This research aimed to determine the effect of organic fertilizer to the growth and yield of soybean cultivated on post coal minning soil. The experiment was conducted in Loa Bahu Village, Sungai Kunjang District. The design of the experiment used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 8 replications. The treatment is dossage of organic fertilizer (chicken manure bokhasi), consisted of five level. ie: P0 (control, without fertilizer), P1 (17.5 g polybag-1), P2 (35 g polybag-1), P3 (52.5 g polybag-1), and P4 (70 g polybag-1). Data were analyzed using analysis of variance, followed by DMRT at 5% level. The results showed that organic fertilizer was significantly influence the height of the plants at 45 days after planting (DAP), number of seeds per plant, weight of 100 seeds, harvesting time, and total biomass weight. On the other hand it has no significant effect on plant height at 15 DAP, 30 DAP and at harvest time, as well as flowering time, number of branches per plant, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, and weight of seeds per plant. There was a significant different effect of post coal minning soil applied with and without organic fertilizer to the growth and yield of soybean. In addition there was no significant different effect among the organic fertilizer dosage applied. The lowest organic fertilizer dosage of 17,5 g polybag-1 (P1) was considered as the best treatment in this study, since it gave the highest yield per plant. We observed a dominant vegetative growth of soybean, noticed from plant height which was twice higher, and flowering as well as harvesting time which was more than a month longer from general description of soybean variety Anjasmoro. It was suggested that fertility and acidity status (pH 7,43) of the post coal minning soil causing that condition.

The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of concentration liquid organic fertilizer and doses cow manure on the growth and yield of grand rapids variety of lettuce, carried out in the practice of Tanjungsari Sumedang SMK PPN, located at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level. The experiment starts from June 2018 to August 2018. The experimental design used was a Randomized Design facto pattern group consisting of two factors and repeated three times. The first factor is liquid organic fertilizer nasa (p) with 5 levels: p1 = 0 ml / liter of water, p2 = 1 ml / liter of water, p3 = 2 ml / liter of water, p4 = 3 ml / liter of water, p4 = 4 ml / liter of water. The second factor is cow manure (k) consisting of 4 levels, namely: k1 = 0 ton / ha, k2 = 5 ton / ha, k3 = 10 ton / ha, k4 = 15 ton / ha. The results of the experiment show: There was no interaction between liquid organic fertilizer    and cowshed fertilizer on observations of plant height, number of leaves, weight per plant, weight per sample, weight per plot and root volume in lettuce. The treatment of liquid organic fertilizer at concentrations of p3 (3,0 ml/liter of water) showed the best results on plant height, number of leaves, and yield of weight per plot and significantly different from observations of weight per plant and root volume. Cow manure showed no significant effect on all plant height, number of leaves, weight per plant, weight per sample, weight per plot and root volume in lettuce.

ABSTRACT The purposed of this experiment were to find out the interaction betweentype of organic fertilizer and dosagesof inorganicfertilizer on peat soil tothe growth and yield oftomato. The experimental units laid onFactorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor was three types of organic fertilizer i.e: P1: chicken manure (10 ton ha-1); P2: cow manure (10 ton ha-1); P3: compost of palm oil empty fruit bunches (10 ton ha-1). The second factor was dosage of NPK fertilizer which consisted of 4 levels: N0: without fertilizer (control); N1: 100 kg ha-1; N2: 200 kg ha- 1; N3: 300 kg ha-1. Variables measured were: plant height, number of leaves, numbers of productive branches and weight of harvested fruit.The results showed that combination of compost with NPK fertilizer doses of 300 kg ha-1 is the best in enhancing vegetative growth of plants, with plant height reaching 84,3 cm and 30 leaf sprigs. In generative phase, combination of chicken manure with the dosage of NPK 300 kg ha-1produces the heaviest tomato harvest weight, which is 379.4 g plant-1. The best dosage of NPK fertilizer in increasing the growth and yield of tomato is 300 kg ha-1. Percobaan dirancang dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah tiga jenis pupuk organik dengan dosis 10 t ha-1, yaitu: P1= pupuk kandang ayam; P2= pupuk kandang sapi; P3= kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKKS). Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk NPK, yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu: N0 = tanpa pemberian pupuk (kontrol); N1 = dosis 100 kg ha-1; N2= dosis 200 kg ha-1; N3= dosis 300 kg ha-1. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang produktif dan bobot panen buah.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakombinasi kompos TKKS dengan pupuk NPK dosis 300 kg ha-1 paling baik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman, dengan tinggi tanaman mencapai 84,3 cm dan jumlah daun 30 tangkai.Padafase generatif, kombinasi pupuk kandang ayam dengan dosis pupuk NPK 300 kg ha-1 menghasilkan bobot panen tomat terberat, yaitu 379,4 g tan-1.Dosis pupuk NPK yang terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat adalah 300 kg ha-1. Kata kunci : Tomat, tanah gambut, pupuk organik, pupuk NPK.

