Abstract A person's sleep quality is said to be good if it does not show a variety of signs of sleep deprivation and does not experience sleep problems. Sleep disorders are commonly found among young adults, especially students who later can lead to reduced concentration of learning and health problems. This can cause the achievement of academic achievement optimally because the learning process is disrupted. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of quantity and quality of sleep with the competency test DIII Nursing Ministry of Health Polytechnic Jakarta I. The research design used was an analytical method with a cross sectional design. The research sample was a total sampling of students DIII Health Ministry Polytechnic nursing Jakarta I who had graduated in 2017 with 76 respondents. Sleep quality data was taken using the Pittsburg sleep quality index (PSQI) and the 2017 competency test graduation value. The results of this study indicate there is no relationship between the quality and quantity of sleep and the graduation of nursing competency tests.

Background and Objectives: Overweight nutritional status in adolescents becomes a health problem that continues to require attention. Not only because of its rapidly increasing prevalence, but also its various adverse effects on adolescent health, especially on the quality of sleep. Sleep quality decrease in adolescents can impact their daily performance, especially in learning. This study aimed to investigate the relationship of overweight nutritional status with sleep quality in adolescents aged 16–18 years old in South Jakarta.Method: This cross-sectional design study was done in two public senior high schools in the South Jakarta. A total of 186 students from classes of 2015, 2016, and 2017 with age between 16-18 years old underwent weight and height measurements, determination of BMI and nutritional status using the CDC BMI-for-age chart, as well as filling the Cleveland Adolescent Sleepiness Questionnaire to assess the quality of sleep.Results: The prevalence of overweight was found by 20.43% (14.52% categorized as overweight, 5.91% categorized as obese) with a median value of the questionnaire 40.00 (23.00 to 58.00). Mann-Whitney test found that the p value for the mean difference of the questionnaire's total score to excess weight is 0.783.Conclusion: There was no correlation between the quality of sleep to excess weight in adolescents aged 16–18 years old in South Jakarta.

<p class="AbstractContent"><strong>Objective:</strong> Elderly are at risk of poor slepp quality and other health problems due to reduced sleep satisfaction. The objective of this study was to explore the association between sleep hygiene and sleep quality in elderly.</p><p class="AbstractContent"><strong>Methods: </strong>This was a descriptive study with cross sectional design. The study was conducted in four elderly care institutions in Jakarta, Indonesia, involving a purposive sample of 103 elderly aged 60 to 111 years old. Data were collected using Sleep Hygiene Index (SHI) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).</p><p class="AbstractContent"><strong>Results:</strong> Over half of the residents had poor sleep hygiene (51.5%) and more than three quarter (81.6%) had poor sleep quality. The study revealed that there was a highly significant relationship between sleep hygiene and sleep quality (p = 0.001). The study also showed that those with poor sleep hygiene were 7.834 times more likely to have poor sleep quality.<strong></strong></p><p class="AbstractContent"><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Nurses need to include interventions that may address residents’ sleep problems. Around 1.5 billion children have been dismissed from school due to the outbreak of Covid-19,as a result of which many of them are spending more time using electronic devices during the lockdown.According to data from the American Children's Academy, 75% of 9-10 year olds experience sleep deprivation due to unsupervised use of technology.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between gadget use and sleep quality in school age children.This study used a correlation design with a cross sectional approach.The data collection tool used a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Spearman-rho test.The results of this study found that there was no relationship between the use of gadgets and the quality of sleep during the Covid-19 pandemic with a P-Value of 0.653> 0.05 (insignificant). Recommend that parents can increase their activities and activities with children,such as involving children in home activities and exercising together to distract children from gadgets.

