Data converters are very much useful in this modern world for circuit design at both ends i.e., transmitter end and receiver end. This paper primarily aims at reducing the overall area of the 8 bit ADC by decreasing the size of traditional counter with replacement of LFSR which uses few XOR gates and FFs. Another advantage of using LFSR is that it produce random states which may result in reducing the conversion time or in other words speeding up the ADC. Verilog A is used for implementing the ADC since it uses high level behavior model which allows to use simple equation to describe complex issues, a Standard language, Easy to learn and use and Flexible for both analog and AMS application Verilog A is much more simple than Spice C code. Linear feedback shift register is employed in the implementation of ADC as it fewer components than binary counter. The proposed ADC architecture is implemented and simulated using Cadence 0.45 µm tool and compared with Standard ADC which uses traditional binary counter. Results show that there is almost 50% in power savings when compared to the traditional ADC designs.

In this work, a new image encryption method using a combined multilevel permutation with stream cipher is proposed. In the permutation algorithm, image is divided into blocks in each level and its blocks are rearranged by using pseudorandom permutation method. A new non linear stream cipher algorithm is also proposed that is based on combining several keys generated by Linear Feedback Shift Register (LFSR). The results shown that the proposed algorithm has a high security feature and it is efficient for image encryption. Practical tests proved that the proposed encryption algorithm is robust, provides high level of security and gives perfect reconstruction of the decrypted image.

2021 year has become time for drawing the bottom line under the achievements in the field of culture and science for 30 years of independence of Kazakhstan. The high level of modern cultural potential, rich cultural heritage have become one of the leading factors in the formation of a positive image of Kazakhstan as a country with a distinctive culture and spiritual traditions that go deep into history. Creative personalities, public policy and private organizations contribute to the development and promotion of Kazakhstan’s art in the world, which invariably arouses interest of the world community. However, a problem of the popularization of Kazakh music, art, film and theater art is still relevant. In addition to examples of achievements and successful cases of Kazakhstan’s culture, in this article the authors try to consider the problem from the point of view of management in culture and show importance of the position of an art manager in the modern world of arts. To implement this issue, the authors studied publications on the achievements of various types of arts in recent years and also took into account reaction of domestic and foreign audiences to cultural products and projects from this area. This article lists specific achievements in the field of academic art. As the analysis of publications on this topic has shown, most of them were implemented by cultural figures in the last decade of independence of the republic. At the forefront is the question of the consistency and well-coordinated interaction of cultural management with the creative component of the academic sphere of art in Kazakhstan. And the most striking examples of successful cases of such interaction are given as well. This study has analytical value and can be presented at seminars and conferences as a demonstration of examples of achievements for reporting presentations in the year of the celebration of the thirtieth anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence.

s. The electronic technology is a key component of digital high-resolution ADC converter. Currently based on comparative parallel ADC conversion time up to nanoseconds, and even nanosecond commercialization devices are also listed a large number with high price. This paper introduces an AD conversion based on the interpolation parallel series circuit. The working mechanisms are reported and the key circuit design is illustrated in details. The experiments are carried out in this paper for examining the circuit. The results show the good performance.
