Данный медиатекст, функционирующий в российском и зарубежном информационном пространстве, представляет собой индивидуальную модель в системе рецепции медийной публицистики автора. The article is dedicated to the history of A.I. Solzhenitsyn's publicistic essay «Live Not By Lies» creation, and the main thematic issues raised by the writer-publicist. This media text, functioning in the Russian and foreign information space, is an individual model in the author's media publicism reception system.

Curiously, early neoclassical economics was a theory of agents, not markets as such. But changes in markets in the late twentieth century began to highlight this lacuna. How information was incorporated into the theory began to suggest that economists could not just describe The Market, but could also design boutique markets for clients. We trace the resulting narrative trajectory of this epoch-making departure using an abstract Information Space graphic showing combinations of types of agent epistemology, with different types of models of information.

This paper aims to consider the newspaper “Voice of Volyn”, published in Zhytomyr in 1941-1943, as part of the German information space during the Second World War. The methodology of the study incorporates general scientific and special historical methods alongside with the fundamental principles of historical research: historicism, scientificity, objectivity, and systematicity. The principles of historicism and scientificity have contributed to the complex representation of the history of the newspaper “Voice of Volyn” in interconnection and interrelation with the events of that period. The principle of objectivity has facilitated the analysis of the discussed issue considering the objective historical regularities based on a comprehensive analysis of the existing specialized literature and sources. The principle of systematicity has allowed to obtain a holistic picture of the Zhytomyr newspaper “Voice of Volyn" as a component of the German information space on the occupied territory of Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the paper is conditioned by the fact that it is the first research discussing the history of the newspaper “Voice of Volyn” in the context of the German information space in 1941-1943 on the basis of a comprehensive range of historical sources. The author concludes that the activities of the newspaper “Voice of Volyn” can be divided into two periods: from October to the second half of November 1941, and from the second half of November 1941 until the end of the Nazi occupation. At the first stage, under the German military administration, the newspaper was controlled by the representatives of the independence movement, who exploited the newspaper to promote their own ideas. In the second stage, after the establishment of the German civil authorities, the newspaper “Voice of Volyn” was deprived of the independence movement’s influence and turned into an important information and propaganda press organ of the occupation authorities. The newspaper “Voice of Volyn” represented three directions of German propaganda: anti-Soviet propaganda; anti-Jewish propaganda; and propaganda aimed at supporting the occupation economic activities.

The article analyzes the philosophical and evaluation paradigm of linguistic means for denoting the concepts of war and peace in the context of present-day Ukraine. The realization of the functional and stylistic potential of language in expressing the socio-political and philosophical opposition of hostile parties in the context of the division of values into their own and othersʼ has been traced in the linguistic and information space. Analyzed vocabulary, precedent units, metaphors, epithets, which are indicative of modern texts of the Means of mass communication and which express the linguistics of the national public consciousness. War in the minds of society is always associated with aggression: destruction, distress, death, and peace with peace, peace, life. Such perception of these phenomena is entrenched in the antonymic ratio of two eternal words of the Ukrainian dictionary war – peace. The basic element of their opposition is the original semantics of the word war, which contains a contradictory feature, which is denied in the definition of peace. The ontology of war and peace in the linguistic and informational texts of today corresponds to the psychological attitudes of society and is a reflection of the current socio-political situation in the country. Around the war and peace as the nuclear concepts of the Means of mass communicationand, a synchronous linguistic-evaluative paradigm is formed, which is an expression of the linguistic-national consciousness, an indicator of the philosophical comprehension of a specific time period of the history of Ukraine in general, and of the functional capabilities of the language in particular.

