Abstract: Coffee contains caffeine which acts to increase cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) production in order to stimulate the motility of spermatozoa. Smoking affects the process of spermatogenesis, semen quality, and testosterone level. This study aimed to determine the effect of coffee on sperm quality of wistar rats exposed to cigarette smoke. This was a descriptive observational study. Samples were 6 wistar rats divided into 3 groups, each of 2 rats. The control group (P0) was exposed to cigarette smoke of 2 cigarettes/day. The P1 group was exposed to cigarette smoke (2 cigarettes/day) and was given 40 mg coffee solution; and the P2 group was exposed to cigarette smoke (2 cigarettes/day) and was given 80 mg coffee solution. The results showed that rats in P2 group showed increases and improvement in the spermatozoa concentration 70.9x106/ml, motility of spermatozoa category A by 55%, and morphologically normal spermatozoa by 55.5%. Conclusion: Coffee can improve the sperm quality of wistar rats Rattus norvegicus exposed to cigarette smoke.Keywords: cigarette, coffee, sperm qualityAbstrak: Kopi mengandung kafein yang berfungsi meningkatkan produksi siklik adenosin monofosfat (cAMP) yang merangsang gerakan spermatozoa. Rokok memengaruhi proses spermatogenesis, kualitas semen, dan kadar hormon testosteron. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kopi terhadap kualitas spermatozoa tikus wistar jantan yang diberi paparan asap rokok. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional deskriptif. Sampel sebanyak 6 ekor tikus wistar jantan: 2 ekor tikus wistar jantan sebagai kontrol (P0) yang hanya diberi paparan asap rokok 2 batang/hari; 2 ekor tikus wistar jantan diberi paparan asap rokok 2 batang/hari dan 40 mg larutan kopi (P1); dan 2 ekor tikus wistar jantan diberi paparan asap rokok 2 batang/hari dan 80 mg larutan kopi (P2). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan pada kelompok P2 terjadi peningkatan konsentrasi spermatozoa sebesar 70,9x106/ml, peningkatan motilitas spermatozoa kategori A sebesar 55% dan morfologi normal spermatozoa sebesar 55,5%. Simpulan: Kopi dapat meningkatkan kualitas spermatozoa tikus wistar jantan Rattus norvegicus yang diberi paparan asap rokok.Kata kunci: rokok, kopi, kualitas spermatozoa

Abstract: High temperatures lead to oxidative stress which can decrease the quality of spermatozoa. Mangosteen rind contains polyphenols inter alia xanthones which have antioxidant properties. As free radical scavengers, the xanthones provide fast hydrogen atom movement into the lipid radicals and turn them into more stable forms. This study aimed to determine the effect of extract of mangosteen rind on wistar male sperm quality exposed to heat. This was an experimental study with a posttest randomized control group design. Samples were 6 wistar rats divided into 2 groups: group P0 was exposured to 400C of temperature; group P1 was exposured to the same temperature however the rats were given extract of mangosteen rind. The treatment was done for 52 days. The results showed that P1 group showed some improvement in the quality of spermatozoa with an average concentration of spermatozoa 76.5, x 106 mL, average percentage of motility 82.2%, average percentage of morphologically normal spermatozoa 81.7%, and average percentage of abnormal morphology 18.3%. Conclusion: Extract of mangosteen rind can increase and improve the spermatozoa quality (concentration, motility, and morphology) of wistar rats exposed to heat.Keywords: quality of spermatozoa, xanthones, exposure to heat, oxidative stressAbstrak: Suhu panas memicu terjadinya stres oksidatif yang dapat menurunkan kualitas spermatozoa. Kulit buah manggis memiliki kandungan polifenol yaitu xanthone yang memiliki sifat antioksidan. Xanthone sebagai antioksidan yaitu penangkal radikal bebas memberikan atom hidrogen secara cepat ke radikal lipid dan mengubahnya menjadi bentuk yang lebih stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak kulit buah manggis terhadap kualitas spermatozoa wistar jantan yang diberi paparan suhu panas. