This article discusses the main indicators characterizing the quality of the assets of a commercial bank, analyzes these indicators using the banks of the Kyrgyz Republic as an example. The methods of bank asset management are described. Based on the data of the National Bank, a study is made of the asset structure of commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic. A list of regulatory acts governing the management of bank assets is provided.

At present, carbon finance business is single relatively in Chinese Commercial Banks, commercial bank little involved in intermediate business of the intermediary business for carbon trading and carbon financial derivatives, should expand carbon finance business under intermediate business actively, such as: as the consultant and training division of CDM project, guide and train the enterprise to develop the action of project investment correctly; as Carbon Bank, provide customers with carbon asset management services comprehensively; provide customer services with carbon trading factoring, carbon emission guarantee, carbon fund hosting and credit enhancement and other services; design and develop the carbon financial derivatives related of carbon emissions and so on. The paper will analyze the innovation of carbon finance under intermediate business in commercial bank.

In each developed state, the Central National Bank is considered the main element of financial resources. It is a legal and authorized, legal and monetary policy. Effective work of the Central National Bank, close cooperation with commercial banks, tightened control over financial markets, leads to the effective development of the banking system. To date, control over the banking system, the role of the National Bank, relations with commercial banks have not been fully studied. This, in turn, is part of the problem of economic and financial sector development and requires comprehensive study. First, changes in the macroeconomic situation in the future will depend on the characteristics of the banking system. Secondly, the speed of introducing new technologies and their distribution in the global financial markets, changes in the financial sector is happening at a high speed. In this connection, the risk of "obsolescence" is growing.

This article examines the activities of commercial banks and their development trends in the securities market in the Kyrgyz Republic under the conditions of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU). The article shows the relationship between the financial market and commercial banks in the securities market in the conditions of Eurasian integration. Also, the market of debt securities in the Kyrgyz Republic is presented. A review of the issue of types of securities in 2017 by the government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National Bank was conducted. Thus, during the review of the securities market, the dominant position of commercial banks in comparison with other participants was revealed. Measures have been proposed to optimize the activities of commercial banks in Kyrgyzstan in the securities market in the context of the Eurasian integration of an effective market mechanism that ensures the flow of investments into the economy.

The banking sector of Kyrgyz Republic is mainly presented by commercial banks and increase of their financial performance will lead to improve their functions and activities. For this reason, the aim of this research is set as to empirically investigate the financial performance of commercial banks of Kyrgyz Republic for the period of 2008-2014. The financial performance measured by using one indicator, this is Return on Assets. This indicator will be estimated by multiple regression analysis, with explanatory variables, such as bank size, credit risk, operational efficiency and asset management. The model is checked for goodness-of-fit and classical linear model assumptions.

ABSTRACT   This study aims to identify important elements and sub-elements in the aspect of features,which affect the Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) in deciding sukuk issuance as well as providingrelevant recommendations in issuing sukuk. The research method used are literature studies, in-depthinterviews, and Analytical Network Process (ANP). The research results states that the dominantfeature into consideration for Islamic Commercial Banks is the return feature followed by theemission value feature and the time period feature. The combination of dominant sub-elements forBUS in determining sequential features of sukuk issuance namely: the type of asset performance(return), the need for additional funds (emission value), the company's reputation (size),investor/market preferences (payment terms), and contracts and sukuk structures (guarantees). Indeciding to issue sukuk, BUS should maintain the quality of assets or financing projects. Then BUSneeds to have memorandum of understanding both with the BUMN business sector and other privatesectors. Besides that BUS must also have good risk management.  Key Word: ANP, Features Aspect, Islamic Commercial Bank, Sukuk ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi sejumlah elemen dan sub-elemen penting dalamaspek fitur yang mempengaruhi Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) dalam memutuskan menerbitkan sukukserta memberikan rekomendasi yang relevan dalam penerbitan sukuk. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah gabungan penelitian kualitatif antara studi literatur, wawancara mendalam danAnalytical Network Process. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan fitur yang dominan menjadi pertimbanganbagi Bank Umum Syariah adalah fitur return diikuti dengan fitur nilai emisi dan fitur jangka waktu. Adapun secara kombinasi sub-elemen dominan bagi BUS dalam menentukan fitur atas penerbitansukuk secara berurutan: jenis kinerja aset (return), kebutuhan tambahan dana (nilai emisi),reputasi/size perusahaan ((jangka waktu), preferensi investor/market (term pembayaran), serta akaddan struktur sukuk (jaminan). Dalam memutuskan menerbitkan sukuk BUS terlebih dahulu perlumenjaga kualitas aset atau financing project yang dimilikinya. Kemudian BUS sedapat mungkinsudah mendapatkan MOU kerjasama proyek pembiayaan baik dengan sektor usaha BUMN maupunsektor swasta lainnya. Selain itu BUS juga harus memiliki manajemen pengelolaan risiko yang baik. Kata Kunci: ANP, Aspek Fitur, Bank Umum Syariah, Sukuk

The deposit policy of a commercial bank is nothing but the tactics and strategy of collecting funds from individuals and legal entities on a repayable basis. The deposit policy for any commercial bank is an integral part of the overall banking policy, must not be considered separately, the impact and interrelation of all elements of banking policy should also be taken into account. Operations carried out in commercial banks for the purpose of attracting funds, subsequent placement and real income are called passive operations of a commercial bank. The quantity and quality of both passive and active operations of commercial banks are closely related to the financial conditions of other businesses.

This article defines the role and importance of lending to legal entities by commercial banks in the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic. The current state of bank lending in the Kyrgyz Republic is analyzed: the structure and dynamics of loans issued, the weighted average interest rates on loans in terms of urgency. The relationship between the level of interest rates and the volume of lending for business purposes is considered. The article uses the data of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, structured into analytical tables and presented in the form of a graphic picture. A list of regulatory acts of the NBKR regulating credit operations of commercial banks is provided. The problems of development of bank crediting of legal entities in foreign and domestic practice are considered. At the end of the article is a list of references.

This study aims to determine how the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia through the islamicity performance index approach for the period 2013-2017, by the principles of justice, halalness, and purification. This study using quantitative descriptive research. The number of banks sampled are five Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia that have been selected, through a purposive sampling technique first. These banks are BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, Mandiri Syariah, BCA Syariah, and Victoria Syariah. The type of data used is secondary data taken from the financial statements of each islamic commercial bank that is sampled. Through the islamicity performance index approach, the results of this study indicate that the financial performance of islamic commercial bank is unsatisfactory, based on the average of the variables that have been processed in accordance with predicate valuation standards.
