The “Eurasianism” concept originates from the philosophical ideas of the early 20th century emphasising the unity of the Post-Soviet political space and its unique, non-Western direction of development. Recently, the world order is being checked for strength: the global challenges are presenting the states with a necessity to reconsider the existing world order, which serves as a breeding ground for the implementation of the ideas of Eurasianism in the regional context. In such a way, the Professor of the National Eurasian University Aleksandr Dugin, who has devoted most of his career to the research of the Eurasianism theory, in his theory expresses a belief that the historically formed non-Western worldview of the Post-Soviet states justifies the idea about the authenticity of their statehood. Today, the Eurasianism concept is institutionalized within the CIS and the EEU, and is especially relevant in the context of the new global challenges (economic instability, the change of the world order nature, the pandemic threat, etc), which allow specking about the emergence of a new world order.

Crises in global finance and economy, the threat of wars and tension in world relations, the degradation of the non-material bases of civilization, i.e. morality, law, politics, and culture, do not bother a group of influential financial and political figures of the West : they believe that after a sequence of crises and wars, a "new world order", the NWO, will be established. Projected globally once by the "hard", once by the "soft" power, the ideology and practice of the NWO negates the foundations of civilization gained by ordeals and sufferings of mankind, and means the departure from the principles and norms of the actual world order valid until the end of the 20th century. Essentially, the NWO is an anticivilizacion. If the project is allowed to be implemented, the lives of humans will change beyond recognition. Thus, the key challenge of our time : do not let the project to be realized, consolidate the forces opposing the NWO.

The International Security Conference held in Munich in February 2007 laid the foundation for the formation of the new world order. After the collapse of the Soviet Union and the end of the Cold War, everyone thought that Russia would choose the way for pro-Western democratic development. In the first stage, it seemed that the Russian Federation was making a choice in favor of the free world. However, the weakness of both the state and style of oligarchic governance showed that the conclusion was premature. Although civil society was developing in Russia and after some time it could achieve concrete successes, the Russian political leadership under the leadership of Boris Yeltsin was unable to solve the acute problems facing the state. The strengthening of the Russian state is linked to the coming to power of Yeltsin's successor, Vladimir Putin. As a result of effective counterterrorism operations, the authority of Russian president has increased significantly. Putin aimed to change pro-Western orientations to Eurasian. We think, it was a natural occurrence for Russia, but it would inevitably lead to a confrontation with the West. The 2007 Munich International Security Conference is a clear example, where the Russian president strongly criticized the existence of a unipolar world and initiated foundation of a new phase of confrontation with the Euro-Atlantic space.

This is a commentary on ‘The Principle of the New World Order’, a geopolitical essay written by Japanese Philosopher, Kitarō Nishida in 1944. This essay has been a source of postwar controversy over the philosophical justification of Japan’s involvement in the Second World War and the relationship between Japanese thoughts and Western colonial domination in Asia. As a text of Japanese formal geopolitics, the essay is a historical example to illustrate how Japanese academics geopolitically situated their country and themselves within the imperial rivalry during the War. The essay attracted not only criticisms that problematized Nishida’s approach to politics (imperialism and nationalism) and justification of the War, but also positive reviews that appreciated his proposal of a multicultural worldview countering Western modernity (i.e. the world dominated by the West). The translation of the essay is not easy to read but contains important insights into how to see the current world (dis)order under hegemonic powers.

This article addresses the fundamental issues about sovereignty and an ethical polity that the event of September 11th has brought to a crisis. It examines the geography of power that has become more visible as the USA sets about ensuring that the new world order that has been emerging with neo-liberalism and corporate capitalism is protected from challenges of any kind. It argues that the state of emergency has become chronic, making possible the enactment of exceptional measures that threaten the basic principles underlying democracy and liberty. Terror is becoming a universal tool to compel compliance with a global form of neo-feudalism. It questions the way in which Islamic fundamentalism is being used as ideological cover to legitimate another fundamentalism, namely neo-liberalism. The article opens up aspects of fundamentalism to an analysis that explores the interconnections between onto-logical lack, violence, surplus terror and the un(re)presentable in the discourse constitutive of authority. It also examines the exceptional status and character of the USA in the history of modernity, particularly with regard to its militarism. It calls for a critique of the present that recognizes that the current forms of totalitarianism eliminate the possibility of just forms of sociality emerging.

The author starts this discussion with the statement that the idea about the so-called "new world order" represents nothing new in the history of imperialist West, implying the plundering and enslaving character of western civilization, in spite of its many achievements with lasting significance for the human race. Today, the West builds its power on the development of science and technology. Science became the most productive force of contemporary mankind which enabled an impetus for a through restructuring of the world, and along with it a thorough change of man?s existence on Earth. Today, in the misuse of science and technology, some states ? industrially and economically developed ? find an efficient means to realize their imperialist goals. In the first part of the paper, the author describes and interprets methods and procedures used by the imperialist West in its attempt to rearrange the world according to the clich? of its plundering dictation. The imperialist West applied all these methods and procedures in the disintegration of the state community of the Yugoslav nations which was known in the entire world and singled out as an example of a multinational and multicultural community. The second part of the paper is dedicated to that topic; there, the author describes the idea and the way of realization of the monstrous plan whose goal was to destroy our country as the only guarantee of the survival of our nation in these regions. The socalled International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia should be placed in this context to understand the real goal of its foundation and the manner of its work. The goal of its foundation was and is basically twofold: 1) to ensure at least a kind of illusionary legitimity of these lies for the world public and thus conceal the crimes these countries did to the Serbian nation and 2) to force the Serbian nation to accept the most shameful form of capitulation which directly leads to the state of its enslavement. At the end, the author draws necessary conclusions which stem from such policy of the imperialist West and warns to the possible tragic consequences for the entire freedom-loving mankind.
