Abstract -The multicultural reality of the Indonesian nation is a gift from God Almighty. This study aims to provide a rationalization, the importance of optimizing the role of civic education as a multicultural education. This research uses a qualitative approach with literary study methods, data analysis processes in the form of: data reduction, data display, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the research obtained are: 1) Citizenship education is able to play a role as multicultural education, because the objectives and scientific structure are very supportive, especially to provide comprehensive understanding to students, so that they voluntarily maintain the nation's multiculturalism, 2) Citizenship education is able to shape the morality of students, so that consciously and fully committed to taking care of the nation's culturality, because it is a form of faith and devotion to God Almighty, as well as the real implementation of the concept of good and smart citizens.  Abstrak - Realita kemultikulturalan bangsa Indonesia, merupakan anugerah dari Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rasionalisasi, pentingnya mengoptimalkan peran pendidikan pendidikan kewarganegaraan sebagai pendidikan multikultural. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi litertur, proses analisis data berupa: reduksi data, display data, verifikasi serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: 1) Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan mampu berperan sebagai pendidikan multikultural, karena tujuan dan struktur keilmuannya sangat mendukung, khususnya untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif kepada peserta didik, agar secara sukarela menjaga kemultikulturalan bangsa, 2) Pendidikan kewarganegaraan mampu membentuk moralitas peserta didik, agar secara sadar dan penuh komitmen untuk merawat kemultikulturalan bangsa, karena sebagai bentuk keimanan dan ketakwaannya terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, serta implementasi nyata dari konsep warga negara yang baik dan cerdas..

Activities that are followed by each child in their environment, have an impact that will be remembered until adulthood.  The women who surround the children's environment have a role in shaping the character of a child, leading to adolescent life to adulthood.  This study aims to explain the resilience of a child in participating in religious activities.  In this study, using a naturalistic qualitative approach, with locations in Rejomulyo Hamlet, Sarimulyo Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi Regency.  To collect the data used observation methods and document analysis.  In testing the validity of the data, it was measured using the triangulation technique of sources, methods, extending observation time, checking with peers through discussion, and member-checking.  Data analysis was carried out by data reduction steps, data display and conclusion drawing.  The various kinds of situations and conditions that children have in the environment guided by the intensive role of women in increasing children's resilience are very significant.  Children get knowledge about obligations and sunnah in Islamic teachings and also socialize with the environment.  A child is able to understand that every problem that every child has has a way to increase resilience so that he is able to overcome every problem at hand.  The result of the role of women in accustoming religious activities to children is that they have increased resilience for a child.

The research method used a qualitative approach. The research activities included field observationstoexploreformsofethnomathematics.Theproblem:Howwastheroleof ethnomathematics as an encouragement of the growth of students’ nationalism? The objectives were: (1) Finding the role of ethnomathematics in encouraging the growth of students’ nationalism. (2) Finding the objects of ethnomathematics that can encourage the growth of students’ nationalism. Data analysis includes: data reduction, data display, data interpretation, and conclusion/verification. The results were as follows: (1) Thelearningbyapplyingofethnomathematicsapproachcanplayaroleinencouraging thegrowthofstudents’nationalism.(2)Tooptimizetheroleofethnomathematicsasan encouragement of the growth of the spirit of nationalism, the teacher needs to choose the objects of ethnomathematics based on the work of the nation’s own.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1). Peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam mengembangkan moral peserta didik, 2). Penerapan pembelajaran demokrasi dalam mengembangkan moral peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data reduction, data display, and data conclusion drawing verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Pendidikan kewarganegaraan sangatlah berpengaruh dalam mengembangkan moral peserta didik dalam berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat 2). Demokrasi berperan penting dalam mengembangkan perilaku peserta didik dalam bersosial, bertoleransi, saling menghargai dan menghormati.Kata kunci: Perlindungan, Guru, Kekerasan, Siswa The role of civic education in developing morals through learning democracy. This study aims to in order to understand the: 1). The role of education has a hand in developing citizenship as a capital investment moral school tuition, 2). The application of democracy education has a hand in developing moral school tuition. Research methods that were used pt pgn promised to supply the qualitative method. The technique of the collection of data using observation and the objective of the interview. The technique of data processing using triangulation of. The technique of of the data analysis used data on reduction, team’s studios meeting rooms library data, a private economic analyst said the data conclusion drawing verification. The research results show that 1). "Clown children" is a new entertainment for Medan City residents, especially children. This phenomenon arose along with the Covid-19 pandemic and was mostly played by young children on the pretext of hoping for people's compassion, to be precise as of August 2020. Even though before the Covid-19 pandemic there were already "clowns" on the streets, but there were more characters. adults. Various factors led to the emergence of "clown children" with the role of young children in Medan. This paper aims to analyze the phenomenon of the emergence of "clown children" in the Covid-19 era in Medan, which is played by early childhood, which is researched using a qualitative approach using phenomenological study methods. Data were collected by means of interview, observation and document review techniques. Furthermore, data reduction, data display or presentation and drawing conclusions are performed as a form of data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the “clown boy” played by early childhood children on the streets of Medan is caused by 3 (three) factors, namely making money, helping parents and filling spare time due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to explore the role of the tax intelligence unit in increasing tax revenues in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach, particularly the case study method, using the Bali Regional Tax Office as a research setting. Through in-depth interviews and a data analysis that comprises of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification, this study shows that the tax intelligence unit performs effectively in boosting tax revenues through three main steps: investigation, security, and accumulation. The findings of this study present substantial implications to the Indonesian tax authority in strengthening its tax intelligence and maximizing the tax revenues. This study aimed to describe the role of guidance and counseling in motivating students to learn mathematics in class VII-8 SMP 3 Palangkaraya and describe the teacher's role in motivating students in learning. This type of approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, namely with information, correc fact and reliable. Subjects in this study were the teacher in class VII-8. The data used is primary data and secondary data collection techniques used in data observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis using the technique proposed by Milles and Hubermen namely data reduction, data display, and verification of decision making. These results indicate that BK teacher acts as a motivator and as a mentor in terms of motivating learners to learn math at grade VII-8 SMP 3 Palangkaraya.

