis android pada mufida digital printing ini lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan secara manual. Hasil pengujian: V (G)            = 20 – 17 + 2 =  5,            V (G)              =  4  +  1 =  5,  Cyclomatic Complexity (CC)  = R1, R2, R3,R4,R5= 5. Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa desain system  informasi jasa pemesanan percetakan berbasis android  dapat  memudahkan konsumen untuk melakukan order percetakan  dengan kelebihan fitur tambahan berupa notifikasi untuk pelanggan sehingga mempermudah proses produksi dari order cetakan yang dilakukan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Mufida , android, php, mysql Printing of Mufidah Digital Printing every month serving printing orders, which has been a concern so far is the process of service to customers who will order printing services cannot be served quickly because this Mufidah Digital Printing customers make printing orders. The purpose of this article is to open an android-based printing order ordering information system in Gorontalo City Mufida Digital Printing Printing to provide printing ordering services. In completing this application using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) language and implemented using Android Studio, PHP and MySQL. The method used is descriptive research that discusses and interprets objects that are in accordance with what exists, where there are those that involve describing, loading, analyzing, and interpreting the conditions that currently occur or exist. Based on the test results using a test case prove that the Android-based ordering information system on digital printing mufida is more effective and efficient using manuals. Test results: V (G) = 20-17 + 2 = 5, V (G) = 4 + 1 = 5, Cyclone Complexity (CC) = R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 = 5. In this educational institution in the payroll information system is still using the calculation manually and using MS aids program. Excel. In this study using SWOT method as a method used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and system threats that run today through several stages of interview and literature study. Which produces a payroll information system that can manage computerized payroll, perform absentee calculations, automatically calculate monthly salary, allowances calculation, present salary slips and salary reports required every month or every year and others. System design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool, while in making system program using MySQL tool to design database and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as programming language.

This research aimed for the inpatient medical resume  information system design completeness at RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Writer did the research observation at RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Method research were used qualitative methode with descriptive approach, Development methode used waterfall development method. From result of this research couducted found problems: checking process of medical resume s was not effective so that completeness system of medical resume s did not run properly, there was a the inpatient medical resume  was not complete, there was often implementation has been delayed return inpatient medical record. Therefore, the authors make the design of information system medical resume  inpatients Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a design method, using Hypertext Processor (PHP)as a program application and MySQL as database.The suggestions from writer is there should have been the development of medical resume  information system design completeness to ease process of the required information, having a sosialization to all health officer about filling medical resume s, need to remind to an officer of the room on must of filling medical resume s
