The research was carry out during 3 months (October to December 2012) at Bersehati market, Manado City of North Sulawesi Province. This research was a descriptive with a study case. A purposive sampling methode was used to collect data from one person of fish traders who have been sell tuna in ten years. Production of tuna sold in the market of Bersehati has increased from year to year. Tuna catches not only from the city of Manado, but come from other regions, namely, Sangihe, Talaud, Bolaang Mongondow, Gorontalo, Buton and Ternate. However, the important role of marketing agencies are wholesalers. Tuna prices vary according to the Grade A, B, C, D from the lowest to the highest Rp.27.500/Kg to Rp.42.500/Kg with price is always determined by fish wholesalers.   Keywords : marketing, production, tuna, Bersehati market   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pemasaran ikan tuna (Thunnus albacores) yang meliputi lembaga pemasaran, saluran pemasaran dan mempelajari bagaimana memperkecil resiko karena sifat produk hasil perikanan terutama ikan tuna (T. albacores) ini yang mudah busuk. Waktu penelitian ini adalah selama 3 bulan (Oktober - Desember 2012) berlokasi di Pasar Bersehati, Kota Manado, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian dilakukan bersifat deskriptif dengan dasar penelitian studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara non random sampling (tidak secara acak), dengan metode purposive sampling (sampling bertujuan atau sampling sengaja) yaitu  diambil 1 orang pedagang ikan yang dalam 10 (sepuluh) tahun belakangan ini selalu berjualan ikan tuna (T. albacores). Produksi ikan tuna yang dipasarkan di pasar bersehati dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan. Hasil tangkapan ikan tuna bukan hanya dari wilayah Kota Manado, tapi berasal dari wilayah lain yaitu, Sangihe, Talaud, Bolaang Mongondow, Gorontalo, Buton dan Ternate. Lembaga pemasaran yang sangat berperan adalah pedagang besar. Harga ikan tuna bervariasi sesuai dengan Grade A,B,C,D dari yang terendah Rp.27.500/Kg sampai yang tertinggi Rp.42.500/Kg. In West Frontier region of Rio Grande do Sul production and industrialization of rice is quite intense , assuming a position of prominence on the national scene . However, to ensure the quality of these grains and competitiveness of products, factors such as storage, processing and transportation are key as infrastructure deficiencies can substantially reduce the competitive potential of these products in the Brazilian agribusiness. In this context, this paper analyzes the system of logistics and transportation of grain harvest, identifying marketing channels adopted by rice processing companies in the municipality of Itaqui, checking the main destinations of the product and the critical points highlighted by marketing organizations. To do s o, through a case study, we analyzed the choices made by four major companies. The results of this work show that the surveyed companies operate significantly to the national scene. It was found that the Southeast Region as the main and most competitive market by companies absorbing on average about 80 % of processed rice in the city , which represents approximate volume of 1,041,102 tons in 2012. In coordinating the chain points to the important role of industry as to connect farmers with retailers, making the governance chain.

This article centers around the case study of Rome's House of Memory and History to understand the politics of memory and public institutions. This case study is about the organization and politics of public memory: the House of Memory and History, established by the city of Rome in 2006, in the framework of an ambitious program of cultural policy. It summarizes the history of the House's conception and founding, describes its activities and the role of oral history in them, and discusses some of the problems it faces. The idea of a House of Memory and History grew in this cultural and political context. This article traces several political events that led to the culmination of the politics of memory and its effect on public institutions. It says that the House of Memory and History can be considered a success. A discussion on a cultural future winds up this article.

Tripoli is a city of a Mediterranean Sea climate; this has contributed with some social and religious factors to affect the architectural and urban design, which all originally has come from the Islamic content. This study argues the climatic features of Tripoli in order to show the ways followed by the Libyan Muslim architect. In other words, these ways were used to adapt with the climate and create the demanding architectural treatments, which have served the building units. This is considered as a study case that can discuss the possibility of the climatic reflection on the walls. That is to say, the walls’ thickness, the type of the used substance in building, the substance’s properties, the type of roof used in covering the building units and the architectural design of the building as treatments achieved professionally by the architect in decreasing the heat in summer and increasing the heat in winter through the mass block. Additionally, the researchers have stated that Tripoli’s building design respected the privacy of the inhabitants and their isolation from the world outside their buildings. That is because they wanted to have their own cold spaces inside which were rich of light, air and shadow. As a result of the aforementioned considerations, the architectural buildings contained the uncovered space and the broken entrance to keep the privacy from the passengers and to protect the inhabitants from wind and sand. These were regarded as final solutions for the architectural and climatic problem. Further, this study illustrates the active role of using the planning including the architectural formations and the treatments of motion path. That is according to their width, their length, their form, their guidance and their direction change in order to make shadow and isolate the front of buildings. This also contributed to give the streets the northern wind which in turn helped to keep the air moving as long as possible to tone down the climatic influences. Moreover, the planning aimed to show its turn through analytical, architectural and documentary survey for realistic examples in the archeological registrar of the potential city treatments. These architectural elements were important in making the sustainable architecture in respect to the environment and human relaxation requirements. Finally, the researchers measured the following factors temperatures, wind, rain, and ratio humidity for variety of spaces in the city. That was followed by qualitative and quantitative statistical analysis supported by graphs

Using heritage as a cultural artifact in city development is not new, but little has been explored about how urban heritage can be utilized as new generative value and a new planning instrument for the revival of cities. The purpose of this paper is to show the creative and the generative use of urban heritage, both for the extension of cultural and tourist offer of the city and for the improvement of the quality of life in physical, social and economic terms for the community. The case study method was used for the adaptive reuse of projects for heritage buildings and urban revival in Kikinda. We argue that urban heritage has to be used, bearing in mind its spatial, economic and social sustainability aspects, and become a generator of urban revival. We go beyond recognition of the value of heritage as a cultural artifact that should solely be preserved and used as a static element in urban development, and view it more as a dynamic asset for city revival processes. We found that for the heritage nodes to be utilized as the new generative value for the revival of cities, they have to be perceived from the network perspective, thus influencing the urban environment in a sustainable way.

