Now a days industry focused on a light weight concept of the material. The light weight material also used in a engineering projects. In the light weight material as more useful in a engineering application. So in the work focused on the light weight materials. In this work Al 6061 B4C and Sic composite material. The material compared to the normal material is light weight. also the in this work focused on the wear behavior of the material. In this work mainly focused on the mechanical and Metallurgical properties of sic composites. The objective of the paper is reduce wear and give light weight material. In this paper mechanical and light weight Property discussed. The mechanical and SEM surface also discussed. in this paper compared the different composition and finally got a result of the better composition

Abstract The Al-Sio2 Composite work are widely used in engineering application in automotive industry in india and other countries. The Al-Sio2 composite has been mainly used on high corrosion resistance material. The material used as a high thermal application also. Example boiler shield and engine shield also. The main performance of Al-Sio2 material used in a corrosion resistance properties. Because the aluminum composite material when goes to the heat treatment application. The material was meeting in corrosion. In this way engineering industry was affected. So we are currently focused the work corrosion resistance application. In this work we have used for the Al-Sio2 material was reinforced in aluminum 6061 material. The material was developed by stir casting method. The method the stirrer was run by 2000 RPM. And the material was molten by 550 degree temperature. That time the Al-Sio2 powder was dropped by the molten metals. Hence the composite now formed by Al-Sio2 composite material. After that we have checked by the SEM fractures and XRD measurement and other material properties also and also fracture surface of the materials. Finally we have concluded the result of work also.

Strapdown seekers are superior to platform seekers for their simple structure, high reliability and light weight but cannot measure the line-of-sight angle rate information for the guidance of rotation missile directly. This paper aims at the engineering application of full-strapdown seekers on rotation missile problem. Firstly, a line-of-sight angle rate solution model is established. Based on the MATLAB, the extended Kalman filter (EKF) algorithm and unscented Kalman filter (UKF) algorithm are used to estimate the line-of-sight angle rate information of the full-strapdown seekers. The results show that using EKF filter and UKF filter both can obtain effective guidance information and the UKF’s effect is better.

In this work the effect of stacking sequence of Carbon (C)/Glass (G) fibers and halloysites addition (1, 3 and 5 wt.%) on the mechanical and thermal properties of the hybrid composites were explored. The composite laminates were prepared by using Vacuum Assisted Resin Infusion Technique (VARIT). The outcomes disclosed that the hybrid composites having sequence of C2G3C2 (2-Carbon/3-Glass/2-Carbon layers) showed better overall properties. Moreover, the addition of halloysites enhanced the mechanical and thermal properties of the C2G3C2 hybrid composites. In particular, the hybrid composites added with 3 wt.% of halloysites showed higher overall properties among the other hybrid composites investigated. Finally, the morphological analysis was performed on the fractured surface of mechanical tested composites to study the failure mechanisms occurred. Based on the obtained results it can be concluded that the C2G3C2 hybrid composites added with 3 wt.% of halloysite could be a suitable alternative light weight material for automobile, aerospace and building structures.

External thermal insulation technology for building external wall has gradually been one important technology of the construction energy conservation. A new fibre reinforced composite material is made up of cement, flyash, silicon ash, the inflation polystyrene pellet and the admixture, after the experiment examination and the engineering application, the effect of thermal insulation is good, the performance of fire proof is excellent, high durability and low cost, good property of sound absorption. Solved the quality problem exist in the traditional building outer wall thermal insulation system such as the thermal insulation layer fall off, split, seep and so on. The new material can product standardize in factory, increase the construction efficiency; in favor of the construction industrialization and could promote construction business sustainable development.
