Majority people of the District are Saraiki speaking in Dera Ghazi Khan but they under the strong hold of Baloch feudal Lords. Feudalism is not a new issue in our society actually it is an ancient issue of the human society. The term feudalism was started from Europe in medical period during the decline of Roman empire. The continuous wars between Great Britain and France divided the people and stratification of society appeared in Europe. Feudalism was very close to the policy of divide and rule. In 1857 colonial Government was established in India and they also exercised the same. They won the second Sikh war in 1849 and then with annexation of Punjab they became the ruler of India. With their extension policy they marched toward the west of Indus. During forward policy they granted and obliged the various tribes of Dera Ghazi Khan. But after 1854 when they marched in Balochistan they faced a strong and powerful resistance in the tribal belt of Dera Ghazi which was an important route and area before Balochistan. The continual resistance forced the colonial government to negotiate with tribes. In this regard Robert Sandeman was given the Task to manage these tribes and after mutual discussion in 1866 Sandeman became successful to form the Tumans in Dera Ghazi Khan. The tribal Chief was appointed as a Tumandar. Tumandar or the feudal lord is very powerful in his Tuman and the feudal system is still existing even in 21st century.

Abstract There is a lot of negotiation on freedom of speech. There is no doubt that man is born free. Every religion in the world is convinced of the freedom of human beings, but to what extent man has this freedom. Is man allowed to put any kind of materialism in the freedom he enjoys or is it not?  Does religion, especially Islam, give freedom to man or not? This research discusses these questions۔ According to divine teachings, man is also made free. However, the freedom of man is rooted in the relationship between man (Abd) and God. The meaning of freedom within divine religions is associated with the concept of humanity (Abdit). The concept of 'Abdit' is very broad in Islam. If a man imagines that he is a servant of God, he must also demonstrate godly worship. The freedom of humanity that is talked about today is terrible, in which the relationship between man and God is not taken care of and Islam is blamed that Islam destroys human freedom. In the ideology of Islam, the freedom of human being is a sacred phenomenon. There is no inflation in this regard. Let man not sell his freedom to any other man. That is, do not enslave anyone other than God. Hazrat Ali ibn Abi Talib said: "O man, do not go into the custody of any other human being, for Allah has created you free.

High-status positions and leadership at the state level require high moral values in every country and society. This fundamental principle is common irrespective of countries' religious or liberal orientation despite some variations in its details. Pakistan came into being in the name of Allah, and Muslims of this region laid countless sacrifices. Thus they demanded Islamic laws and principles. This desire of Muslims was expressed in the Objectives Resolution. The inception of articles 62 & 63 in the constitution of Pakistan 1973 also reflects their passion through the eligibility criteria of the country's leadership. Article 62 demands members of parliament to run the state affairs under the principles of Islamic values, including truthfulness, honesty and trustworthiness; they should follow the same principles to lead their individual lives. Article 63 explains if there is any mismanagement in the administrative matters of a member of parliament, he would be deposed from that position. Both these articles are absolutely according to the Islamic teachings. Muslim history also endorses the high moral values for leadership. In this essay, articles 63 and 63 are thoroughly analyzed under Islamic teachings and history.

The Chapter of Fatiha is conceived as one of the paramount chapters of the Holy Qur’an; rather, it is unprecedented one in the sense that not a similar chapter has been revealed in any of revealed Books including the Qur’an itself. Also, as many prophetic traditions have been narrated with regard to its virtues as not narrated concerning any other chapter; the objectives of this chapter have extensively been discussed more than other chapter; and this chapter is characterized by having many names more than all other chapters. Moreover, this chapter, despite of being conciseness, comprises of three types of Tawhid (Oneness of God); namely, Oneness in terms of Lordship, Oneness in terms of Divinity, and Oneness in terms of Names and Attributes. Similarly, this chapter is characterized with many other features: such as the role of this chapter in attracting benefits and removing harms, healing of deceased, (getting divine) guidance, and fulfilling necessities. In addition to this, the Qur’an begins with this chapter. It is stated that it is one of the basic elements of the prayer without which prayer does not stand valid. It, by all means, indicates to the sublime nature, great features and magnificent virtues that this chapter holds. Meanwhile, the researcher adopts hybrid methodology: namely inductive one and critical one. On the one hand, critical method is adopted for searching and gathering all relevant traditions that discuss in one way or another this chapter; and, on the other hand, inductive method is adopted for analyzing the relevant traditions and drawing significant conclusions therefrom.
