The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in table tennis learning in class VII students of UPT SMP Negeri 7 Satap Seko. Through guided learning methods and demonstrations. This research is a. CAR Classroom Action Research. The research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were students of grade VII, totaling 28 students 16 boys and 12 girls. The data sources came from teachers and students. The technique of collecting data is by using observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that through guided learning methods and demonstrations, it could improve student learning outcomes from cycle I and cycle II. It can be seen that the increase occurred in the first cycle of student activity and motivation and student learning outcomes increased, although not optimal. The implementation of cycle II causes student activity and motivation, and student learning outcomes or student learning completeness increases by 21.42% from cycle I of 64.29% and cycle II to 85.71%. Students 'abilities for psychomotor, affective and cognitive also increased by 20.59 students' classical average achievement of 74.29 in the sufficient category in the first cycle, to 94.88 in the excellent category in the second cycle Thus guided learning methods and demonstrations can support a very high quality learning.

IMPROVING STUDENT ACTIVITY AND LEARNING OUTCOMES IN INHERITANCE MATERIALS IN LIVING INTERESTS WITH MICA PLASTIC TOOLSThis study aims to determine the increase in student activity and learning outcomes, describe the process of increasing student activity and learning outcomes, and measure the magnitude of the increase in activity and learning outcomes in inheritance material in living things. The use of plastic mica props in class IXC SMP Negeri 8 Bogor City Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 school year. This research is a Classroom Action Research by providing action on research subjects in two learning cycles. The results of this study indicate that using plastic mica props can be a fun variation of learning for students so that it is proven to improve student learning outcomes. Before using the plastic mica props, the learning outcomes of students only reached an average value of 68.18 then an increase occurred after using the mica plastic props to 85.15 in cycle 1 and 90.15 in cycle 2. So it can be concluded that the use of props mica plastic is very popular with students and there is an increase in student learning outcomes. Therefore, researchers suggest that the use of plastic mica props be socialized and used as an alternative in science learning in schools

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students' CivicEducation. The method of research is classroom action research, with the stages of research is the stage ofplanning, action stage, observation stage and reflection phase. From the data analysis, there was a goodimprovement of teacher activity, student activity, and student learning result, that is the cycle I of teacheractivity is "enough", with percentage 65,63%, and cycle II increased to 89,06% belonged to "good". Percentageof student activity of cycle I is 70,14% or classified as "enough", and cycle II increased to 86,81% or classifiedas "good". Increased activity of teachers and students is very influential on student learning outcomes. Onbefore the students' completeness action only reached 10 people (55,56%) complete student, and 8 students(44,44%) not yet finished. After the first cycle of student's learning completion increased to 13 students(72.22%), and 5 students (27.78%) were not completed. Cycle II mastery of students has exceeded 75% of thecompleteness of 88.89% or about 16 students who achieve the minimum predefined criteria defined that is 65.Thus, the strategy of each one teach one can improve student learning outcomes in the subjects of EducationCitizenship class V Elementary School 028 Kubang Jaya.

This research conducted caused by students' score at class X MIPA 4 very low in the vector material. The avarage of score of the daily test obtained by students was 60,5 and it had not yet reached mastery learning. One of the efforts to improve learning outcomes was to use powerpoint as a learning media. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in activity and mathematics learning outcomes on vector material in learning using PowerPoint. This research design used the classroom action research. The research subjects were 36 students of class X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau in the 2019/2020 academic year. Data collected by using tests and observations. The test used to obtain student learning outcomes in each cycle, while observation used to determine the learning process in each cycle. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the average score of student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 62.2 and 77.3 in the second cycle. The percentage of student learning completeness in the first cycle was 52.8%, in the second cycle it was 80.6%. The percentage of improvement in student learning outcomes after being given action was 15.29%. So it can be concluded that learning mathematics by using powerpoint media can improve student learning outcomes in class X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau in the 2019/2020 academic year.