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental dengan rancangan “post test randomized control group design”. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 6 ekor wistar yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok: kelompok P0 diberikan paparan suhu panas 400c, kelompok P1 diberikan paparan suhu sebesar 40°c dan ekstrak kulit buah manggis. Perlakuan dilakukan selama 52 hari. Hasil penelitian pada kelompok P1 menunjukkan perbaikan kualitas spermatozoa dengan rerata konsentrasi spermatozoa (76,5,x106 mL), rerata motilitas 82,2%, rerata morfologi normal spermatozoa 81,7%, dan rerata morfologi abnormal 18,3%. Simpulan: Pemberian ekstrak kulit buah manggis dapat meningkatkan kualitas spermatozoa (konsentrasi, motilitas, dan morfologi) dari wistar jantan Rattus norvegicus yang diberi paparan suhu panas.Kata kunci: kualitas spermatozoa, xanthone, paparan suhu panas, stres oksidatif

Abstract: Cigarette smoke causes oxidative stress which impact on the quality of spermatozoa. Xanthones in mangosteen rind extract acts as an antioxidant to neutralize free radicals as resistance to oxidative stress. This study aimed to determine the effect of mangosteen rind extract to the quality of spermatozoa of wistar rats that are exposed to cigarette smoke. This research is an experimental approach to post-test only control group design. Samples were 9 wistar rats divided 3 groups: The control group was given exposure to cigarette smoke 1 cigarettes/day, treatment group 1 was given exposure to cigarette smoke 1 cigarettes/day and extract mangosteen rind 10 mg/kg/day, treatment group 2 1 given exposure to cigarette smoke cigarettes/day and mangosteen peel extract 20 mg/kg/day. The treatment was done for 50 days. The result showed that treatment 1 and treatment 2 shows the improvement of the quality of spermatozoa with an average concentration (85.7×105/ml and 76.6×105/ml), average percentage of normal motility (76.76% and 85%), and average percentage of normal morphology (90% and 98.67%). Conclusion: mangosteen rind extract can improve the quality of spermatozoa (concentration and motility) of wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus) that are exposed to cigarette smoke.Keywords: quality of spermatozoa, xanthones, smoke, oxidative stressAbstrak: Asap rokok menyebabkan stres oksidatif yang berdampak pada penurunan kualitas spermatozoa. Perlakuan dilakukan selama 50 hari. Hasil penelitian pada perlakuan 1 dan perlakuan 2 menunjukkan perbaikan kualitas spermatozoa dengan rerata konsentrasi (85,7×105/ml dan 76,6×105/ml), rerata motilitas normal (76,76% dan 85%), rerata morfologi normal (90% dan 98,67%). Simpulan: Pemberian ekstrak kulit buah manggis dapat meningkatkan kualitas spermatozoa (konsentrasi dan motilitas) dari tikus wistar (Rattus norvegicus) yang dipapari asap rokok.Kata kunci: kualitas spermatozoa, xanthone, asap rokok, stres oksidatif

Abstract: Excessive exercise can cause an increase in free radicals 2-3 times. Cigarette smoke can also increase free radicals and reduce antioxidants in semen, therefore, it can cause DNA damage through cellular DNA fragmentation. Free radicals can come from endogenous sources, such as the normal oxidation reaction in mitochondria, peroxisomes, whereas free radicals from exogenous sources come from cigarette smoke, inflammation, and excessive exercise training. This study was aimed to compare the effect of excessive exercise and exposure to cigarette smoke on the quality of sperm of Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus). This was an experimental study using a post-test only control group design. Samples were 9 Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus) divided into 3 groups: P0 group, the control group without any treatment; P1 group, treated with excessive intensity exercise; and P2 group, treated with 2-cigarette-smoke exposure. The treatment was carried out for 50 days. The results showed differences in concentration between study groups but