"Clown children" is a new entertainment for Medan City residents, especially children. This phenomenon arose along with the Covid-19 pandemic and was mostly played by young children on the pretext of hoping for people's compassion, to be precise as of August 2020. Even though before the Covid-19 pandemic there were already "clowns" on the streets, but there were more characters. adults. Various factors led to the emergence of "clown children" with the role of young children in Medan. This paper aims to analyze the phenomenon of the emergence of "clown children" in the Covid-19 era in Medan, which is played by early childhood, which is researched using a qualitative approach using phenomenological study methods. Data were collected by means of interview, observation and document review techniques. Furthermore, data reduction, data display or presentation and drawing conclusions are performed as a form of data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the “clown boy” played by early childhood children on the streets of Medan is caused by 3 (three) factors, namely making money, helping parents and filling spare time due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Activities that are followed by each child in their environment, have an impact that will be remembered until adulthood.  The women who surround the children's environment have a role in shaping the character of a child, leading to adolescent life to adulthood.  This study aims to explain the resilience of a child in participating in religious activities.  In this study, using a naturalistic qualitative approach, with locations in Rejomulyo Hamlet, Sarimulyo Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi Regency.  To collect the data used observation methods and document analysis.  In testing the validity of the data, it was measured using the triangulation technique of sources, methods, extending observation time, checking with peers through discussion, and member-checking.  Data analysis was carried out by data reduction steps, data display and conclusion drawing.  The various kinds of situations and conditions that children have in the environment guided by the intensive role of women in increasing children's resilience are very significant.  Children get knowledge about obligations and sunnah in Islamic teachings and also socialize with the environment.  A child is able to understand that every problem that every child has has a way to increase resilience so that he is able to overcome every problem at hand.  The result of the role of women in accustoming religious activities to children is that they have increased resilience for a child.

This study aims to analyze and examine the application of role-playing games in overcoming introverted children in early childhood at RA Uswatun Hasanah, Maron, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research uses case studies. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the teacher's steps in implementing role-playing games in overcoming the problems of introverted children through; Preparation and Planning Analysis, Role-Playing Engineering, Activity Documentation, Activity Evaluation. This research has implications for the use of role-playing, especially at RA Uswatun Hasanah. Introverted children begin to be able to mingle and even adapt to their friends, albeit slowly.

Abstract -The multicultural reality of the Indonesian nation is a gift from God Almighty. This study aims to provide a rationalization, the importance of optimizing the role of civic education as a multicultural education. This research uses a qualitative approach with literary study methods, data analysis processes in the form of: data reduction, data display, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the research obtained are: 1) Citizenship education is able to play a role as multicultural education, because the objectives and scientific structure are very supportive, especially to provide comprehensive understanding to students, so that they voluntarily maintain the nation's multiculturalism, 2) Citizenship education is able to shape the morality of students, so that consciously and fully committed to taking care of the nation's culturality, because it is a form of faith and devotion to God Almighty, as well as the real implementation of the concept of good and smart citizens.  Abstrak - Realita kemultikulturalan bangsa Indonesia, merupakan anugerah dari Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rasionalisasi, pentingnya mengoptimalkan peran pendidikan pendidikan kewarganegaraan sebagai pendidikan multikultural. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi litertur, proses analisis data berupa: reduksi data, display data, verifikasi serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: 1) Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan mampu berperan sebagai pendidikan multikultural, karena tujuan dan struktur keilmuannya sangat mendukung, khususnya untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif kepada peserta didik, agar secara sukarela menjaga kemultikulturalan bangsa, 2) Pendidikan kewarganegaraan mampu membentuk moralitas peserta didik, agar secara sadar dan penuh komitmen untuk merawat kemultikulturalan bangsa, karena sebagai bentuk keimanan dan ketakwaannya terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, serta implementasi nyata dari konsep warga negara yang baik dan cerdas..