Hipertensi kehamilan dialamai 8% pada ibu hamil yang merupakan penyebab kematian ibu dan neonatus serta beresiko mengalami eclampsia dan pre eklampsia. Tekanan darah yang tinggi selama kehamilan dapat mempengaruhi kualitas tidur. Insomnia dialami 12% ibu hamil trimester pertama dan sebanyak 75% pada akhir kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kualitas tidur terhadap perubahan tekanan darah ibu hamil di Rumah Bersalin Bidan Nuril. Desain penelitian  ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional pada 42 ibu hamil trimester III yang diukur tekanan darah dan kualitas tidur menggunakan instrument Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan ratarata kualitas tidur 5,78 dan p value systole sebesar 0,002 dan diastole 0,024 menggunakan uji Rank Speramen test. Ada hubungan antara kualitas tidur pada ibu hamil terhadap perubahan tekanan darah baik systole maupun diastole di Rumah Bersalin Bidan Nuril. Kata kunci: kehamilan; kualitas tidur; tekanan darahRELATIONSHIP OF QUALITY OF SLEEP AND CHANGES OF BLOOD PRESSURE OF PREGNANT WOMEN IN NURIL MATERNAL CLINIC  ABSTRACT Pregnancy hypertension is experienced by 8% of pregnant women which is the cause of mortality maternal and neonatal that can at risk of experiencing eclampsia and pre-eclampsia. High blood pressure during pregnancy can affect sleep quality. Sleep disturbance is experiencing 12% of pregnant women in the first trimester and as much as 75% at the end of pregnancy. This study aims was to see the relationship between sleep quality and changes in blood pressure of pregnant women at Nuril Maternal Clinic. This study was a cross-sectional study design with 42 third trimester pregnant women who measured blood pressure and sleep quality using the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The results showed that the average sleep quality was 5.78 and the Pvalue systole was 0.002 and diastole was 0.024 using the Speramen Rank test. There was a relationship between the quality of sleep in pregnant women to changes in blood pressure, both systole and diastole at the Nuril Maternal Clinic.. Key words: pregnancy; sleep quality; blood pressure

ABSTRAKWHO memperkirakan pada tahun 2020 Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) akan menyebabkan 73% kematian dan 60% seluruh kesakitan di dunia (WHO, 2013). Penyakit hipertensi di Indonesia banyak diderita oleh perempuan dengan persentase sebesar 28,8% dan sering tidak menunjukkan gejala serta baru disadari setelah menyebabkan gangguan organ. National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institut dari United States Department of Health and Human Services menginformasikan bahwa kurang tidur atau kualitas tidur yang buruk meningkatkan risiko tekanan darah tinggi, penyakit jantung, dan penyakit lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas tidur dengan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Mojolangu Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Mojolangu. Penelitian ini menggunakan total populasi dan tidak ada pengambilan sampel. Besar sampel diperoleh berdasarkan periode waktu dan diperoleh besar sampel sejumlah 30 dengan menetapkan beberapa kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Variabel dependennya yaitu tekanan darah dan variabel independennya adalah kualitas tidur. Analisis data menggunakan uji koefisien kontingensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden dengan tekanan darah tidak normal sebanyak 53,3% berjenis kelamin perempuan, 43,3% berada dalam kelompok umur 41-60 tahun, 66,7% dengan kualitas tidur buruk. Ada hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi dengan kuat hubungan 0,649. Kesimpulan penelitian, sebagian besar responden yang memiliki kualitas tidur buruk akan memiliki kenaikan tekanan darah, sehingga perlu dilakukan penyuluhan dan pendampingan pada penderita hipertensi.Kata Kunci: kualitas tidur, tekanan darah, pasien hipertensi ABSTRACT WHO estimate that, in 2020 non-communicable disease causes of death 73% and 60% of all morbidity in the world (WHO, 2013). In Indonesia, hypertension is suffered by women with 28.8% and often shows no symptoms, only realized after causing organ disorders. The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute of the United States Department of Health and Human Services informs that less sleep or poor sleep quality increases the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and other diseases. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of sleep with blood pressure in hypertensive patients in Mojolangu Public Health Center, Malang. The type of this research is observational analytic with cross sectional design. Population in this research is all patient of hypertension in Mojolangu Public Health Center. This study uses total population. The sample size is generated based on the time period and a sample size of 30 is obtained by specifying some inclusion and exclusion criteria. The dependent variable is blood pressure and the independent variable is sleep quality. Analizing data by coeficient contingency. The result of this research are respondents with abnormal blood pressure were 53.3% female, 43.3% were in the 41-60 years old, 66.7% with poor sleep quality. There is a relationship between the quality of sleep with blood pressure in hypertensive patients with a strong relationship (0.649). The  conclusion is respondents who have poor quality of sleep have an increase in blood pressure, so there are needs to be counseling and menthoring for hypertensive patients.Keywords: quality of sleep, blood pressure, hypertension patient

Introduction: Adolescent are very interested in gadgets that make it easier for them to carry out various social activities. One of the problems that can arise from gadget overuse is decreased quality of sleep. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between gadget usage behavior and adolescent sleep quality. Methods: Cross-sectional design was used in this study. Ninety-nine respondents had chosen with a proportionate stratified random sampling. Analysis was done by Chi square test. Results: Data analysis showed that 84.8% of the respondents were categorized as gadget addiction and 80.8% of the respondents experienced poor sleep quality. The relationship between gadget usage and sleep quality was significant with a p-value of 0.0001. Conclusion: There was a relationship between gadget usage and sleep quality in adolescents, in which gadget dependency had poorer quality of sleep.