not statistically significant (P>0.05). Motility showed significant differences in normal motility of group P0 and P1 (P=0.002), and of group P0 and P2 (P=0). Morphology showed a significant difference between groups P0 and P1 (P=0.004). Conclusion: Excessive exercise and exposure to cigarette smoke affect the quality of spermatozoa of Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus).Keywords: excessive exercise, cigarette smoke, sperm quality Abstrak: Olahraga berlebihan dapat menyebabkan peningkatan radikal bebas sebanyak 2–3 kali. Asap rokok dapat meningkatkan radikal bebas serta menurunkan antioksidan dalam cairan semen sehingga dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan DNA melalui fragmentasi DNA seluler. Radikal bebas dapat berasal dari sumber endogen, yaitu pada reaksi reduksi oksidasi normal dalam mitokondria, peroksisom, sedangkan radikal bebas dari sumber eksogen berasal dari asap rokok, inflamasi, dan latihan olahraga berlebihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara pengaruh olahraga berlebihan dan paparan asap rokok terhadap kualitas spermatozoa tikus Wistar (Rattus norvegicus). Jenis penelitian ialah eksperimental dengan post-test only control group design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 9 ekor tikus wistar (Rattus norvegicus) dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok: kelompok P0 tidak diberikan olahraga berlebihan dan paparan asap rokok; kelompok P1 diberikan olahraga berlebihan intensitas berat; dan kelompok P2 diberikan paparan asap rokok 2 batang. Perlakuan dilakukan selama 50 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan konsentrasi antar kelompok penelitian, namun analisis statistik menunjukkan hasil yang tidak bermakna (P>0,05). Pada motilitas didapatkan hasil bermakna untuk motilitas normal dan abnormal kelompok P0 dan P1 (P=0,002), serta kelompok P0 dan P2 (P=0). Pada morfologi didapatkan hasil bermakna antara kelompok P0 dan P1 (P=0,004). Simpulan: Pemberian olahraga berlebihan dan paparan asap rokok berpengaruh terhadap kualitas spermatozoa tikus Wistar (Rattus norvegicus).Kata kunci: olahraga berlebihan, asap rokok, kualitas spermatozoa

Background: Infertility has been more common problems among couple of reproductive age. One of the factors causing this disorder is unhealthy environmental factors including exposure to cigarette smoke. Polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in cigarette smoke can cause testicular atrophy, while the free radicals can inhibit the stages of spermatogenesis, and nicotine in cigarettes affects the brain dopamine levels affecting the levels of GnRH, and subsequently affect the levels of FSH and LH needed in spermatogenesis. The use of Mucuna pruriens seed extract containing antioxidants and L-dopa is expected to improve the quality of sperm after exposure to cigarette smoke. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of Mucuna pruriens seed extract on the sperm quality in mice exposed to cigarette smoke. Methods: This study was an experimental study with a post test only control group design. A total of 20 mice were divided into 4 groups of five mice each. All groups were exposed to cigarette smoke. Group 1 was the negative control exposed to cigarette smoke. Groups 2, 3, 4 were exposed to cigarettes smoke and given Mucuna pruriens seed extracts at the dose of 250; 300; and 350 mg/Kg BW/day. Parameters of sperm quality included concentration, morphology, motility and viability. Results: Post hoc tests showed there were significant differences among treatment groups. Conclusion: the administration of Mucuna pruriens seed extract affects the sperm quality of BALB/c mice exposed to cigarettes smoke. Bangladesh Journal of Medical Science Vol.20(4) 2021 p.768-773

