The research aim at constructing and standardizing compound tests (skill – physical) according to the phosphate energy system for the national center for gifted handball players aged (15 – 17) years old. The researchers used the descriptive method on (60) handball players from the national center for gifted in handball. Four tests were selected and a pilot study was conducted followed by the tests and the data was collected and treated using proper statistical operations to conclude that compound tests give a realistic evaluation for handball performance. Finally, the researcher recommended using these tests on regular bases for players’ selection as well as making other tests on other abilities and skills.

The study aimed at constructing and standardizing effective administration for the Iraqi basketball federation from employees' point of view. The researchers used the descriptive method on (424) administrative bureau members, (54) sub federations members as well as (10) certified national league coaches making a total of (547). The pilot study and the data were collected to conclude (5) standard levels of the scale. Finally, the researchers recommended using these scores and levels for measurement.

The aim of the research is to design organizational culture for physical educators and military training staff for PMF as well as identifying the level of organizational culture in popular mobilization forces PMF. The researcher used the descriptive method on (300) physical educators of PMF. Ten physical educators as well as 10 officers were selected for the pilot study. The researcher suggested (25) items for this scale to collect the data and come up with the conclusions. The results showed that origination is a vital means for making a difference in the PMF performance.

            The research aimed at constructing and standardizing a cognitive test in competition rules for epee referees as well as identifying the validity of these tests. The problem of the research lies in the lack of cognitive tests made for fencing referees. The researchers used the descriptive method on (50) referees and the pilot study was conducted on (3) while constructing subjects (47) and standardizing subjects were (45). The test was distributed, collected, and treated using proper statistical operations to conclude that there are differences between referees in their level that proves the validity of this test to measure cognitive knowledge of competition rules.

The research aimed at specifying distance and ratio of resistance for special strength endurance in 1500m youth running. The researchers used the descriptive method on (30) youth runners from the national center for gifted in Athletics. Three tests were specified and a pilot study was applied to come up with the conclusions and recommended generalizing the distances and ratios specified to test and train special strength endurance for 1500m youth running as well as using these tests for special strength endurance for continuous evaluation of runners and for runner’s selections.

      The research aimed at constructing an emotional balance scale for Iraqi futsal clubs as well as identifying the level of emotional balance scale for Iraqi female futsal players. It also aimed at identifying the psychological and obstacles that female futsal players face in training and during competition. The researchers used the descriptive method on (300) female futsal players who represent (20) clubs distributed as a pilot study, main experiment, construction, and applications subjects. The scale consisted of (26) items to come up with the rests. The data was collected and treated using SPSS to conclude that the results showed significance between emotional balance and mental, social, motor, psychological stability, and courage in facing the future.

The research aimed at evaluating scouting team leaders who have the wooden badge in Iraq by identifying the reality of their performance. The problem of the research lies in the lack of studies and researchers that evaluate scouting team leaders who have a wooden badge in Iraq. The researchers used the descriptive method on (215) scouting team leaders in Iraq divided into (24) pilot study subjects, and (191) evaluation subjects. They also used questionnaires that consisted of six fields (administrative, leadership, cognitive, skill, communication, and physiological) distributed on (5) items. The data was collected and treated using SPSS to come up with the conclusions and recommendations.

The research aim at identifying the time of motor response to auditory and visual stimuli as well as identifying the accuracy of blocking and finding the relationship between motor repose time and blocking accuracy. The community was (7) primer soccer league of 2019 – 2020 and the subjects were (24) volleyball players from Al Jaish and Al Shorta clubs ten players from Al Shorta club performed the pilot study. The researchers used the descriptive method and the data was collected and treated using SPSS. The results showed a significant relationship between response time and blocking accuracy. The researchers recommended concentrating on applying scientific principles for developing time of motor response in a manner suitable for blocking in volleyball as well as the necessity of developing time of motor response that directly affect defensive skills of volleyball players.

Paddy drying was performed using a hybrid drier utilizing solar energy, biomass and combined solar-biomass energy as energy sources. This research objective was to evaluate performance of the hybrid paddy drier using solar energy and paddy straw and coconut coir biomass. The experimental and descriptive method was used. The result showed that the drier with solar system was capable to generate temperature of drying chamber to 40.42 °C in average, while the average relative humidity was 41.45%. The paddys final moisture was 14.88%w.b after 7 hours of drying with drying rate of 0.64% d.b/h and energy consumption of 32,595.32 kJ. Paddy drying with biomass energy system was capable to obtain drying chambers temperature of 33.8 °C in average, the average relative humidity of 57%, the final moisture of 15.57%, the drying rate of 0.50 %d.b/h and energy consumption of 160,662.15 kJ with the same drying times. The solar-biomass drying system was capable to achieve temperature of 39.98 °C, the average relative humidity of 45.85 %, the final moisture of 15.33%w.b with drying rate of 0.55 %d.b/h and energy consumption of 136,457.76 kJ. Therefore, the best performance for drying paddys was with the solar drying system. ABSTRAKPengeringan gabah dapat dilakukan menggunakan alat pengering energi surya, energi biomassa dan energi kombinasi surya dan biomassa.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kinerja alat pengering gabah hybrid energi surya dan biomassa jerami padi dan sabut kelapa.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental dan deskritif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengeringan gabah dengan energi surya menghasilkan suhu ruang pengering rata-rata 40,42 °C, kelembaban relatif ruang pengering rata-rata 41,45 %, waktu pengeringan 7 jam, kadar air akhir rata-rata 14,88 %bb, laju pengeringan rata-rata 0,64 %bk/jam, dan energi pengering 32.595,32 kJ.  Pengeringan gabah dengan energi biomassa menghasilkan suhu ruang pengering rata-rata 33,8 °C, kelembaban relatif ruang pengering rata-rata 57 %, waktu pengeringan 7 jam, kadar air akhir rata-rata 15,57 %bb, laju pengeringan rata-rata 0,50 %bk/jam, dan energi pengering 160.662,15 kJ. Pengeringan gabah dengan energi kombinasi surya dan biomassa menghasilkan suhu ruang pengering rata-rata 39,98 °C, kelembaban relatif ruang pengering rata-rata 45,85 %, waktu pengeringan 7 jam, kadar air akhir rata-rata 15,33 %, laju pengeringan rata-rata 0,55 %bk/jam, dan energi pengering 136.457,76 kJ.  Kinerja yang diperoleh alat pengering terbaik menggunakan energi surya dengan kadar air akhir sebesar 14,88%bb, laju pengeringan 0,64 %bk/jam dan kebutuhan energi pengeringan 32.595,32 kJ.

The researcher aimed at constructing cognitive style (divergent - convergent) for first-class soccer clubs as well as identifying the relationship between these cognitive styles and some fundamental compound soccer skills. The problem of the research lies in the lack of scale for measuring cognitive style (divergent – convergent) for soccer players as well as the absence of previous studies that tackled this style of thinking directly and its relationship with fundamental soccer skills. The researchers used the descriptive method on (150) soccer players from all clubs distributed as follows; (12) pilot study subjects, (78) construction subjects, and (60) application subjects. The questionnaire included (30) items. The data was collected and treated to conclude that there is a significant correlation between convergent thinking and compound fundamental skills.
