Profesi Ners yang merupakan tahap lanjutan dari pendidikan sarjana keperawatan merupakan salah satu stresor terbesar yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi respon stres adalah tipe kepribadian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tipe kepribadian, tingkat stres dan menganalisis hubungan antara tipe kepribadian dengan tingkat stres mahasiswa profesi ners di Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 36 responden. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan behavior pattern scale dan student nurse stress index yang telah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan Chi-Square. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa profesi ners memiliki tipe kepribadian B (63,9%) dan mengalami stres sedang (61,1%), dengan nilai p sebesar 0,036. Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan antara tipe kepribadian dengan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa profesi ners di Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi. Mahasiswa diharapkan mampu memahami tipe kepribadian dan manajemen stres untuk mencegah terjadinya stres berlebihan selama menjalani praktik profesi.

Mahasiswa dihadapkan pada berbagai macam hambatan dalam proses mengerjakan skripsi sehingga menyebabkan mahasiswa menjadi stress. Tingkat stres mahasiswa erat kaitannya dengan kondisi kesejahteraan psikologis yang dialaminya di kehidupan kampus.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional terhadap 108 mahasiswa tingkat akhir FIK UI yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi dengan menggunakan metode pengampilan sampel total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Well-being dan Student Nurse Stress Index (SNSI).Analisis uji statistik menggunakan uji korelasigamma. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang kuat antara kesejahteraan psikologis dengan tingkat stres dengan korelasi negatif (r= -0,649; p= 0.000). Pendidikan kesehatan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis perlu dilakukan sebagai cara untuk menurunkan tingkat stres yang dialami mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Kata kunci: kesejahteraan psikologis, stres, mahasiswa tingkat akhir PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING AND LEVEL OF STRESS AMONG THE LAST YEAR COLLEGE STUDENTS ABSTRACTCollege students are faced with various kinds of obstacles in the process of working on a thesis that causes students to become stressed.The level of student stress is closely related to the conditions of psychological well-being experienced in campus life.This study was conducted to correlation between psychological well-being and level of stress among the last year college students. Methodology used descriptive correlative with cross sectional study, used 108 the last year students in Faculty of Nursing Universitas Indonesia who is working on a thesis and used total sampling. The instrument in this study was Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Well-being and Student Nurse Stress Index (SNSI). Statistical analysis test using gamma correlation test. Result this study, there is strong correlation between psychological well-being and level of stress with the negative correlation (r = -0,649; p= 0.000). Health education and increasing psychological well-being need to be done as a way to decrease level of stress among the last year college students. Keywords: psychological well-being, stress, last year students

ABSTRACT Objective: to cross-culturally adapt the Student Nurse Stress Index to the Brazilian context. Method: this is a methodological study of translation and cross-cultural adaptation. We used a sample of specialists (n = 3) and nursing students (n = 40). Socioeconomic and academic questionnaires were used for data collection, assessment and the translated instrument (SNSI-Brazil). Results: most students were female (90.0%), single (87.5%), unemployed (80.0%), they studied on average 11 hours per week, slept 6 hours per day; and rated the face and the content of the instrument as very good, agreeing substantially (kappa = 0.74 and p-value < 0.01). The judges showed regular agreement in their assessments, and the SNSI-Brazil showed a good internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.80). Conclusion: The SNSI-Brazil was validated for face and content, has a good internal consistency if compared to versions used in other countries.