Abstract Soybean is the basic material for any kind of industry, such as tofu and tempeh industries. Soybean cultivation will be better if use a sustainable agricultural system, such as using organic fertilizers. This research purpose was to find out the effect of organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of local soybean. The research used a complete randomized design with one factor which was a variety of organic fertilizers with 6 treatments. Various fertilizers used in this research consist of inorganic fertilizer, liquid organic, compost, cow manure, rabbit urine, chicken manure, and goat manure. Each test unit consists of 4 pots (plants) and each was repeated 4 times. The results showed that the provision of compost and goat manure increased the growth of local soybean plants, include plant height and the number of leaves at 42 DAP and leaf area at 28 DAP. The application of various organic fertilizers (liquid fertilizer, compost, cow manure, goat manure, and rabbit urine) is unable to increase the yield and yield components of local soybeans.

This research was aimed to get the optimum NPK fertilizer dosage with the time of liquid organic fertilizer application to support the growth and yield of pakcoy (Brassica rappa L.). The study used a Randomized Block Design with three replications. Observation variables included plant height, leaf number, leaf area, total plant weight, root length, root weight and total plant weight percentage. The results showed that N0 (without NPK fertilizer) was the best based on the plant height and leaf number. Liquid organic fertilizer given at 3-time applications per plant (W3) contributed significantly to leaf number at 35 days after planting and gave the highest yield of leaves, with 17,45 leaves. The treatment of NPK compound fertilizer dosage with the time of liquid organic fertilizer gave significant effects on the leaf area, total plant weight, root length, and root weight. Peubah-peubah pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, berat total tanaman, panjang akar, berat akar dan persentase berat total tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan N0 (tanpa pupuk NPK) merupakan yang terbaik dari penelitian ini terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun. Waktu pemberian pupuk organik cair 3 kali/tanaman (perlakuan W3) memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap jumlah daun 35 hari setelah tanam dan menghasilkan daun terbanyak dengan jumlah 17,45 helai. Perlakuan dosis pupuk majemuk NPK dengan waktu pemberian pupuk organik cair memberikan pengaruh yang nyata sampai sangat nyata terhadap luas daun, berat total tanaman, panjang akar serta berat akar. [EFFECT OF CONCENTRATION AND APPLICATION TIME OF ORGANIC FERTILIZER LIQUID BANANA PEELS ON GROWTH AND YIELD OF JAVA TEA (Orthosiphon aristatus)]. Java tea are medicinal plants that have many health benefits but java tea production is very low. Efforts are made to increase the growth and yield of java tea, namely the use of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) banana peels. This study aims to obtain concentration, application time of LOF banana peels, and interactions between the two that produce high growth and yield of java tea. The study was conducted from November 2018 to February 2019 in the city of Bengkulu. The experiments were arranged based on a completely randomized design factorial pattern. The first factor is the LOF concentration of banana peels 25 mL/L, 50 mL/L, 75 mL/L, and 100 mL/L. The second factor is the time of LOF application which consists of 1 week application, 2 weeks application, and 3 weeks application. The results showed that independently giving concentration and application time and interaction did not significantly influence the variable thickness of leaves, total leaf area, shoot length, number of leaves, fresh plant weight, root length, and dry plant weight.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of chicken manure and urea on the growth and yield of onion leaves on inland peat soil. The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial with two treatment factors. The first factor is that chicken manure fertilizer application consists of 4 levels, namely: 0, 5, 10 and 15 tons/ha, and the second factor is the provision of urea that consists of 3 levels, namely: 0, 125 and 250 kg/ha. The variables measured were plant height and fresh weight of the leaves of onion plants. The results showed that the interaction between chicken manure and urea fertilizer had no significant effect on all variables observed at all ages observed. Single factor giving 15 tons/ha of chicken manure fertilizer showed growth and better results on the average variable plant height and fresh weight of the leaves of onion plants in inland peat soil. Single factor giving of urea 250 kg/ha showed growth and better results on the average variable plant height and fresh weight of onion plants in inland peat soil.

