This article presents the research result about the application of magnetic card reader (Radio Frequency Identification – RFID) in managing patients’ information and building a website which helps patients in booking an appointment with doctors by mobile phone or computer. In conducting the research, some methods are used such as reading books, magazines, finding online documents, surveying the way of managing data at hospital, analyzing, designing model of data, programing and testing. The study has successfully built a website and a computer application which can read information in RFID. It allow users to resolve problems including online examination registering, doctors’ timetable managing, and patients’ examination time arranging automatically and exactly.

The scarcity of fuel oil in Indonesia often occurs due to delays in delivery caused by natural factors or transportation constraints. Theaim of this research is to develop systems of fuel distribution monitoring online and realtime using rule base reasoning method and radio frequency identification technology. The rule-based reasoning method is used as a rule-based reasoning model used for monitoring distribution and determine rule-based safety stock. The monitoring system program is run with a web-based computer application. Radio frequency identification technology is used by utilizing radio waves as an media identification. This technology is used as a system of tracking and gathering information from objects automatically. The research data uses data of delayed distribution of fuel from fuel terminal to consumer. The monitoring technique uses the time of departure, the estimated time to arrive, the route / route passed by a fuel tanker attached to the radio frequency Identification tag. This monitoring system is carried out by the radio frequency identification reader connected online at any gas station or specified position that has been designed with study case in Semarang. The results of the research covering the status of rule based reasoning that sends status, that is timely and appropriate paths, timely and truncated pathways, late and on track, late and cut off, and tank lost. The monitoring system is also used in determining the safety stock warehouse, with the safety stock value determined based on the condition of the stock warehouse rules.

Indonesian Goverment launched rice program for poor households, called as Program
Beras Miskin (RASKIN) with the aim to help poor families in the avaibility of rice. Raskin
program is still raises problems so that the benefits received are not significant for poor families.
The purpose of this study was to describe about distribution proccess of Raskin especially in
Bekasi City, mapping constraints experienced in the implementation of Raskin distribution and
make a design of Rice ATM information system for Raskin distribution in Bekasi City. The
research methodology used in this study began with observation of the research object to obtain
preliminary data in Raskin general guidlines, number of seeds of households needs and Raskin
beneficiary mapping in study area. Research result is a design of system information with RFID
implementation to improve the effectiveness and the achievement of Raskin objectives program.
Keywords: Raskin, RFID, System Information.

Abstract: Garbage bins or dust bins are those that are put in public places in cities and are currently overflowing due to an increase in waste every day. It harms people's health by spreading deadly infections. To avoid this, smart bins will be designed with sensors such as an infrared sensor, a weight sensor, a photoelectric sensor, and radio frequency identification (RFID) card reader. If someone throws trash into the smart bins, a photoelectric sensor will identify the clear representation objects, and a weight sensor will be positioned beneath the smart bin to calculate the percentage of garbage present it will forward the information to the authorities in charge of that specific location. As a result, the relevant authorities can get messages until the bin is squished, and each bin is assigned a unique ID, which will appear on the screen of the respected officer, allowing them to take fast action. If a person is within two meters radius of the bin that contains an RFID CARD READER, the RFID reader will read all of that person's information and send a message to him about what they placed into the bin, as well as an appreciation message for using the bin. Keywords: Arduino NANO, GSM Module, Smart Dustbin, IoT, Arduino Uno.
