This research aims to analyze factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists in the use of marine transportation from Bali toward Gili Trawangan. The benefits of this research useful to the company in improving the services for tourists who will use the services of a crosswalk leading to Gili Trawangan.The respondents in this research totalled 190 respondents, the selection of the sample using the method of purposive sampling, the data in this study were analyzed using the analysis factors that help by statistikal program SPSS version 17.0 for windows. The results of this study are: 1) the satisfaction of tourists in the use of sea transport in general are at a level of satisfaction. 2) there are three factors that affect the satisfaction of tourists formed i.e. factors quality of maids, the cost factor & ease factors and product quality. Quality of service factor is the most dominant factor influencing the satisfaction of travellers with variable reliability as the dominant variables, and the variable availability schedule is a variable that must be improved.

Measuring the quality of service and customer satisfaction is ultimately important for ISPs to remain in business. In order to achieve a good quality of service, understanding the two-way relationship among customers in a variety of patterns of quality of service is crucial. Three methods of analysis namely; Penalty Rewards Contrast Analysis (PRCA), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were used in the analysis to identify the causes of the main problems that affect the level of customer satisfaction. For the PRCA analysis, factors that were categorized as onedimensional are service quality, promotion, as well as payment of bills of paid Wi-Fi services and the promotional factor of free Wi-Fi services. Based on the IPA results, there were eight attributes for paid Wi-Fi services and four attributes of free Wi-Fi services in the first quadrant. These attributes are important but their performance are low. Therefore, these attributes need to be emphasized further to increase their level of performance. Meanwile, the CSI analysis showed that all five factors are found to be at a good level and being categorized in the indifferent zone. Keywords: Wi-Fi; customer satisfaction Index; penalty reward contrast analysis; important performance analysis Pengukuran kualiti perkhidmatan dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah sangat penting bagi ISP untuk kekal dalam perniagaan. Bagi mencapai kualiti perkhidmatan yang baik, memahami hubungan dua hala di kalangan pelanggan di pelbagai corak kualiti perkhidmatan adalah penting. Tiga kaedah analisis iaitu Analisis Kontras Hukuman Ganjaran (PRCA), Analisis Kepentingan Prestasi (IPA) dan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI) telah digunakan dalam analisis bagi mengukur kepuasan pelanggan untuk mengenal pasti punca masalah utama yang memberi kesan kepada tahap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk analisis PRCA, faktor-faktor yang telah dikategorikan sebagai satu dimensi adalah faktor kualiti perkhidmatan, kenaikan pangkat, serta pembayaran bil-bil perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan faktor promosi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma. Berdasarkan keputusan IPA, terdapat lapan atribut untuk perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan empat atribut bagi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma berada dalam kuadran pertama. Atribut-atribut ini didapati penting tetapi prestasi mereka adalah rendah. Oleh itu, atribut-atribut ini perlu diberi penekanan untuk meningkatkan lagi tahap prestasi mereka. Manakala, analisis CSI pula menunjukkan bahawa kesemua lima faktor didapati berada pada tahap yang baik dan yang dikategorikan dalam zon acuh tak acuh. Abstract Service quality is an important element in assessing the ability of institutions to meet its goals. The objective of this paper is to examine the factors that probably affect the quality of service for zakat institution, especially in Sepang using the SERVQUAL model which has five factors; reliability, react, assurance, empathy and tangible. A total of 103 respondents from Muslim entrepreneurs have participated in this study. This study uses several approaches, including exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and logistic regression analysis. Findings indicate that empathy and tangible are significant factors affecting the quality of service LZS in model studied. Several implications have been discussed in this study. Keywords : LZS’s service quality, Muslim entrepreneurs, SERVQUAL Abstrak Kualiti perkhidmatan adalah satu elemen penting dalam menilai keupayaan institusi untuk memenuhi matlamatnya. Objektif kertas ini adalah untuk melihat faktor yang dijangka mempengaruhi kualiti perkhidmatan institusi zakat khususnya di daerah Sepang dengan menggunakan model SERVQUAL yang mempunyai lima faktor iaitu kebolehpercayaan, bertindak balas, jaminan, empati dan kewujudan. Sejumlah 103 responden yang terdiri daripada usahawan muslim telah mengambil bahagian dalam kajian ini.  Kajian ini menggunakan beberapa ujian termasuklah analisis tinjauan faktor (EFA) dan analisis regresi logistik. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan faktor empati dan kewujudan adalah signifikan dan mempengaruhi kualiti perkhidmatan LZS dalam model yang dikaji. Product differentiation is an attempt to design a set of distinguishing or physical product attributes to differentiate the company's products with the competing products. Quality of service is a measure of the extent to which a service can be provided to meet customer expectations. Both of these variables significantly affect the level of customer satisfaction. The population used in this study is Roast Chicken & Pizza Meter, a dine-in restaurant during July 2014 - August 2014, amounting to 1,440 customers. The sample chosen for this study was 100 respondents and purposive sampling method is chosen as sampling technique. Data are collected by means of questionnaires. And the analysis techniques used are regression and correlation coefficients. The results of the analysis using SPSS version 20 show that: (1). Product differentiation positively affecting the level of customer satisfaction. Regression coefficients results indicate the quality of service (X2 = 1.047) became the biggest factors affecting the level of satisfaction of subscribers, while product differentiation (X1 = 0.992) to the lowest factor affecting customer satisfaction. (2) Correlation and Determination-Test showed that R = 0,998a are positive. This means that any increase in the variable x changes cause an increase in the variable Y. R2 (R Square) = 0.996 variables X1 and X2 affect Y by 99.6% less than 0.4% of the other variables were not examined.

In order to be successful in the market it is not sufficient to attract new customers, hotels/managers must concentrate on retaining existing customers implementing effective policies of customer satisfaction and loyalty. In hotel industry customer satisfaction is largely hooked upon quality of service. A management approach focused on customer satisfaction can improve customer loyalty, thus increasing the positive image of the hotel. Hotels use a variety of techniques to track Guest satisfaction levels. This research tracks down which are the best and the most used techniques adopted by the hotels and explains why GSTS and online feedback serves as the best method out of all the various techniques. It categorically explains various timelines followed transparency level and hierarchy at which such GSTS reports are reviewed. This research also evaluates the use, effect, and convenience of the GSTS on hotels in Pune region. The data is clearly represented in form of pie charts and graphs to understand the findings at a glance.