Abstract: It is known that Tribulus terrestris can improve sperm quality. One of the Indonesian traditional medicine, jamu, contains this Tribulus terrestris. This study aimed to investigate the effect of jamu containing Tribulus terrestris on sperm quality which consisted of concentration, motility, and morphology of spermatozoa of male wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus). This was an experimental study. Nine male wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups of 3 rats each: Group P0 (control), group P1 (given 5 mg of Tribulus terrestris), and group P2 (given 10 mg of Tribulus terrestris). This study was conducted for 52 days. The results showed that the spermatozoa concentration of P1 was 49x106 sperm/ml suspension and of P2 53x106 sperm/ml suspension; both were lower than of P0 (59x106 sperm/ml suspension). The sperm motility category (A+B) of P1 was 33% and of P2 (37%); both were lower than of P0 (45%). The motility category A was not found in P1 and P2. The percentage of spermatozoa with normal morphology of P1 was 45% and the abnormal ones was 55%, meanwhile in P2 there was 49% of normal sperm morphology and 51% of abnormal morphology. Conclusion: Jamu containing Tribulus terrestris had no effect in improvement of the sperm quality.Keywords: jamu, Tribulus terrestris, sperm qualityAbstrak: Tribulus terrestris dikenal sebagai bahan yang dapat memperbaiki kualitas sperma. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental. Sampel 9 ekor tikus wistar jantan (Rattus norvegicus) dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok yakni, kelompok P0 (kontrol); kelompok P1 (pemberian Tribulus terrestris 5 mg); dan kelompok P2 (pemberian Tribulus terrestris 10 mg). Penelitian dilakukan selama 52 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi spermatozoa P1 49x106 sperma/ml suspensi dan P2 53x106 sperma/ml suspensi lebih rendah dibandingkan P0 59x106 sperma/ml suspensi. Motilitas spermatozoa kategori A+B pada P1 (33%) dan P2 (37%) lebih rendah dibandingkan pada P0 (45%). Tidak ditemukan motilitas kategori A pada P1 dan P2. Morfologi spermatozoa normal pada P1 sebesar 45% dan abnormal 55%. P2 memiliki morfologi spermatozoa normal sebesar 49% dan abnormal 51%. Simpulan: Pemberian jamu dengan Tribulus terrestris tidak meningkatkan kualitas sperma yang mencakup konsentrasi, motilitas, dan morfologi spermatozoa.Kata kunci: jamu, Tribulus terrestris, kualitas sperma

Abstract: Cigarette smoke contains three main components, carbon monoxide, nicotine, and tar which can cause disturbances in spermatogenesis. Smoke electronic cigarette contains three main components, nicotine, propylene gycol, and glyceryn which can cause disturbances in spermatogenesis. The purpose of this experiment is to compare the quality of spermatozoa Wistar rats by exposure to cigarette smoke and electronic cigarette smoke. This study is an experimental study using an approach of post test only control group design. Subject of the study were 9 rats Wistar male (Rattus norvegicus) were divided into 3 groups: group P0 is not given exposure to cigarette smoke and smoke the electronic cigarette, the group P1 is given exposure to smoke cigarettes 2 rods per day, group P2 is given exposure to smoke an electronic cigarette for two rods lit cigarette. Treatment was done for 50 days. The results showed the concentration of spermatozoa is difference between the treatment groups, but statistical analysis groups P0 and P1 showed a non-significant (p = 0.229), P0 and P2 group (p = 0.559), P1 and P2 group (p = 0.879). Motility P0 with P2 group (p = 0.008) and group P1 and P2 group (p = 0.026) showed significant differences which means there is a treatment effect on motility. While groups of P0 with P1 group (p = 0.209) did not show significant differences which means there is no treatment effect on motility. Morphology Control with treatment group 1 (p = 0.098) while the control group with treatment 2 (p = 0.004) it shows the morphology of the group P0 to P1 has no effect while the P0 to P2 there is an influence on the treatment.Keywords: sperm quality, cigarette smoke, electronic cigarette smoke Abstrak: Asap rokok mengandung tiga komponen utama, yaitu karbonmonoksida, nikotin, dan tar yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan pada spermatogenesis. Abstrak: Asap rokok mengandung tiga komponen toksik utama, yaitu karbonmonoksida, nikotin, dan tar yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan pada spermatogenesis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh paparan asap rokok kretek terhadap kualitas spermatozoa mencit. