Product differentiation is an attempt to design a set of distinguishing or physical product attributes to differentiate the company's products with the competing products. Quality of service is a measure of the extent to which a service can be provided to meet customer expectations. Both of these variables significantly affect the level of customer satisfaction. The population used in this study is Roast Chicken & Pizza Meter, a dine-in restaurant during July 2014 - August 2014, amounting to 1,440 customers. The sample chosen for this study was 100 respondents and purposive sampling method is chosen as sampling technique. Data are collected by means of questionnaires. And the analysis techniques used are regression and correlation coefficients. The results of the analysis using SPSS version 20 show that: (1). Product differentiation positively affecting the level of customer satisfaction. Regression coefficients results indicate the quality of service (X2 = 1.047) became the biggest factors affecting the level of satisfaction of subscribers, while product differentiation (X1 = 0.992) to the lowest factor affecting customer satisfaction. (2) Correlation and Determination-Test showed that R = 0,998a are positive. This means that any increase in the variable x changes cause an increase in the variable Y. R2 (R Square) = 0.996 variables X1 and X2 affect Y by 99.6% less than 0.4% of the other variables were not examined.

Customer satisfaction is an asset for the company to be a benchmark for the company's success in serving customers. Since its establishment in 2010, GOJEK has consistently  served  the  community,  presenting  efficient  and  effective transportation  to the Indonesian people spread across several cities. By maintaining the values of a friendly Indonesian character. The population in this study were GO-JEK users. While the sample in this study is GO-JEK users more than once in the city of Yogyakarta.  The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. While the data used in this study are primary data by  obtaining the data needed by  using information techniques, namely by distributing  questionnaires.  The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression, and doing a partial test  knowing  whether the independent variables individually have a significant effect on the dependent variable, do the r-test to measure the ability of the model to explain the ability of the dependent variable.The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Price does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Promotion does not have a positive effect on user decisions. Service quality does not have a positive effect on user decisions. User decisions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. User decisions do not mediate between Price, Promotion and Quality of Service.

Service quality is very important in the banking business. In addition to offering a wide range of products, improvements in terms of information technology, physical services, and non-physical services intended to improve the quality of service. To measure the level of satisfaction is necessary to know the extent to which the quality of services provided are able to create customer satisfaction. This study aims to analized how much influence the quality of service  to  customer satisfaction BTN  Bank  Branch  Pekanbaru. After  learning  literature review, an understanding of the influence of the physical form (tangibles), reliability (reliability), assurance (assurance), responsiveness (responsiveness), and awareness (empathy) with the variables that influence can be seen as a base strategy for development customer satisfaction.The sample in this study was 100 customers of Bank BTN Pekanbaru randomized using a sampling technique accidental sampling.Statistical analysis showed that the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy partially and simultaneously positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction Bank BTN Pekanbaru.   Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy

If the customer is greater than acceptable level of service, the cutomer is not satisfied. Conversely, if an acceptable level of service greater than the expectations of customers, the customer will be satisfied. This means that if Bank BRI branch Fatmawati can improve service quality to its customer it will affect the level of satisfaction. In this research found evidence that, in terms of the creation of quality services, Bank BRI branch Fatmawati is one of the branches that participate to implement the established policies and service in accordance with the exiting service standard in the banking world. Amount of influence the determination of quality of service policies applied by the Bank BRI branch Fatmawati indicated by r2. r2 value only 45 % and the rest 55 % influenced by other variables not studied. Meanwhile, the variable relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction can be seen from the values r = 0,67. This shows the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of service quality to customer satisfaction. This means there are strong relationships between the independent variable X (quality of service) to the dependent variable Y (customer satisfaction). Since r = 0,67 (67 %) greater then 50 %.

Business banking is a service business based on principles of trust and t5he customer is a major asset. Under conditions of business competition among banks strict bank that has resulted in only a competitive advantage (compatative advantage as well as a competitive advantage) who can reach the highest position in the eyes of cusmers or the public. Competitive advantage can be obtained from the quality of customer servicr, so the focus on customers (customer focus), responsive to the development of customer desires and continuously innovate is an acitivity that can be done to anticipate the cimpetitive conditions. In this case, the bank should always evaluate the quality of service given to customers and is reflected in the level of customer satisfaction obtained. Rate the quality of service branch of bank syariah mandiri bogor whole is still under service, because it still was below expectations, this is evident also that the general level of service is still not meeting customer expectations, because the level of hope (expectation0 the customer is generally higher than the level of performance (perfromance) or perception(perception)customer.        Empathy dimension of service quality dimensions are most critical or have any impact on the most powerful influence on the level of satisfaction. These attributes is the main priority of service quality improvements are intensive and comprehensive.           Customer service strategy to be implemented by the management of bank syariah mandiri in perspective five dimensioris of service quality(tangibles, realiability,responsiveness, assurance and empathy) looks not optimal. In an effort to provide the best service (service excellence) and focus to the customer(customer focus), then the customer satisfaction can be obatained with significantly improved and the improvement of quality of serivice aspects and impticalions of the strategy need to be consldered

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. In the current era of globalization the level of competition in the business world becomes increasingly tight. Many are doing small businesses that require capital, or small businesses that are developing to increase the ability of an increasing economy. This relates to one of the most important objectives and should be undertaken by all types of business: maintaining the viability of the company over a long period of time (going concern), business activities sometimes, visiting some things with competition to gain additional capital. This also makes it a challenge for bank companies to showcase their brand and quality of service that is superior and satisfactory to the purpose and number of customers. This study aims to describe the quality of service and corporate image to customer satisfaction PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Gracia Mandiri Bekasi Timur. Samples and this research lied 100 respondents with sampling technique purposive sampling. The method of analysis used are description and regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service and corporate image include customer satisfaction.

