The main purpose of the article is to analyse the language and argumentation used by Polish politicians in debates on equality and gender equality rights. The material analysed in the article includes shorthand records gathered in the internet archives of the Sejm and the Senate during legislative works on the bill on the equal status of men and women. The conclusion, drawn after the analysis, supports the initial theses of the authors (Marek Czyżewski, Sergiusz Kowalski, Andrzej Piotrowski), who claimed that the basic “mode of public discourse” in Poland is the so-called “ritual chaos”, which manifests a lack of will of agreement and ostentatious self-presentation. During the debate the MPs defined the key words such as “equality” and “parity” in various manner, they marginalised the problem of discrimination of sexes and showed a lack of professionalism in their presentations. It was surprising to see one of the strongest voices against the bill presented by the representative of the “Platforma Obywatelska”, which normally claims liberalism and equality. Meanwhile, the most rational and balanced views and arguments for equality of rights for women were presented by a representative of the “Samoobrona”.

This study aims to describe Javanese women’s personality in the perspective of feminism and gender equality and inequality in Serat Suluk Residriya and Serat Wulang Putri. It employed the qualitative research design and modern philology. The findings are as follows. Javanese women’s personality in Serat Suluk Residriya includes their images. Gender inequality in Serat Suluk Residriya includes subordination, woman stereotype, rights to use but not to possess, women as sexual objects, and polygamy. Gender inequality in Serat Wulang Putri shows that women must have a lot of children. Gender equality in Sera Wulang Putrishows that men and women have equal rights to be ascetic, knowledgeable, skillful, brave and great, and wealthy.

Studies examining the effects of gender on honesty, deceptive behavior, pro-sociality, and risk aversion, often find significant differences between men and women. The present study contributes to the debate by exploiting one of the largest tax compliance experiments to date in a highly controlled environment conducted in the United States, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Italy. Our expectation was that the differences between men’s and women’s behavior would correlate broadly with the degree of gender equality in each country. Where social, political and cultural gender equality is greater we expected behavioral differences between men and women to be smaller. In contrast, our evidence reveals that women are significantly more compliant than men in all countries. Furthermore, these patterns are quite consistent across countries in our study. In other words, the difference between men’s and women’s behavior is not significantly different in more gender neutral countries than in more traditional societies.

Would-be-daters are surrounded by media messages that both target one gender and pit men and women against each other in the dating game (i.e., gendered relationship messages). How do these messages influence relationship initiation? In the present research, we focus on the consequences of being primed with gendered dating messages via actual book titles. We propose that such messages should have mixed consequences depending on (a) whether the reader’s gender is congruent with the message’s target gender and (b) the dating outcome. In two experiments, we tested how exposure to gendered dating messages influences emotions, motivation, and self-presentation. Individuals exposed to gender-incongruent messages exhibited higher self-protection motives. Conversely, those exposed to gender-congruent messages experienced reduced feelings of vulnerability, yet had the counterproductive consequence of creating less likeable self-presentations. Would-be-daters should be cautious in their exposure to both gender-congruent and gender-incongruent dating messages.