Creativity is the ability to think of something in a new and unusual way then give a unique solution to the problem around us. The role of creativity is increasingly considered very important in the 21st century marked by very fast changes and increasingly complex challenges. So that creativity must be developed early through learning conducted in an integrated manner. This research method is descriptive qualitative with the data source from a classroom teachers and the principal of TK Kanisius Sorowajan on 8th of September 2018. The data collecting procedures are observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis activity included of data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that basically, every child was born creative. However, if given stimulus and treatement, the creativity would develop more and more. Creativity development carried out in Kanisius Sorowajan Kindergarten varies by integrating science, art, language, religion and IT learning in developing children's creativity integrally.

AbstrakMasa usia dini disebut juga dengan golden age yang sangat tepat untuk mendukung perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak. Aspek bahasa merupakan salah satu aspek yang penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan berbagai metode pengenalan berbahasa Inggris di Pioneer Montessori School Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini ialah kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Sedangkan teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas, uji transferabilitas, uji dependabilitas dan uji konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Pioneer Montessori School Padang terdapat 12 (dua belas) metode pengenalan berbahasa Inggris untuk anak usia dini. Metode tersebut terdiri dari TPR (Total Physical Response), singing song, dancing, concrete things, art, reward, story telling, three period lesson, games, sport, listen and repeat, serta pembiasaan dan pengulangan dalam berbahasa.  THE INTRODUCTION METHOD TYPE OF ENGLISH AT PIONEER MONTESSORI SCHOOL OF PADANGAbstractThe early childhood era also called by golden age which is precise for them to support their development and growth. Language aspect is one of the important aspect. The purpose of this research is to describe what kind of method th at Pioneer Montessori School of Padang use for introducing English. This researchis  using descriptive- qualitative method. The informantion gained from the head master and  teachers of the school. The technical of data aggregation  are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis conducted through data reduction, data display, and data verification. The technical of approval was using credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The result of research showed that in Pioneer Montessori School of Padang there are 12 (twelve) English introduction methods for early childhood. The method are TPR (Total Pyshical Response), singing song, dancing, concrete things, art, reward, story telling, three period lesson, games, sport, listen and repeat, also habituation and repetition.

This study aims to explore the role of the tax intelligence unit in increasing tax revenues in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach, particularly the case study method, using the Bali Regional Tax Office as a research setting. Through in-depth interviews and a data analysis that comprises of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification, this study shows that the tax intelligence unit performs effectively in boosting tax revenues through three main steps: investigation, security, and accumulation. The findings of this study present substantial implications to the Indonesian tax authority in strengthening its tax intelligence and maximizing the tax revenues. This study aimed to describe the role of guidance and counseling in motivating students to learn mathematics in class VII-8 SMP 3 Palangkaraya and describe the teacher's role in motivating students in learning. This type of approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, namely with information, correc fact and reliable. Subjects in this study were the teacher in class VII-8. The data used is primary data and secondary data collection techniques used in data observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis using the technique proposed by Milles and Hubermen namely data reduction, data display, and verification of decision making. These results indicate that BK teacher acts as a motivator and as a mentor in terms of motivating learners to learn math at grade VII-8 SMP 3 Palangkaraya.

This study aims to determine the transformation of educational facility management in the era of technological disruption, where the place of this research was carried out at Duta Bangsa University, Surakarta. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are by observation, interviews and documentation. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method, namely by utilizing various methods as a consideration. The data analysis technique in this study is data that has been obtained by descriptive (non-statistical) method. Activities in data analysis, namely data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), and verification (drawing conclusions). The results show that the transformation of educational facility management in the era of technological disruption that has been carried out by Duta Bangsa University Surakarta continues to be carried out starting from educational services that are directed towards technology-based both physical and non-physical in supporting universities, as well as in the implementation of all technology-based learning as a demands for technological developments that are happening more rapidly (disruption) in order to create a superior campus in the era of technological disruption.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1). Peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam mengembangkan moral peserta didik, 2). Penerapan pembelajaran demokrasi dalam mengembangkan moral peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data reduction, data display, and data conclusion drawing verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Pendidikan kewarganegaraan sangatlah berpengaruh dalam mengembangkan moral peserta didik dalam berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat 2). Demokrasi berperan penting dalam mengembangkan perilaku peserta didik dalam bersosial, bertoleransi, saling menghargai dan menghormati.Kata kunci: Perlindungan, Guru, Kekerasan, Siswa The role of civic education in developing morals through learning democracy.