This research aims to analyze factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists in the use of marine transportation from Bali toward Gili Trawangan. The benefits of this research useful to the company in improving the services for tourists who will use the services of a crosswalk leading to Gili Trawangan.The respondents in this research totalled 190 respondents, the selection of the sample using the method of purposive sampling, the data in this study were analyzed using the analysis factors that help by statistikal program SPSS version 17.0 for windows. The results of this study are: 1) the satisfaction of tourists in the use of sea transport in general are at a level of satisfaction. 2) there are three factors that affect the satisfaction of tourists formed i.e. factors quality of maids, the cost factor & ease factors and product quality. Quality of service factor is the most dominant factor influencing the satisfaction of travellers with variable reliability as the dominant variables, and the variable availability schedule is a variable that must be improved.

Measuring the quality of service and customer satisfaction is ultimately important for ISPs to remain in business. In order to achieve a good quality of service, understanding the two-way relationship among customers in a variety of patterns of quality of service is crucial. Three methods of analysis namely; Penalty Rewards Contrast Analysis (PRCA), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were used in the analysis to identify the causes of the main problems that affect the level of customer satisfaction. For the PRCA analysis, factors that were categorized as onedimensional are service quality, promotion, as well as payment of bills of paid Wi-Fi services and the promotional factor of free Wi-Fi services. Based on the IPA results, there were eight attributes for paid Wi-Fi services and four attributes of free Wi-Fi services in the first quadrant. These attributes are important but their performance are low. Therefore, these attributes need to be emphasized further to increase their level of performance. Meanwile, the CSI analysis showed that all five factors are found to be at a good level and being categorized in the indifferent zone. Bagi mencapai kualiti perkhidmatan yang baik, memahami hubungan dua hala di kalangan pelanggan di pelbagai corak kualiti perkhidmatan adalah penting. Tiga kaedah analisis iaitu Analisis Kontras Hukuman Ganjaran (PRCA), Analisis Kepentingan Prestasi (IPA) dan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI) telah digunakan dalam analisis bagi mengukur kepuasan pelanggan untuk mengenal pasti punca masalah utama yang memberi kesan kepada tahap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk analisis PRCA, faktor-faktor yang telah dikategorikan sebagai satu dimensi adalah faktor kualiti perkhidmatan, kenaikan pangkat, serta pembayaran bil-bil perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan faktor promosi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma. Berdasarkan keputusan IPA, terdapat lapan atribut untuk perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan empat atribut bagi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma berada dalam kuadran pertama. Atribut-atribut ini didapati penting tetapi prestasi mereka adalah rendah. Oleh itu, atribut-atribut ini perlu diberi penekanan untuk meningkatkan lagi tahap prestasi mereka. Manakala, analisis CSI pula menunjukkan bahawa kesemua lima faktor didapati berada pada tahap yang baik dan yang dikategorikan dalam zon acuh tak acuh. The justified purpose of the theme: The number of companies in the service sector has been increasing steadily in recent years. At the same time, consumers are increasingly demanding quality of services offered by the various providers in the market. Customer satisfaction is fundamental to the success of these organizations, and for this reason, the adoption of specific techniques for assessing quality of services is necessary. Purpose: this article aims to develop a framework to support hotel management. Methodology/Design: The study used an adaptation of the classic SERVQUAL model for the evaluation of customer expectations and perceptions, enhanced by the QUESC model, which is an instrument specifically applied to quality evaluation in fitness services, in order to obtain a more complete and targeted approach. The survey was conducted with 206 customers on the quality of service in the hotel's fitness center. Results and Originality: With the application of the model, we found that SERVQUAL was insufficient to evaluate customer satisfaction since the highest rated items pointed to the gaps coming mostly from the QUESC model. The findings provide a new perspective that can encourage those involved in the fitness center to manage these businesses considering the characteristics of the customer. This structure can help the hotel manager identifying which quality dimensions need more attention, improve the quality of the hotel service, develop customer loyalty, improve employee satisfaction, and differentiate from competitors. The article presents a new focus on guest view, which can be used to manage services offered by hotels.

This study aims to determine the attributes that are considered important by consumers to achieve customer satisfaction, determine the level of performance in Twissterdog, know the level of satisfaction or level of consumer suitability of products and services in Twissterdog, and determine the attributes that need to get priority from the company to achievement of customer satisfaction. This research was conducted in Twissterdog with the sample used was 97 respondents by using purposive and accidental sampling method. Data obtained from the questionnaire distribution were analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis method. The result of research shows that attribute with highest level of customer satisfaction on product quality is clarity of name and logo of company with satisfaction level 222%, attribute with lowest satisfaction level is price match with consumer interest, food presentation and price match with product quality with satisfaction level equal to 80.84%. Attributes with the highest level of customer satisfaction on the quality of service is the hospitality of the waiter and the courtesy of the waiter with a satisfaction level of 218%. Attribute with the lowest level of customer satisfaction on the quality of service is the convenience of café with a satisfaction level of 43%. Attributes that should be prioritized on product quality are price conformity with consumer interest, food presentation and price conformity with product quality. The attributes that must be prioritized on the quality of service is the ease of reaching the location, the cleanliness of the cafe, the availability of parking facilities and the convenience of the cafe.