Emancipation and Gender Equality became a hot issue in the 20s. Women are judged to be entitled to the same rights as men in education, politics, economics, and others. Rohanna Kuddus, a woman from Koto Gadang, West Sumatra, dedicates her life to improving women of origin. In the 19th century, Minangkabau women were still underprivileged and marginalized. Rohana Kuddus believes that women must make a move to change their condition. Various movements were pioneered by Rohanna Kudus, ranging from gender struggle movements to politics. Rohana Kuddus: Gender and Socio-Political Movements uses research methods to collect interview sources, books, journals, and data from the internet that discusses Ruhana Kuddus. The limit of this paper is to look at the movements of Rohanna Kuddus in achieving gender equality and the various political movements that are running.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan ketersebaran gagasan feminisme, yakni apakah gagasan tersebut juga menjangkau kaum lelaki? Penelitian ini menggunakan teori feminisme dan berpijak pada data berupa dua sajak yang ditulis penyair laki­laki, yakni sajak “Adam di Firdaus” karya Subagio Sastrowardojo dan sajak “Perempuan” karya Emha Ainun Nadjib. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa corak feminisme dalam puisi tidak hanya didominasi oleh penyair perempuan. Beberapa sajak yang ditulis oleh penyair laki­laki seperti Subagio Sastrowardojo dengan sajaknya "Adam di Firdaus" dan Emha Ainun Nadjib dengan sajaknya "Perempuan" juga menunjukkan gagasan feminisme. Namun, berbeda dengan sajak feminis yang ditulis oleh penyair perempuan yang umumnya menghadirkan perempuan sebagai korban ideologi gender, dalam sajak feminis yang ditulis oleh penyair laki­laki kesadaran feminisme dan kesetaraan gender baru muncul setelah perempuan direpresentasikan sebagai korban ideologi gender. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the spreads of the idea of feminism, i.e., whether the idea will also reach out to the men. This study uses feminist theory and is based on the data in the forms of two poems written by two male poets, "Adam di Firdaus” by Subagio Sastrowardojo and "Perempuan” by Emha Ainun Nadjib. The result shows that the colour of feminism in poetry is not dominated by female poets. Some poetries written by male poets such as Subagio Sastrowardojo with his poem "Adam di Firdaus" and Emha Ainun Nadjib with his poem "Perempuan" also show the idea of feminism. However, different from poetries of feminism written by female poets which commonly represents woman as a victim of gender ideology, in poetries of feminism written by male poets, the awareness of feminism and gender equality appear after the woman is represented as a victim of gender ideology. Today, in most countries, the equal legal status of women and men, as well as the equal opportunity to execute it in society, that is, gender equality, has long been a commonplace in public discourse and politics. In Ukraine, equality between men and women is declared at the constitutional level, which testifies to the approach of the Ukrainian state and civil society to the European and world level of solving gender problems. The execution of the legal regulation of the state gender policy in Ukraine is considered by the normative legal acts of two levels: supranational and national and the results of their implementation. The actual problem of not only creating a sufficient regulatory and legal field, but also its compliance is analyzed. Moreover, attention is paid to the facts of violation and neglect of the current legislation, which in turn leads to the preservation of gender inequality in Ukrainian society, where most property, power and general influence belong to men. There is a need to develop a new paradigm of state power, which should envisage the optimal use of human resources, in particular its female component and, ultimately, the achievement of gender equality as an important part of the development strategy, which is intended to enable all men and women to improve their living standards. It is argued that the relevance of gender equality in the contemporary historical context will be maintained in the short term. This is due to the fact that the problems of gender inequality, and therefore of socio-economic and political discrimination against women, cannot be solved solely by state reforms, since a system of rules that forbid any deterioration of women's rights is unlikely to operate without an effective system for monitoring of norms implementation.

The research that the authors do is focused on the value of gender equality contained in the material of PAI and how to implement it in a learning process. The methode used is descriptive-qualitative. From the research conducted found that 1). There is still a gender bias of men and women who consciously or unconsciously have been presented in the PAI textbooks used in SD 2). Gender Equality in PAI Learning has no learning process or treatment to students outside of gender biased class 3). Teachers' Efforts in Embedding the Value of Gender Equality through learning is To increase insight and raise awareness about gender equality, Action and gender anti-discrimination in PAI learning process and out-of-class activities, Be sensitive to gender issues both in learning and in the use of material books PAI.

The slogan of gender equality and gender equality is constantly being used today and unfortunately it raises more objections to Islamic injunctions than to women's rights. Although Islam is a compete code of conduct for human life and its rules have taken care of human nature, so in the rules that apply to both men and women, the natural characteristics of both have been taken into consideration. Because of the development of various forms of media today, objections to Islamic injunctions in the name of gender equality are gaining strength. This article seeks to ascertain the validity of these objections and compares the specific provisions of Islamic criminal law regarding women with the existing laws of Pakistan. As a result of this comparison, it has come to light that on the one hand, in some cases, women have been given less rights than men, such as not accepting their testimony in the cases clearly defined by ALLAH (in Qur’an called as حدود الله) and the Diyat  (دیت)of a woman is equal to half of the Diyat (دیت) of a man etc. On the other hand, in most of the rulings, women are given precedence over men, such as in case of fighting in a war along with men, the renouncement of Qisas or any other charges from women, respite in stoning due to pregnancy, the renouncement of Qisas or any other charges in case of forced compulsion by someone else, renouncement of Diyat (دیت) in Qisamat and the condition of being with a Mehram (محرم) in exile etc., and even  where their rights are apparently less evident, there is a clear consideration of their nature in implementing of those laws..