Objectives: Sleep has been one of God’s most precious blessings since human’s existence and it is vital for both body and soul. External and internal factors like age, sex, drug, illness, psychological pressure, job, life style and Earth’s magnetic field influence quality of sleep drastically. In this study we tended to find the relationship between geographical direction during sleeping process and quality of sleep. Methods: In a cross-sectional descriptive study, 200 students from university of Iran, Mazandaran province were selected arbitrarily. After exclusion, based on exclusion criteria, the number of research’s samples reached to 153. Tools used regarding collecting data were standard Pittsburg sleep quality inventory (PSQI) in order to assess the quality of the sleep. Symptom Checklist-90-Revised (SCL- 90-R) was used in order to study psychiatric symptoms and an anonymous demographic questionnaire was used to record personal information, filled by individuals. Software Spss17 with chi-square were used for statistical analysis procedure. Results: 30.7%(47cases) slept in north-south direction, 22.8%(35) in south north, 26.2%(40) in east west and 20.3%(31) in west east. Among PSQI sleep scales, there was a strong relationship between difficulties in falling asleep with geographical directions of sleep (p<0.001). No significant relationship between sleep directions and other scales has been found. Conclusion: Considering the high prevalence of sleep difficulties and strong relationship between geographical directions and quality of sleep. With respect to this study, sleep in north-south position can be advised to improve sleep quality and it necessary in order to maintain sleep hygiene.

Hemodialysis is one of renal replacement therapy in patients with CRF, one of the problems that led to the failure of hemodialysis is the issue of compliance. Therefore it takes the role of health workers in providing understanding of discharge planning for continuity of care in achieving the quality of life of patients. The study aims to determine the relationship of understanding of discharge planning with the level of compliance in the CRF patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy in RSI Jemursari Surabaya. Analytical research method with cross sectional design. The population is all patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis for 70 people and a large sample of 59 respondents. Systematic sampling with sampling techniques. The instrument has it under the sheet questionnaires, and then analyzed by Spearman correlation test using SPSS 16.0 can for Windows. The results showed that a large majority of the 59 respondents 35 (59.3%) a good understanding of discharge planning, compliance levels in CRF patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy most of the 30 (50.8%). With the relationship of discharge planning with the level of compliance in the CRF patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy, it is expected that health workers can provide clear information to patients, in the form of discharge planning which is in good order and improve the quality of interaction to the family and the patient.

<p><em>Good hospital services so far still seem difficult to obtain by the community when they want to seek treatment for services. Good service is a very important thing to improve patient satisfaction especially in poly physiotherapy at Siti Hajar Hospital Medan. This type of research was descriptive with a "cross sectional" design, the population in this research were 150 respondents who came to poly physiotherapy. Samples that meet the criteria in this research are 30 selected respondents. Sampling by means of "systematic sampling techniques. The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship of factors of reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, and physical evidence to the satisfaction of physiotherapy patient. The results of this research show that the majority of respondents stated that the quality of service in the poly physiotherapy at the Siti Hajar  Hospital in Medan was quite good at 14 people (46.7%). These results indicate there is a relationship between the quality of physiotherapy services and satisfaction, this is evident from the results of chi-square analysis where p-value = 0.004, smaller than 0.005. The conclusion in this resarch is that the hospital gives priority to the development of the quality of physiotherapy services, especially on poly physiotherapy.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em><em>Pelayanan rumah sakit yang maksimal selama ini masih terkesan sulit didapatkan masyarakat ketika hendak berobat untuk mendapatkan  pelayanan. Pelayanan yang baik merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien khususnya di poli fisioterapi RSU Siti Hajar Medan. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan rancangan “cross sectional”, populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 orang responden yang datang ke poli fisioterapi. Sampel yang memnuhi kriteria dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang terpilih sebanyak 30 orang responden. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara “teknik sampling sistematis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor kehandalan, jaminan, daya tanggap, empati, dan bukti fisik terhadap kepuasan pasien fisioterapi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa mayoritas responden menyatakan mutu pelayanan di poli fisioterapis RSU Siti Hajar Medan adalah cukup baik yakni sebanyak 14 orang (46.7%). Hasil ini juga menunjukan ada hubungan mutu pelayanan fisioterapi dengan kepuasan, hal ini terbukti dari  hasil analisis chi-square dimana p-value = 0.004, lebih kecil dari 0.005. Kesimpulan dalam Penelitian ini bahwa pihak rumah sakit memberikan prioritas  pengembangan mutu pelayanan Fisioterapi terutama pada poli fisioterapi.</em></em></p>