Abstrak. Cabai merah merupakan komoditas hortikultural yang termasuk golongan sayuran rempah yang termasuk famili terung-terungan dan sebagai penyedap masakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pemberian jenis pupuk organik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai merah dan untuk melihat pengaruh varietas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai merah serta untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya interaksi antara jenis pupuk organik dan varietas cabai merah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Juni 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial. Faktor yang diteliti terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu pupuk organik dan varietas. Faktor pertama jenis pupuk organik yang terdiri dari  3 taraf yaitu kontrol, pupuk kandang sapi dan pupuk kandang ayam, sedangkan faktor kedua varietas cabai merah yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu Varietas TM-999, varietas Odeng dan varietas Lede Uwe gayo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk organik berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah buah per tanaman dan berat buah per tanaman serta terdapat pengaruh yang nyata  terhadap jumlah cabang produktif dan potensi hasil ton/ha, namun terdapat pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 15, 30 dan 45 hari setelah tanam dan diameter batang umur 15, 30 dan 45 hari setelah tanam. Pemberian pupuk organik pada berat buah per tanaman dan potensi hasil terbaik diperoleh pada pemberian pupuk kandang ayam. Sedangkan perlakuan varietas berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah cabang produktif, berat buah per tanaman dan potensi hasil, namun terdapat pengaruh yang tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 15, 30 dan 45 hari setelah tanam, diameter batang umur 15, 30 dan 45 hari setelah tanam dan jumlah buah per tanaman. Jumlah cabang produktif, berat buah per tanaman dan potensi hasil tanaman cabai merah terbaik diperoleh pada penggunaan varietas TM 999. Terdapat interaksi yang sangat nyata antara pupuk organik dengan varietas terhadap jumlah buah per tanaman, berat buah per tanaman dan terdapat interaksi nyata terhadap potensi hasil. Kata kunci : Cabai Merah, Pupuk Organik, VarietasAbstrac. Red chili is a horticultural commodity that belongs to the spice vegetable group and part of the eggplant family that is used as a food flavoring. This study aims to look at the effect of applying organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of red chili plants;to see the effect of varieties on the growth and yield of red chili plants; and to find out whether there is an interaction between types of organic fertilizer and red chili varieties. This study employed factorial randomized block design (RBD) with two factors studied namely organic fertilizer and varieties. The first factor is the type of organic fertilizer consisting of 3 levels, namely control, cow manure and chicken manure, while the second factor is red chili varieties consisting of 3 levels, namely the TM-999 variety, Odeng variety and the Gayo Lede Uwe variety. The results showed that the treatment of organic fertilizer had a very significant effect on the number of productive branches and the potential yield of tons/ha, but there was no significant effect on plant height at ages 15, 30 and 45 days after planting and stem diameter 15, 30 and 45 days after planting. The fertilizer application at the fruit weight per plant and the best potential results obtained in the provision of chicken manure. Whereas, the treatment of varieties has a very significant effect on the number of productive branches, fruit weight per plant and yield potential, but there is no significant effect on plant height 15, 30 and 45 days after planting, stem diameter 15, 30 and 45 days after planting and number of fruits per plant. The number of productive branches, fruit weight per plant and the best yield potential of red chili plants were obtained from the use of TM 999 varieties. There was a very real interaction between organic fertilizer and varieties on the number of fruits per plant; fruit weight per plant; and there was a real interaction with yield potential.Keywords:Red Chili, Organic Fertilizer, Varieties

