Introduction. Globalization of economic processes, dynamic changes in value priorities, transformations, changes in consumer preferences of Ukrainian society, its high dependence on mental parameters, sacrifice competition in the restaurant business lead to the need to find innovative directions of development, of which are value aspects. The restaurant business performs an important social function – to cause the consumer to feel satisfied with the restaurant service. The value formation of a restaurant service is complicated by the requirements of consumers for its characteristics. Considering this, the effective development of the restaurant business is possible only if the value of the restaurant service is provided to the customers. Methods. The research is based on a set of rules and procedures that contain a series of methods that use to systematize scientific approaches to the definition of the essence of the concept of “value” and to identify the two main components of the value of the restaurant service – consumer and price, to improve methodological tools to assess the net value of the restaurant service. The following methods were used during the study: systemic, structural and functional, formal and logical, complex integral evaluation. Results. The article proposes a methodology for assessing the net worth of a restaurant service, which is based on a comprehensive evaluation system, concentrates the parameters of value (restaurant dish, service, staff, atmosphere of the image, brand) and cost parameters (monetary, emotional, time and energy costs), allows to identify the contradictions in the value management of the restaurant service and characterize its uniqueness, which creates an informational basis for a well-founded determination of strategic directions of the enterprise development of restaurant business. Discussion. The result of the developed methodology of assessing the net worth of the restaurant service are proposals for the development of the restaurant business enterprise, which in their conceptual basis are oriented to ensure the compliance of the restaurant service to the requirements of consumers, which will ultimately contribute to the successful implementation of the strategy of the restaurant business, increase the competitiveness and expansion of the target audience of customers. Background: The gear shifting comfort of tractors is affected by various factors, which make it extremely difficult to accurately and quantitatively describe the handling comfort through objective physical quantities. However, the calculation and evaluation process of the index of manipulation comfort mostly involves the operation of matrix form, and the numerical operation is one of the powerful core functions of MATLAB. Objective: This study aims to take the gear shifting process of tractors as the research object and uses MATLAB /GUI toolbox to develop the shifting comfort evaluation system, thereby improving the gear shifting comfort. Methods: The procedures of holistic assessment, element subdivision, and detailed tracking were adopted as the analysis method. Thus, the operation process was divided into four action units, including pedal free travel, separation travel, gear change, and joint travel, according to the concept of “differentiation” and manipulation behavior. Based on the matter-element model, the process of clutch operation was described by coupling of action elements. The closeness between the actual model and the target model was used to measure the degree of handling comfort. Then, the results were compared with those of the multi-index comprehensive evaluation. Results: It was shown that the separation travel has the greatest influence on the handling comfort. Taking vehicle 1 as an example, the matter-element analysis model provided the overall comfort value of the carrier (0.8359), which is close to the value of the multi-index comprehensive evaluation (0.8156). Moreover, the evaluation results presented the score of each action unit, which could directly reflect the action units with the lowest level of comfort. The evaluation results of matter-element model can not only reflect the handling comfort of different components, but also locate the negative aspects of the whole operation. Conclusion: This method is effective in overcoming the ambiguity of the concept of comfort and the generality of overall evaluation as well as avoiding the uncertainty of subjective evaluation.

When the reliability analysis of in-service RC flexural member is carried on, an expert evaluation or AHP (analytical hierarchy process) for evaluation is commonly used, but human factors are big. This paper presents a comprehensive evaluation method of a existing RC flexural member’s reliability on the basis of attribute mathematics. According to the actual measured values of each index in the evaluation system, using a mathematical method to calculate weight, and build a comprehensive quantitative analysis model. Example analysis shows that this method can effectively identify and finely distinguish the reliability of in-service RC flexural members, which be much more objective and scientific compared with other previous methods.

Product evaluation is very important for product improvement and development, and subjective product evaluation determines customer’s evaluation of products to some extent, so the purpose of this study is to establish a reasonable subjective product evaluation system. In this study, we comprehensively determine the evaluation indexes based on Kansei engineering (KE), establish an overall product evaluation system by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and establish the subjective product evaluation system by classifying the evaluation indexes in the overall product evaluation system into “objective evaluation index” and “subjective evaluation index”, removing the objective evaluation indexes, and retaining the subjective evaluation indexes. Additionally, we select some modern chairs as experimental samples to verify the reliability and validity of this subjective product evaluation system by means of questionnaires. The experimental results show that, in this subjective product evaluation system, the subjective evaluation of the product is positively correlated with the “favorite” level of the product in comprehensive evaluation, and negatively correlated with the “least favorite” level of the product in comprehensive evaluation, indicating that this subjective product evaluation system realizes a symmetry between subjective product evaluation and comprehensive product evaluation. Therefore, it can be concluded that this subjective product evaluation system based on KE and AHP proposed in this study has reliability and validity, and can be used for product evaluation to judge the popularity of products and enhance the competitiveness of products.

In the College, performance evaluation system is directly related to the harmonious development of the school. Taking into account the factors in the evaluation system is fuzzy, so this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. But the model is too subjective, so this paper combines neural network and data envelopment analysis method, which ensures that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable and scientific, and good school development and teacher self-interest. The performance assessment process, not only enables the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also fair and reasonably reflect the achievements of teachers, while this method is easy to use, wide application, and can be well applied in practice.

According to indicators’ information repetition and subjectivity of the indicators’ weight set during the variable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Principal Component analysis can help solve the weight of the relative indicators and reduce comprehensive evaluation dimensions of the variable fussy comprehensive evaluation. This paper has made a comprehensive evaluation of the status quo of Yunnan’s low carbon economy development(2005-2009), which turns out to be more practical compared with the mere variable fussy theory analysis, thus, principal component-variable fuzzy evaluation is a kind of feasible way to analyze the regional low carbon development status.

Now the coal mine gas risk index and evaluation system has a lot of deficiency. The paper establishes a coal mine gas risk index system and explains the meaning of each index on the basis of analysis of gas accident for recent years. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has become an effective and popular method, so the paper evaluates the coal mine gas accident risk using fuzzy mathematical safety evaluation, and takes this method in six mines of one group, at last the paper provides some suggestions for this method