Background. The development and transformation of nursing within professional tertiary education have exerted a great pressure and challenge upon nursing students. Stress experienced by nursing students is a common precursor of psychological distress and attrition. However, no scale is specifically used to evaluate the sources of stress experienced by nursing students in Mainland China. Aims and Objective. This study is aimed at testing and comparing the reliability and validity including sensitivity and specificity of two nursing students’ stress instruments, the Chinese version of Student Nurse Stress Index Scale (SNSI-CHI), and the Stressors in Student Nursing Scale (SINS-CN) in Chinese nursing students, and describing the stress status of nursing students in China. Methods. A cross-sectional survey was conducted in two nursing schools in Henan Province from August 2017 to January 2018. Data were collected by using a questionnaire comprising the Chinese version of SNSI (SNSI-CHI), the Chinese version of SINS (SINS-CN), and the Chinese Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS). Homogeneity and stability, content, construct and concurrent validity, and sensitivity and specificity were assessed. Results. The Cronbach’s alpha (α) of SNSI-CHI was 0.90, and the item-to-total correlations ranged from 0.35 to 0.66. The Cronbach’s α of SINS-CN was 0.93, and the item-to-total correlations ranged from 0.19 to 0.61. The findings of exploratory factor analysis (EFA) confirmed a good construct validity of SNSI-CHI and SINS-CN. The Pearson’s rank correlation coefficients, between total scores of SNSI-CHI and CPSS and SINS-CN and CPSS, were assessed to 0.38 ( P < 0.01 ) and 0.39 ( P < 0.01 ), respectively. Regarding the CPSS, as the criterion, the cut-points of SNSI-CHI and SINS-CN for the area under the receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve were 0.77and 0.66, respectively. Conclusion. Both scales are valid and reliable for evaluating the source of stress of student nurses in China. Each has its own characteristics, but the SNSI-CHI demonstrated marginal advantage over the SINS-CN. The SNSI-CHI is short, is easily understood, and with clear dimension for the nursing students, and the SNSI-CHI is more acceptable for the users in China.

Abstract: Job satisfaction is a pleasant or unpleasant emotional state where employees viewwork. Leadership style is a behavior pattern designed to integrate organizational goals withindividual goals, to achieve a goal. Objective: To analyze the relationship between theleadership style of the room's head and the satisfaction of nurses at Bhayangkara Hospital.Samples: taken with a total sampling technique, which amounted to 49 people. Researchdesign: analytic descriptive with cross sectional approach and sampling technique of 49people Univariate analysis aims to explain and describe each researcher variable. In general,this analysis only describes the distribution and percentage of each variable that will beanalyzed by univariate analysis. Bivariate analysis is an analysis carried out on two variablesthat are allegedly related or correlated, namely data analysis to see the independent variable(Head of the room leader style) and the dependent variable (Nurse satisfaction). The test usedis the Chi-square test (x ^ 2). Results: The Chisquare test obtained a value of p = <0.05 =0.008. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between the leadership style of the headof the room and the job satisfaction of nurses in Bhayangkara Manado Hospital.Keywords: Leader Room Style, Nurse Satisfaction.Abstrak: Kepuasan kerja merupakan keadaan emosional yang menyenangkan atau tidakmenyenangkan dimana para karyawan memandang pekerjaan. Gaya kepemimpinanmerupakan pola tingkah laku yang dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan tujuan organisasidengan tujuan individu, untuk mencapai suatu tujuan. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan gayapemimpinan kepala ruangan dengan kepuasan perawat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara. Sampel:diambil dengan teknik pengambilan total sampel, yaitu berjumlah 49 orang. Desainpenelitian: deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan teknik pengambilansampel 49 orang. Analisa Univariat bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan setiapvariabel peneliti. Pada umumnya dalam analisis ini hanya menjelaskan distribusi danpresentase dari setiap variabel. Variabel yang akan di analisa dengan anlisa univariat tingkatkepuasaan kerja perawat. Analisi Bivariat merupakan analisa yang dilakukan terhadap duavariabel yang diduga berhubungan atau berkolerasi yaitu analisa data untuk melihat variabelindependen (Gaya pemimpin Kepala ruangan) dan variabel dependen (Kepuasan perawat). Ujiyang digunakan adalah uji Chi-square (􀝔􀬶). Hasil penelitian: Uji Chisquare didapatkan nilaip= <0.05 =0.008. Kesimpulan: terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinankepala ruang dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Manado.Kata Kunci: Gaya Pemimpin Kepala Ruangan, Kepuasan Perawat.