Coconut water can increase the growth and yield of plants because itcontains plant growth regulator (PGR): auxin, cytokinin and gibberellin, vitamin, and mineral.The research was carried out to know: 1) the effect of coconut water concentrations on the growth and yield of mungbean and 2) concentration of coconut water that provide the best growth and yield of mungbean. The experiment was conducted during three months, from September until November 2017, located in Samarinda.The experiment was arranged in Completely Randomized Design (CRD) wasa single factor experiment, concentration of coconut water, consisted of four treatments: 0; 20; 40; and 60% of coconut water and each treatment was replicated six times. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance (anova) and continued by Least Significant Difference (LSD) test at significantlevel of 5%.Variables that observed were plant height, number of branches, number of pods, number of seeds, number of unfilled pods, weight of filled pods, andweight of seedsper plant.The result showed that the effect of coconut water concentrations was highly significant on plant height at 4, 6 weeks and at harvest time, number of pods, number of seeds, weight of filled pods, and weight of seeds per plant,howeveritwas significantly different on plant height at 2 weeks and number of branches, and it was no significantly different on number of unfilled pods. The best growth and yield of mungbean obtained by concentration 40% of coconut water.

<p>Garlic has a high price in the market, however, production of garlic has its limitations. The use of chemical fertilizers has shortcomings in terms of environmental sustainability, so need for organic fertilizer which serves to reduce the negative impact. The study aims to determine interactive between kinds of mycorrhizal and organic fertilizer to garlic, get the appropriate mycorrhizal and to get the Suistainablekind of fertilizer to increase of the garlic yield. The experiment was conducted from January 2013 to August 2013. Research using CRD (completely randomized design) with 2 factors of organic fertilizer (chicken manure, cow manure, goat manure, manure and vermicompost compost) and mycorrhizal types (Gigaspora margarita, Acaulospora sp, Glomus etunicatum). The results showed mycorrhizal mycorrhizal types Gigaspora margarita is suitable and capable of enhancing the growth of garlic, application of organic fertilizers used have not been able to increase the growth and yield of garlic. Applications of various types of mycorrhiza and organic fertilizers have not been able to increase the growth of garlic.</p>

The research aims to determine the effect of KCl addition on the growth and yield of shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) on various organic fertilizer bases. The research was conducted using a monofactor experiment with Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) consisting of 8 treatments with four replications. The treatment is without fertilization (K0), chicken manure (K1), goat manure (K2), cattle manure (K3), chicken manure + KCl (K4), goat manure + KCl (K5), cattle manure + KCl (K6), Urea, SP-36, KCl (K7). The observed parameters are plant height, leaf number, bulb number, bulb diameter, wet weight of plant and the potassium (K) uptake of plant. Data were subjected to Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and followed by Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results of the research showed organic fertilizer with or without KCl addition or NPK fertilizer gave higher plant height, leaf number, bulb diameter and wet weight of plant and potasium (K) uptake compared to without fertilization. The KCl addition on organic fertilizer did not increase wet weight of plant. The treatment chicken manure gave the higher indication on yield of plant compare to goat and cow manure.Keywords: shallot, organic fertilizer, KCl