ملخص البحث:ولَّدت الخاصية الانفتاحية لنظرية التلقي، وارتكازها إلى منظومة مرجعية قائمة على فلسفة الاختلاف ثراءً في جهازها المفهومي. نحاول عبر هذه المداخلة اختبار البعد الإجرائي لنظرية التلقي على نص رحلة الغفران لأبي العلاء المعري، بوصفه أنموذجا أدهش القراء وحيّرهم ببنائه الخاص وبرموزه وجماله. يرتكز التحليل إلى إعادة كتابة تاريخ قراءة هذه الرسالة في مرحلة أولى، بالبحث في التأثير الذي أحدثه النص في القراء الأوائل والمتعاقبين، وحجم ردود أفعالهم، وطبيعة أسئلتهم وإجاباتهم، للتأكد من مدى قدرته على جذب أجيال متعاقبة من القراء ومخاطبتهم، ثم على إنجاز تحليل عبر إعادة مساءلة بعض بنياته الدالة التي تثير جدلا مستمرا، وطبعها قصور الفهم في مرحلة ثانية، لربط التواصل بين أفق انتظار قرائها الأوائل وقرائها المتلاحقين في علاقتهم بالنص. ونقسم تحليل الأفق الحاضر إلى مرحلتين :ما قبل النصية، بإحالة أهم هذه الوحدات البنوية الدالة على دلالاتها المسبقة بربطها بأحوال تلفظها من سياقات مختلفة، ومرحلة نقدية نصية يتم فيها انتقاء بنيات خطابية وإيديولوجية وثقافية بوصفها حدودا لفائض الدلالات. الكلمات المفتاحية: نظرية التلقي– رحلة الغفران– تحليل الدلالة– السياق المختلف- تحليل.Abstract:The openness that entails the reception theory and its emphasis on the reception system based on the philosophy of difference has managed to enrich the tools for understanding. In this attempt, we would experiment with the process dimension of the reception theory on the text of Abu ‘Ala al-Ma’arri: Risalat al-Ghufran, since it is regarded as a work that managed to surprise its readers with its unique structure, symbols and aesthetical values.The analysis will look into the history of reading and interpreting this text in its initial stage through the accounts of its early readers and those after them. Their responses, nature of their inquiries and answers will be examined in order to determine the volume of its aesthetical value to continue capturing the attention of the subsequent generation of readers and by revisiting some of its structures which had been continuously debated. In the second stage, the lack in understanding the text will be examined to enable us to look into the relationship between the understanding of the first generation readers and those coming after them with regard to the text. The analysis for the current readership is divided into two: Pre-text stage; subjecting the most significant units of its structure which signify its prior meaning by relating it to its situations of utterance in the different contexts on the one hand; with the textual criticism stage which would derive its discourse, ideological and cultural structures as the limitations of excessive meaning, on the other.Keywords: Reception Theory- Risalah Al-Ghufran- Semantic Analysis- Different Contexts- Analysis.Abstrak:Keterbukaan yang melibatkan teori resepsi dan penekanannya kepada sistem penerimaan yang berdasarkan kepada falsafah perbezaan telah berjaya memperkayakan pendekatan-pendekatan untuk mengkaji apakah itu kefahaman. Dalam percubaan ini, kami akan menggunakan dimensi teori resepsi terhadap teks Abu 'Ala al-Ma'arri: Risalat al-Ghufran, kerana ia dianggap sebagai satu hasil kerja sastera yang berjaya mengejutkan pembaca-pembacanya dengan struktur uniknya, penggunaan simbol-simbol dan nilai-nilai yang dikandungnya yang bersifat estetik. Analisis akan mengkaji sejarah pembacaan dan pentafsiran teks ini pada peringkat awal ia muncul dengan melihat kepada petikan-petikan pendapat pembaca-pembacanya yang  terawal dan yang selepas mereka. Keterangan mereka, sifat pertanyaan-pertanyaan dan jawapan-jawapan mereka akan dianalisa untuk menentukan tahap nilai sifat estetik karya tersebut untuk terus menarik perhatian generasi berikutnya yang merupakan pembaca-pembaca era berbeza melalui penggunaan semula beberapa struktur-strukturnya yang telah secara berterusan diperdebatkan kesan estatikanya. Dalam peringkat kedua, kefahaman terhadap teks akan diperiksa untuk membolehkan kami mengkaji hubungan antara pemahaman pembaca-pembaca generasi pertama dengan yang lainnya. Analisis pembaca semasa dibahagikan kepada dua: Peringkat pra-teks: memahami unit-unit yang paling penting strukturnya yang mengandungi makna yang sebelumnya yang berkaitan dengan situasi-situasinya ujaran dalam konteks lain pada pihak lain;kedua, peringkat kritikan teks yang akan menerbitkan wacananya, struktur-struktur ideologi dan kebudayaan sebagai batasan kepada maknanya. Kata kunci: Teori Resepsi- Risala Al-Ghufrān- Analisis Semantik- Konteks Lain- Analisa.