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 25 ekor mencit jantan (Mus musculus) yang dibagi secara acak menjadi 5 kelompok: kelompok P0 tidak diberikan paparan asap rokok, kelompok P1 diberikan paparan asap rokok kretek 1 batang, kelompok P2 diberikan paparan asap rokok kretek 2 batang, kelompok P3 diberikan paparan asap rokok kretek 3 batang, kelompok P4 diberikan paparan asap rokok kretek 4 batang. Perlakuan diberikan selama 30 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada konsentrasi dan motilitas spermatozoa kelompok yang mendapatkan paparan asap rokok kretek (p<0,05) dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Morfologi spermatozoa kelompok P2,P3,P4 didapati hasil yang berbeda signifikan dengan kelompok kontrol (p<0,05) tetapi kelompok P1 hasilnya berbeda tak signifikan dengan kelompok kontrol. Paparan asap rokok kretek memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas spermatozoa yang disebabkan oleh adanya radikal bebas yang dihasilkan oleh asap rokok. The objective of this study was to investigate and observe the effect of cigarette smoke exposure on the quality of spermatozoa of mice. The study was a completely randomized experimental design. The research subject as many as 25 male mice who were randomly divided into 5 groups: group P0 not given exposure, the P1 is given exposure to smoke from 1 bar of cigarette, the P2 is given exposure to smoke from 2 bars of cigarette, the P3 is given exposure to smoke from 3 bars of cigarette and finally the P4 is given exposure to smoke from 4 bars of cigarette. The treatment is given for 30 days. At the end of experiment, results showed a significant difference in the concentration and motility of spermatozoa between the groups exposed to cigarette smoke (p<0,05) compared with the control group. The morphology of spermatozoa group P2,P3,P4, was found substantially different with the control group (p<0,05) but group P1 did not have significant difference in results with the control group. The exposure to cigarette smoke negatively affects sperm quality caused by the free radicals generated by the smoke. Key Word: cigarette smoke, sperm quality.

Background: This study aimed to explore whether the addition of a cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) analog and isobutylmethylxanthine (IBMX) in freezing media improved sperm quality and what role cAMP has in this recovery. Materials and methods: ach semen sample was cryopreserved into four groups: fresh semen sample, as a control group, freezing medium + 2.5 mM cAMP analog and 0.2 mM IBMX, freezing medium + 12.5 mM cAMP analog and 0.2 mM IBMX, and freezing medium + 25 mM cAMP analog and 0.2 mM IBMX. Sperm parameters after post-thaw were analyzed according to WHO instruction (2010). Viability, acrosome reaction, and DNA damage levels of the samples were evaluated. Results: Our results indicated that the effective concentrations of 12.5 and 25 mM cAMP analog and 0.2 mM IBMX significantly improved the total motility, progressive motility, and viability of the frozen-thawed (P<0.05). However, non-progressive motility and immotile were significantly reduced in the 12.5 and 25 mM cAMP analogs and 0.2 mM IBMX groups after thawing (P<0.05). During freezing the spermatozoa, the high concentration of the cAMP analog increased acrosome reaction after thawing in the 25 mM and 0.2 mM IBMX treated samples (P<0.05). DNA fragmentation in 25 mM cAMP analog and 0.2 mM (IBMX) supplementation was significantly lower compared to the other groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: Our findings revealed that in vitro cAMP analog and IBMX supplementation in freezing media play an important role in preventing cryodamage by maintaining the sperm functional parameters.

