This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the financial performance of the banking sector in Indonesia. This type of research is comparative, the population in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 45 companies, the sampling technique is by using purposive sampling with a total sample of 5 banking companies. The data source uses secondary data in the form of financial reports with data collection techniques using library research. The data analysis technique used the paired-sample t-test and Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was no difference in the financial performance of the banking sector for the variables of capital, asset quality, and liquidity before and during the covid-19 pandemic with a significance value of 0.538, 0.444, and 0.191 respectively, while for the profitability variable there were differences in the profitability of banking in Indonesia before and during the covid-19 pandemic with a significance value of 0.019.

This study examines the impact of technology on the performance of financial investment in banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange to prove its influence on the development of the banking company's financial performance. The data used in this research is secondary data uses financial statements that have been audited. Data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Results showed that between investments in information technology affect the company's financial performance. The results of this study illustrate that the company's financial performance would be if the investment in information technology in the company are used effectively and efficiently. This research is important for companies and organizations, in order to better the use or utilization of information technology in the enterprise. The company is only limited to the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, then further research is recommended to add criteria and indicator others that have not been addressed in this study, in addition to subsequent authors can also extend the sample population to another company with a different field such as manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this research is to look into the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on profitability (ROA). Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is measured by the costs of environmental development, partnerships, and employee welfare. This study employs 45 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2017 to 2019, with a total sample of 42 drawn from a purposive sampling technique. The financial statements issued by the company each year are the source of the data. Multiple regression analysis methods are used in data analysis. According to this study, the cost of environmental development will reduce the company's profitability. The same is true for the relationship between partnership costs and employee welfare costs and the profitability of Indonesia Stock Exchange-listed banking companies in 2017-2019.

This study aims to examine the impact of IFRS implementation and audit quality which represented by client importance on timely loss recognition.This study uses profitability as control variable. This research was conducted in the manufacture companies except BUMN and financial companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. This research study used a quantitative research with secondary data. Population in this research are 151 companies, the sample withdrawal method using purposive sampling technique to obtain the number of samples, are 18 companies with 5 years of observation data as much as 90 data. Research data in the form of annual financial reports that published by BEI or Indonesian Stock. Exchange. The data analysis technique that used is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS program ver. 21. Based on the result of testing the hypothesis, showed that the implementation of IFRS have a significant impact on timely loss recognition, audit quality as a independent variableand profitability as a control variable doesn’t show any significant impact on timely loss recognition

This study aims to analyze whether there is an effect of intellectual capital on financial performance as moderated by the company's reputation. The financial performance is seen from the financial ratios, namely the ratio of profitability (return on assets).  This type of research is classified into comparative research. The population in this study were 45 banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2014-2018. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 36 banks with a total sample of 180 samples. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesian stock exchange www.idx.id  and published financial reports on the websites of each bank sample. Based on the results of the regression test with a significant level of 0.1; The results obtained indicate (1) there is a significant effect of intellectual capital on financial performance. Abstract: The purpose of purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), profitability, and leverage on firm value in mining companies. This study used secondary data from financial reports, annual reports, and other related information of mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchage (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period. The research method used is the explanatory method. The population in this study were mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period, which were 41 companies with total sample 30 companies that matches the criteria. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that only Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable measured by board of director has a positive and significant effect on the firm value, meanwhile profitability variable measured by Return On Asset (ROA), leverage variable measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable measured by board of commissioner independent not significantly impact on the firm value in mining companies.

This research aims to determine the impact of privatization on the financial performance of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is comparative, data sources using secondary data with data collection techniques using documentation and literature studies.The population in this research is all State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) that have been privatized in IDX. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with 5 companies. Data analysis techniques using normality testing, independent sample T-test, and Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was a difference in the financial performance of SOES after privatization was seen from the ratio of solvency, activity, and solvency with significance values of 0.030, 0.170, and 0.001. Whereas if viewed from the liquidity ratio, the privatization does not give the difference in the financial performance of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in IDX with a significance value of 0.088. This insulation also finds that privatization has a bad impact on the performance of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) from profitability and activity ratios, but has a good impact when viewed from the ratio of solvency and liquidity.

This study aims to determine both the Springate model, Grover and Zmijewski able to predict the condition of financial distress in finance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. And of the three models can be known which model is the most accurate in predicting financial distress. The population in this study are companies in the financing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013 to 2017 as many as 17 companies. By using purposive sampling technique, a total sample of 85 financing companies was obtained. The data used are secondary data sourced from the company's annual financial reports. The analysis model used is logistic regression. Simultaneously, all predictive models for Springate, Zmijewski, and Grover affect the probability of financial distress. While partially only Zmijewski can influence the prediction of financial distress conditions in Financing sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Nagelkerqe Square value shows 0.606 meaning that only 60.6% variation of the accuracy of these three models in predicting financial distress conditions of finance companies. While the remaining 39.4% can be explained by other models not examined in this study

The authors propose in this study to evaluate financial performance applications for stock prices of the Indonesian Stock Exchange in manufacturing companies. The method of research used here is a quantitative descriptive method. In that statement, Indonesian Stock Exchange manufacturing companies between 2016 and 2018 are the population use in this research, using the sampling technique Purpose Sampling. This research uses secondary data from 2016 to 2018, the financial reports of Indonesian Stock Exchange manufacturing companies. The Indonesian stock exchange web site has been provided with all data sources at https://www.idx.co.id, and searching for www.google.id. Our analysis shows that book value prices and the net profit margin affect stock prices. The value of financial performance at the Indonesian Stock Bourses manufacturing companies' cost amounts to 64.5 percent, while other factors not listed in this study account for 35.4 percent.

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. This study aimed to find out the effect of managerial ownership, financial performance, corporate competition on stock prices with capital structure as the intervening variable in the coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Managerial ownership variables by the shareholding presentation. Financial performance variables by Total Asset Turnover (TATO). Firm competition variable by Concentration Ratio (CR). Capital structure variables by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Stock prices variable by Price to Book Value (PBV). The population of this study was the coal mining companies listed on the IDX. This study used Purposive as the sampling technique. The data source was secondary data from financial statements published through the IDX official website. This study used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with a quantitative approach using regression techniques with the E-Views version 10 program. The results of this study showed that the dealings of managerial ownership had a positive and significant effect on DER, TATO had a negative and not significant effect on DER, while CR had a negative and significant effect on DER. The dealings of managerial ownership, TATO, DER has a positive and significant effect on PBV, while CR has a negative and not significant. The dealings of managerial ownership influences PBV through DER, interestingly TATO has no effect on PBV through DER and CR influences PBV through DER
