The aim of this study is to analyse the effect of Blockholder Ownership, Managerial Ownership,Institutional Ownership, and Audit Committee towards Firm Value. The background of this research isthe agency theory and ownership theory. The population in this study are 46 property companies listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2012-2016. By using purposive samplingtechnique, 35 companies are qualified as data samples. This research uses the random effect model asthe estimation model and multiple regression as the method of analysis. The results of this study showsthat Institutional Ownership has a positive effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, Blockholder Ownership,Managerial Ownership, and Audit Committee have no effect on Firm Value. Moreover, the F-testimplies that the variables, blockholder ownership, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, andaudit committee, simultaneously influence firm value.

This research aimed to get empirical evidence about the effect of profitability and good corporate governance as proxied by the proportion of independent board commissioners, number of board commissioners meetings, proportion of audit committee, number of audit committee meetings, managerial ownersip and institutional ownership. The population of this research was companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2017. The sample of this research was fixed by purposive sampling method so that was found 88 samples. Technique of data analysis was multiple linear regression. The result of research showed that profibility, the proportion of independent board commissioners, proporsion of audit committee, managerial ownership and institutional ownership had significant positive effect on firm value, while commissioners meetings and audit committee meetings had no effect on firm value

This study aims to investigate the effect of excess cash on liquidity and firm value. The sample that is used is 211 non-financial firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with period from 2007 to 2017, resulting a total of 2321 firm-year observations. The regression model used are fixed effect and random effect model. The results show that excess cash increase trading continuity and decrease liquidity risk. This result can be caused by uninformed trader trading participation. Additionally, excess cash has a positive effect on firm value directly because with excess cash firm can invest. The study also finds that the effect of excess cash on illiquid firm value is negative, this result happened because excess cash can increase firm’s information asymmetry problem. Finally, we also find that excess cash has higher effect on small size firms with financial constraint problems and higher growth opportunities.

The purpose of this study was to see how the influence of profitability and corporate governance on firm value with or without CSR as a moderating variable. The researchers collected data on companies in the Basic Industry and Chemicals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by accessing the website www.idx.co.id.  The population in this study consisted of 80 companies and a sample of 27 companies with a five-year research period. The research method used was quantitative, utilizing data analysis techniques based on the Partial Least Squares (PLS) model and Smart PLS software. The results showed that institutional ownership (p-value 0.064) has no effect on firm value, managerial ownership (p-value 0.462) has no effect on firm value, independent commissioners (p-value 0.836) has no effect on firm value, ROE (p-value 0.119) has no effect on firm value and the audit committee (p-value 0.012) has a positive effect on firm value, institutional ownership with CSR as a moderating variable (p-value 0.756) has no effect on firm value, managerial ownership with CSR as a moderating variable (p -value 0.141) has no effect on firm value, the audit committee with CSR as a moderating variable (p-value 0.084) has no effect on firm value, independent commissioners with CSR as a moderating variable (p-value 0.745) has no effect on firm value, ROE with CSR as a moderating variable (p-value 1.906) has no effect on firm value an, institutional ownership (P-value = 894) has no effect on CSR, managerial ownership (P-value = .361) has no effect on the audit committee CSR (P-value = .984) has no effect on CSR,  Independent Commissioner (P- value = .000) has a negative effect on CSR, ROE (P-value = .001) has a negative effect on CSR, CSR (P-value = .018) has a positive effect on firm value.

<p>The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence of the effect of good corporate governance (Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership), Leverage and Company Size on the integrity of financial statements. The sample used in the study was 33 companies listed in the LQ45 category on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. This study uses the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used for hypothesis testing is SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners has a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements, institutional ownership has a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements. However, the audit committee, managerial ownership, leverage and company size have no influence on the integrity of financial statements.</p>

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of institutional ownership (KI), intellectual capital (IC) and Leverage (DER) to financial distress (Springate) financial distress condition. Independent variables in this study are institutional ownership (KI), intellectual capital (IC) and Leverage (DER) and financial distress (Springate) partially or simultaneously. Population in this study is Manufacture companies’s sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling, obtained 128 sample data and use Panel data regression analysis using software Eviews 10. Random effect model was chosen after 3 regression panel test. Simultaneously, all the independet variables have significant effect to dependent variable (financial distress). Partially intellectual capital (IC) have negative significant effect with to financial distress. Leverage (DER) have positive significant effect to financial distress. This study examines the effect of profitability, liquidity and capital structure on firm value of banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 until 2018. Samples of this study were 20 banking company. The method of analysis used in this research is regression analysis of data panel with Random Effect Model method. The result of this research show that profitability and capital structure partially have significant effect on firm value of banking company, while liquidity have no significant effect on firm value of banking company.

A firm not only aims to get profits but also maximize its value  which can be reflected in stock price. Research aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance on firm value with financial performance as a mediating variable. The study conducted on LQ45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018. Sample determined by purposive sampling with 32 samples. Path analysis was used. analysis showed managerial ownership and institutional ownership had no effect on financial performance, managerial ownership and institutional ownership had no effect on firm value, financial performance had a positive effect on firm value, and financial performance was unable to mediate the relationship between GCG and firm value. In investing, investors don’t assess the expected return, but also liquidity in shares. Because the aspect of liquidity is very important for investors to decide which stocks are attractive investments. This study aims to examine the effect of asset liquidity and financial leverage on stock liquidity. The population is all companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 periods. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria and obtained a sample of 58 companies with 290 observations. The data of the financial statement of the companies has been obtained from the official website of IDX. The analytical method used is regression analysis of panel data with the help of application E-Views 8. Panel data regression can be estimated using three models, namely Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM). From the results of the estimation model, it is found that REM is the best model in this study. Furthermore, the results of the study show that asset liquidity has a positive and not significant effect on stock liquidity, while financial leverage has a negative and significant effect on stock liquidity

This study aims to determine the effect of Executive Incentive, Firm Size, and Leverage on Earnings Management. The object of research in this study is the LQ-45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2015-2018 period. This research uses purposive sampling method so that 27 companies are obtained with a total of 97 observations after outliers. This study uses a random effect model and multiple regression analysis used in hypothesis testing. This study provides results that the executive incentive LQ-45 company does not affect earnings management; firm size has a positive effect on earnings management; and leverage has no effect on earnings management.