The purpose of copyright is to encourage the creation and mass dissemination of a wide variety of works. Until recently, most means of mass dissemination required a significant capital investment. The lion's share of the economic proceeds of copyrights were therefore channeled to publishers and distributors, and the law was designed to facilitate that. Digital distribution invites us to reconsider all of the assumptions underlying that model. We are still in the early history of the networked digital environment, but already we've seen experiments with both direct and consumer-to-consumer distribution of works of authorship. One remarkable example of the difference consumer-to-consumer dissemination can make is seen in the astonishing information space that has grown up on the world wide web. The Internet has transformed information and the way we interact with it by creating an easily accessible, dynamic, shared information space. Its success derives from the fact that information sharing on the Web is almost frictionless; individuals are free to post information they learned from others without having to secure their permissions. This paper proposes that we look for some of the answers to the vexing problem of unauthorized exchange of music files on the Internet in the wisdom intellectual property law has accumulated about the protection and distribution of factual information. In particular, it analyzes the digital information resource that has developed on the Internet, and suggests that what we should be trying to achieve is an online musical smorgasbord of comparable breadth and variety. It proposes that we adopt a legal architecture that encourages but does not compel copyright owners to make their works available for widespread sharing over digital networks, and that we incorporate into that architecture a payment mechanism, based on a blanket or collective license, designed to compensate creators and to bypass unnecessary intermediaries.

One of the negative phenomena of the modern world are attempts to falsify history and the results of the Second World War, 1939-1945., is an important component of the ideological confrontation in the information space of neoliberal forces of Russian society with patriotic and non-violent, is a tool for achieving geopolitical goals of a number of states. United States, European Union and Ukraine tend to distort the results of the Second World War to remove the history of the Great Patriotic War, the feat of the Soviet people, who saved the world from fascism, and the Soviet Union (Russian Federation), together with Nazi Germany put in the dock of history, accusing all the troubles of the XX century. At the same time attempts to rehabilitate fascism and substitution postwar realities lead to the destruction of the entire system of contemporary international relations and, as a consequence, to the intensification of the struggle for the redivision of the world, including military measures. China is actively implementing the historiography of the statement that World War II began June 7, 1937 and is linked to an open aggression of Japan against China. Given these circumstances, the Military Doctrine of the Russian Federation noted that the trend of displacement of military dangers and military threats in the information space and the inner sphere of the Russian Federation. The main internal risks attributable activity information impact on the population, especially young citizens of the country, which has the aim of undermining the historical, spiritual and patriotic traditions in the field of defense of the Fatherland.

The film by Joanna Kos-Krauze and Krzysztof Krauze “Papusza” from 2013 is one of the main achievements in the recent history of Polish cinema. The creators took up a difficult topic for Poles and Roma. They referred to the negative image of the Roma community. They took up the popularization of the artist, not accepted by most compatriots. The work aroused great interest among viewers. “Papusza” has quite rich literature. However, the scientific issues that constitute the media reception of the work of J. Kos-Krauze and K. Krauze and its public reception were not undertaken. The article will discuss the press and metamedial internet reception of “Papusza”, including the issue of how this film will be received by viewers.

Over more than a decade, Knowledge Management (KM) thinkers have been pondering over the need for a new chapter in the evolutionary history of KM. Will it just be a regeneration based on the integration and new alignment of the numerous metaphors employed for KM’s past interpretations, or will it be — as Levy suggests — a decentralising revolution that gives more power and autonomy to individuals and self-organised groups? Inspired by the objective of this special JIKM issue, the paper adopts a current “Next KM Generation” concept and prototype-in-progress as a point of departure and reverse engineers its functionalities in order to crystallise those KM Models and Theories which — in terms of the concept to be introduced — have passed the test of time. Forty-eight KM constructs have been singled out which are the ingredients for the ongoing integrating, adapting, broadening, deepening, repurposing, and innovating activities of the Personalised KM concept and system design which has been transparently mapped and visualised utilising the Information-Space Model.