The purpose of the present study was to determine the performance of responsible organizations in urban affairs administration as an important factor in the development of the city of Pars Abad. The statistical population of this research includes inhabitants of Parasabad city and managers and experts of urban affairs in 1396. The method of this study is descriptive-practical study. For data collection, library and field method is used for urban data and questionnaire. These data are analyzed using SPSS software and also used to test the hypothesis of T-test. The results of this study show that the performance of the responsible unit in the affairs of the city has a significant relationship with the management and organization of the physical-space development process, equipping the service space and organizing facilities and facilities in the city of Parsabad. While the responsibility of the responsible authority in affairs of the city is not significantly related to the development of the employment and business environment and the establishment of effective communication channels with citizens and the development of popular participation

ANALYSIS OF FARMERS' PERCEPTIONS TOWARD THE ROLE OF COUNSELING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PIG FARMING ON AGRIBUSINESS IN GIWAN VILLAGE, TIOM DISTRICT, LANNY JAYA REGENCY. The objective of this study was to determine farmer’s perceptons toward the role of agricultural extension agents in the development of pig livestock agribusiness for breeder’s in Giwan Village, Tiom District, Lanny Jaya Regency. This study used a survey method. Sample of group breeder wasdetermined by purposive sampling and sample of breeders was selected by simple random sampling method. The results of the study showed that: (1) Most pig farmers in Giwan village had good or high perceptions of extension workers in their roles as educators (80%), still have moderate as consultants (75%), as motivators (75%), and as organizers (80%) of farmers in providing counseling in Giwan village. The conclusion of this research was farmers in Giwan village have good perceptions of extension workers in their roles as educators, motivators, and as organizers of farmers in managing pigs' business.Keywords:  Agribusiness, Pig Farm, Extension, Giwan.

Abstract Public Relations (PR) is a natural, vital as well as persistent component of human social relationship. It may involve a campaign designed to develop goodwill for an individual or an organisation. There are, however, few researches relating to public relations and delivery of forestry services. The aim of this study was to examine the role public relations play in the delivery of forestry services with Ghana as case study. In order to obtain the relevant information for this research, an interview schedule was developed and used to gather information from regional heads and a set of questionnaire administered to the rest of the participants through random sampling. The research further affirmed that PR increases consumer awareness and identified radio and television to be the commonest PR tools used by the Ghana Forestry Commission (GFC). The study concluded that PR to a greater extent is the foundation of an organisation and its activities influence the execution and delivery of services. GFC is, however, urged to explore other inexpensive yet effective PR tools and strategies in order to broaden their reach.

 ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of Law Number 16 Year 2006 as Basic Law of Revitalization of Agricultural Extension Case in Banyuasin Regency and to know the obstacles in the implementation of Law Number 16 Year 2006 as Basic Law of Revitalization of Agricultural Extension Case in Banyuasin Regency then to know response agricultural extension workers  and farmers with the implementation of Law Number 16 of 2006 as Basic Law of Revitalization of Agricultural Extension Case in Banyuasin Regency.  This research was conducted in Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatera Province.  The research method used is Case Study method, for sampling method used Purposive Sampling, Simple Random Sampling and Accidental Sampling method.  Data collection methods used in this study are observation and direct interviews to the respondents.  Data processing is done by using descriptive-qualitative method.  From the results of research shows Implementation of agricultural extension revitalization in Banyuasin Regency has been run in accordance with the law number 16 of 2006 and the obstacles faced in the implementation is the problem of budget and shortage of extension workers then Agricultural Extension workers give a positive response because with the application of legislation Number 16 of 2006 agricultural extension has a clear basic law so that its activities become more focused then the response from farmers with the implementation of the law also gives a good response because they feel that agricultural extension becomes more active in carrying out its activities.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2006 Sebagai Payung Hukum Revitalisasi Penyuluhan Pertanian Kasus di Kabupaten Banyuasin beserta hambatan dalam penerapannya dan kemudian untuk mengetahui respon penyuluh dan petani dengan diterapkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2006 Sebagai Payung Hukum Revitalisasi Penyuluhan Pertanian Kasus di Kabupaten Banyuasin.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus (Case Study), untuk metode penarikan contoh digunakan metode Purposive Sampling, Simple Random Sampling, dan Accidental Sampling.  Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada responden.  Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif.  Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan Implementasi revitalisasi penyuluhan pertanian di wilayah Kabupaten Banyuasin telah berjalan sesuai dengan undang-undang nomor 16 tahun 2006.  Lalu hambatan yang dihadapai dalam penerapan tersebut adalah masalah anggaran dan kekurangan tenaga penyuluh pertanian. Kemudian penyuluh pertanian memberikan respon yang positif karena dengan diterapkannya undang-undang nomor 16 tahun 2006 penyuluhan pertanian memiliki payung hukum yang jelas sehingga kegiatannya menjadi lebih terarah.  Sedangkan respon dari petani dengan diterapkannya undang-undang tersebut juga memberikan tanggapan yang baik karena mereka merasa bahwa penyuluh pertanian menjadi lebih aktif dalam melaksanakan kegiatannya.
