The second variabels is dividen, leverage, institutional ownership as mechanism variables to agency conflict as independent variable. Then, the control variable used firm size. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression of pooled data analysis. The results of this study is a positive effect dividend to company's performace of the first. Then, the second is a positive impact leverage to company's performace. The last is a positive impact institutional ownership to company's performace.
There were inconsistencies on the results of some ERM researches formerly. There were some variabilities on the benefits and obstacles hampering the implementation of ERM. The purpose of this research is to study the benefits of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to increase firm performance.

This research used quantitative method, using the statistical software of eviews 9 to process the data samples. The Sampled firms arecompanies listed in the Indonesian stock exchange. 108 questionnaires were filled by the respondents. The variables measured are firm performances and enterprise risk management. The implementation of corporate governance and firm performance are also measured as control variables. Regression procedures were used to analyze the data samples. Some secondary data were also used to enrich analizing the research phenomena.

The research findings showed a significant relationship between ERM with firm performance. The effect of ERM as independent variable on firm performance waso significant so that the influence of corporate governance (CG) as control variable became insignificant. Actually based on individual regression, CG influence on firm performance is significant. But totally the influence became insignificant, hampered by the magnitude of ERM influence significancy. These findings add to positive heuristics of falsification model of research as proposed by Imre Lakatos.

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Companies need an optimal capital structure so that there are no problems that will later impact the risk of high corporate bankruptcy. Capital structure will be optimal if there is no agency problem. Agency problems occur because of differences in interests between managers, investors, and creditors. To reduce agency conflict, corporate governance is needed. Institutional ownership and the size of the audit committee are used in this study as part of corporate governance. Debt to equity ratio was used to measure capital structure in this study. The sample used in this study amounted to 76 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that institutional ownership has a significant effect on capital structure, while the audit committee has no significant effect on capital structure. Keywords: capital structure, corporate governance, institusional ownership, audit committee

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership on agency costs in textile companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2014-2018 period. This is to determine the effect of institutional ownership on agency costs in textile companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2014-2018 period. This research is quantitative research. The method used by the writer in analyzing the data in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. In this study, researchers used secondary data in the form of company records on financial reports related to this study. The results of this study are multiple linear regression equations showing each independent variable to the dependent variable. The value of α is -0.104, which indicates that agency costs decrease by -0.104 percent if managerial ownership (X1) and institutional ownership (X2) are equal to zero. The value of β1 is 0.346 which indicates that for every 1% increase in managerial ownership, agency costs will decrease by 0.346% assuming the other variables are constant. The value of β2 is 0.267 which indicates that for every 1% increase in institutional ownership, agency costs will decrease by 0.267%, assuming the other variables are constant.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of political connection toward the earnings management of service sector companies with control variables firm size and audit quality. Firms political connection measured by using dummy variable. Earnings management is proxied by discretionary accrual which is measured by using Modified Jones Model. The research data applied in this study are the secondary data which are taken from the annual reports of service sector companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange of 2016-2017 periods. There are 330 observations fit as sample, which are taken by using purposive sampling method. Data are processed by applying the multiple linear regression test. The result show that the political connection had positive but not significant influence to earnings management. Firm size had negative but not significant influence to earnings management. Whereas the audit quality had a negative and significant influence to earnings management.

Audit delay and timeliness are important factors that influence the quality of accounting information in term of relevance. This study provides empirical evidence to answer the question of how bankruptcy possibility impacts on audit delay and timeliness. This research studies manufacturing firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2012-2016. Data are taken from official website of IDX. This study is a quantitative research that seek to find out relationship between independent variable and dependent variable. External secondary data used are annual reports accessed from IDX website. Measurement used is Z-Score Altman model prediction, while simple linear regression is employed as technical analysis. This study finds that bankruptcy possibility which is measured by ZScore is negatively influence audit delay and timeliness. Any decrease of Z-Score shows the possibility of a company experience bankruptcy and therefore causes audit delay and timeliness.