Abstract: Alcohol is an organic compound that is composed of the elements carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. Usually, the term of alcohol is known as liquor. One of the local products of liquor in Manado is Cap Tikus. This study aims to determine the effect of alcohol 20% on the spermatozoa quality of male Wistar (Rattus norvegicus). The research design was a completely randomized experimental design. The samples were 10 male wistar rats which consisted of 5 rats as a control group and 5 rats as the experiment group. The rats in the experiment group were given Cap Tikus for 52 days, while rats in the control group were given tap water. The results showed that spermatozoa quality from experiment group which includes the concentration of spermatozoa is 24x106 spermatozoa/ml, normal motility of spermatozoa is 23,5% and normal morphology of spermatozoa is 11%. Whereas spermatozoa quality from control group which includes the concentration of spermatozoa is59x106 spermatozoa/ml, normal motility of spermatozoa is 89% and normal morphology of spermatozoa is 97%. Conclusion: Cap Tikus decreased the spermatozoa quality which includes concentration, motility and morphology of spermatozoa. This was due to alcohol interfered the hypothalamus, the anterior pituitary gland and the testes that played an important role in the process of spermatogenesis.Keywords: cap tikus, alcohol, spermatozoa qualityAbstrak: Alkohol merupakan suatu senyawa organik yang tersusun dari unsur-unsur karbon, hidrogen dan oksigen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Cap Tikus terhadap kualitas spermatozoa wistar jantan (Rattus norvegicus). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap. Sampel adalah tikus wistar jantan berjumlah 10 ekor, 5 ekor tikus digunakan sebagaikontrol dan 5 ekor tikus digunakan sebagai perlakuan. Kelompok perlakuan adalah kelompok yang diberi minuman Cap Tikus selama 52 hari sedangkan kelompok kontrol adalah kelompok yang diberi minuman air ledeng. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas spermatozoa kelompok perlakuan yang meliputi konsentrasi spermatozoa adalah 24x106 spermatozoa/ml, motilitas spermatozoa normal adalah 23,5% dan morfologi spermatozoa normal adalah 11%. Kualitas spermatozoa kelompok kontrol yang meliputi konsentrasi spermatozoa adalah 59x106 spermatozoa/ml, motilitas spermatozoa normal 89% dan morfologi spermatozoa normal 97%. Simpulan: Pemberian Cap Tikus menyebabkan penurunan kualitas spermatozoa yang meliputi konsentrasi, motilitas dan morfologi spermatozoa. Hal ini dapat disebabkan karena alkohol mengganggu hipotalamus, kelenjar hipofisis anterior dan testis yang berperan dalam proses spermatogenesis.Kata kunci: cap tikus, alkohol, kualitas spermatozoa

Abstract: Continuous exposure to cigarette smoke has been reported as the number one cause of infertility in men. Cigarette smoke increases the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) thereby causing infertility in men. Nigella sativa contains antioxidant that may decrease ROS level in hope to improve infertility. This 50 days study is conducted to see the effect of Nigella sativa extract to the sperm quality of nine wistar rats that have been exposed by cigarette smoke. The rats were divided into three groups of three: the control group and the group treated with Nigella sativa administered orally at the dose of 200 mg kg body weight and 400 mg/kg body weight. Sperm quality was observed by overlooking at the concentration, motility, and morphology of each group. The mean data of each group was obtained and tested for significance using Independent Samples T-Test. This study found the comparison of both motility (p=0,006) and morphology (p=0,000) between control group and the group with the dose of 200 mg/kg body weight to be significant, as well as the comparison of motility (p=0,001) and morphology (p=0,000) between the control group and the group with the dose of 400 mg/kg body weight.Keywords: sperm quality, nigella sativa, smoking, cigaretteAbstrak: Paparan secara terus menerus terhadap asap rokok merupakan penyebab infertilitas utama pada pria. Asap rokok dapat meningkatkan Reactive oxygen species (ROS) yang selanjutnya dapat menyebabkan infertilitas. Nigella sativa mengandung antioksidan yang dapat menunrunkan jumlah ROS dan diharapkan untuk dapat mengkoreksi infertilitas. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan selama 50 hari ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari ekstrak Nigella sativa terhadap kualitas spermatozoa sembilan tikus wistar yang terpapar asap rokok. Tikus dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok masing-masing terdiri atas tiga tikus; terdapat kelompok kontrol dan kelompok yang diberi ekstrak Nigella sativa dengan dosis 200 mg/kg BB dan 400 mg/kg BB. Kualitas spermatozoa dinilai berdasarkan konsentrasi, motilitas dan morfologi dari masing-masing kelompok perlakuan. Data rerata dari tiap kelompok perlakuan diambil dan di diuji signifikans menggunakan uji T-independen. Penelitian ini mendapati perbandingan baik motilitas (p=0,006) ataupun morfologi (p=0,000) dari kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan dengan dosis 200 mg/kg BB dibilang signifikan, sama halnya dengan perbandingan antara motilitas (0,001) dan morfologi (0,000) dari kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan dengan dosis 400 mg/kg BB.Kata kunci: kualitas sperma, jintan hitam, rokok