This study aims to determine the transformation of educational facility management in the era of technological disruption, where the place of this research was carried out at Duta Bangsa University, Surakarta. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are by observation, interviews and documentation. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method, namely by utilizing various methods as a consideration. The data analysis technique in this study is data that has been obtained by descriptive (non-statistical) method. Activities in data analysis, namely data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), and verification (drawing conclusions). The results show that the transformation of educational facility management in the era of technological disruption that has been carried out by Duta Bangsa University Surakarta continues to be carried out starting from educational services that are directed towards technology-based both physical and non-physical in supporting universities, as well as in the implementation of all technology-based learning as a demands for technological developments that are happening more rapidly (disruption) in order to create a superior campus in the era of technological disruption.

The purpose of this study was to analyze planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum development based on Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI) in the Islamic Education Department at Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta. This research uses qualitative approach. Interviews were conducted directly with informants consisting of the Dean, Vice Dean, Head of Islamic Education Department. The results of observations and documentation were obtained from various studies of documents, manuscripts, and archives related to the KKNI-based curriculum management. Data analysis is based on data reduction, data display, and verification. The result of this study figures out that: a) The curriculum of the Islamic Education Department at UMY has been approved in accordance with the KKNI curriculum and each components of curriculum management consist of planning, implementing, and evaluating of the curriculum although there are deficiencies in each process; b) The development of curriculum management needs attention to Standard Operational Procedures and curriculum arrangements for the KKNI although its implementation is not entirely based on the KKNI.

This study aims to understand the management of Child-Friendly Schools (SRA) of PAUD inclusive which was carried out at PAUD Cendekia Kids School and the All Kids Learning House in Madiun City, East Java. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. The technique of collecting data is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique starts from the data display, data reduction, until drawing conclusions. The results showed that; First, PAUD Scholar Kids School and the All Kids Learning House have their respective characteristics in implementing inclusive PAUD management, by adjusting to the conditions of existing institutions. secondly, child-friendly inclusive PAUD management at Cendekia Kids School is in the process of finding shapes while the All Kids Learning House had a shape; third, the obstacles in trying to realize the SRA at Cendekia Kids School are different from those at the All Kids Learning House; fourth, the biggest obstacle to management is human resource management competence; fifth, the two institutions do not have legality as child-friendly PAUD, but in its implementation, it is already appropriate as a child-friendly inclusive PAUD.

Abstrak[English]: The research focused on the role of the taklim assembly on the development of Bergama awareness in the community of Bara Subdistrict, with the aim of: to understand the background established by the taklim assembly in Bara Subdistrict, and to understand the activities of the taklim assembly in Bara Subdistrict, understand the role of the taklim assembly in increasing religious awareness, understand the methods the method used in the activities of the majelis taklim. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, which describes the phenomena found in the research field. In collecting data researchers used techniques; observation, interview, documentation. As for data management techniques and data analysis, researchers use; data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that; majelis taklim was established in Bara Subdistrict because there are still many Muslims who still do not understand the teachings of Islam properly, majelis taklim is also active in carrying out religious activities and community activities. The researcher also found a significant role for the majelis taklim, because it could change the behavior of the members of the majelis taklim in the direction of the teachings of Islam. Abstrak[Indonesia]: Penelitian difokuskan pada peranan majelis taklim terhadap pengembangan kesadaran Bergama masyarakat Kecamatan Bara, dengan tujuan: (1) untuk memahami  latarbelakang didirikan majelis taklim di Kecamatan Bara; (2) untuk memahami kegiatan-kegiatan majelis taklim di Kecamatan Bara; (3) untuk memahami peranan majelis taklim dalam meningkatkan kesadaran beragama, (4) untuk memahami metode-metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan majelis taklim. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang ditemukan dalam lapangan penelitian. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan teknik; observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun teknik pengelolaan data dan analisis data, peneliti menggunakan; reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; majelis taklim didirikan di Kecamatan Bara karena masih banyak umat Islam yang masih kurang memahami ajaran Islam dengan baik, majelis taklim juga aktif melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan dan kegiatan kemasyarakatan. Peneliti juga menemukan peranan majelis taklim yang signifikan, karena dapat merubah perilaku anggota-anggota majelis taklim ke arah sesuai dengan tuntunan ajaran Islam.
