The economy in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth from time to time. This growth is in line with the era of economic globalization faced by the world community. Economic growth will result in changes in the values of people's lives, patterns of life, patterns of thinking and behavior, which have hopes for better public welfare. Today's society has an increasing desire to invest their funds, either in the form of shares, deposits, or in other forms of investment. Basically, investment is the placement of a number of funds at this time to expect rewards that will occur in the future. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2019. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis method using SPSS program. The processing method used is multiple linear regression analysis. There is a negative effect of the current ratio on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies for the 2017-2019 period. This is evidenced by the significance of 0.035 which is smaller than 0.05 or (0.035 < 0.05). There is a positive effect of return on equity on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies for the 2017-2019 period. This is evidenced by the significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Sales growth has no effect on stock prices in food and beverage sub- sector companies for the 2017-2019 period. This is evidenced by the significance of 0.947 greater than 0.05 or (0.947 > 0.05). And based on the results of the simultaneous test, it shows that the current ratio, return on equity, and sales growth have an effect on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies for the 2017-2019 period. This is evidenced by the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained by 0.454 and the significance value of the F test of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 or (0.000 <0.05).

This research has purposes to discover and examine the impact which causing from return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER) and current ratio (CR) against stock prices in sub-sector telecommunications companies which have been registered on the IDX during period of 2012 - 2019. This research currently uses a quantitative method with sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique during the research period so the samples used were EXCEL, FREN, ISAT and TLKM. The research data used was secondary data through multiple linear regression analysis method. The results had shown that 1) ROE had a positive and significant impact on stock prices; 2) DER had no impact on stock prices; 3) CR had a positive and significant impact on stock prices; and 4) ROE, DER, and CR had simultaneously impact on stock prices.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of profitabilityand liquidity on stock prices. The independent variables used are returnon assets, return on equity, current ratio, and quick ratio. The population inthis study is non-financial LQ-45 companies registered in succession in 2016–2018. This study uses secondary data derived from financial statementsthat can be accessed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research methoduses multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used waspurposive sampling where the samples obtained in the study were 87 companies.The results showed that (1) return on assets has a positive effect onstock prices; (2) return on equity has a negative effect on stock prices; (3)current ratio has no effect on stock prices; (4) quick ratio has a negativeeffect on stock prices. But simultaneously return on assets, return on equity,current ratio, and quick ratio affect the stock price of 37.4%, while theremaining 62.6% comes from other variables that are not contained in thisresearch model.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios such as current ratios, debt to assets ratio, gross profit margin on changes in earnings in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method. Based on purposive sampling from 40 companies, it was obtained a sample of 19 companies that met the criteria. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (www. Idx.co.id) and ICMD 2016-2017. Testing the research hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques (Multiple Regression Model), with the application tool SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect between Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio and Gross Profit Margin on partial changes in earnings, so it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is rejected. Likewise, the simultaneous test of Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Gross Profit Margin simultaneously or together is unable to explain changes in the dependent variable, namely changes in earnings.

Penlitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh DER terhadap  harga  saham  perusahaan  makanan  dan  minuman  yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia,  pengaruh TATO, pengaruh CR dan pengaruh ROE serta pengaruh yang signifikan DER, TATO, CR dan ROE. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder melalui data laporan keuangan perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebanyak 15 dari 27 perusahaan dengan 4 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel , penelitian dilakukan januari sampai maret 2020. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Debt  to  Equity  Ratio  (X1)  berpengaruh negatif tapi tidak signifikan  terhadap  harga  saham  pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (2) Total Asset turnover  (X2)  berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan  terhadap  harga  saham  pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (3) Current Ratio (X3) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifkan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan saham  pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (4) Return   on   Equity   (X4) berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap   harga   saham   pada perusahaan y perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (5) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Current Ratio (CR) dan Return on Equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. This research was conducted by researching to analyze and analyze the DER of the company's stock prices and beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using TATO, CR and the influence of ROE and showed a significant DER, TATO, CR and ROE. This study uses secondary data through the data of financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 15 out of 27 companies with 4 years that meet the criteria as a sample, the study was conducted January to March 2020. Data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Debt to Equity Ratio (X1) has a negative but not significant effect on stock prices on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2) Total asset turnover (X2) is positive but not significant on prices shares in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (3) Current Ratio (X3) shows a negative and insignificant price of shares in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (4) Equity Returns (4) X4) positive and significant impact on the price of shares of companies and food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (5) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Current Ratio (CR) and Return on Capital (ROE) have a positive effect and significant jointly with respect to share prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

This research aims to prove whether there is an effect To test the Price Earning Ratio (PER) in moderating the effect of Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices in construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2020. This type of research is associative research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements of construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) obtained through the website www.idx.co.id. This data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method, which is a descriptive statistical method used to analyze data for more than two research variables. Classical assumption test used is normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. To test regression with moderating variablesModerating Regression Analysis (MRA) Test. The hypothesis testing used is t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). This study resulted in five findings as proposed in the research hypothesis. First,Earnings Per Share (EPS) significant effect on stock prices in the construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Second, Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant effect on stock prices in construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Third, Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Equity (ROE) simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices in construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Fourth,Variable interaction results Earning Per Share (EPS) with Price Earning Ratio (PER) is a moderating variable, so Price Earning Ratio (PER) can strengthen the relationship Earning Per Share (EPS) to stock prices. Fifth,Variable interaction results Return On Equity (ROE) with Price Earning Ratio (PER) can strengthen the relationship Return On Equity (ROE) to stock prices.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Sektor Food and Beverages yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari data laporan keuangan peusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia.  Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh terhadap Stock Return dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Stock Return pada perusahaan food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). This study aims to examine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Prices of Food and Beverages Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this research is secondary data which comes from the financial statements of companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study were all companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the IDX. This study uses purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria. The number of samples used in this study were 7 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially Return On Equity (ROE) affects Stock Return and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on Stock Return on food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Every company has a desire to make a profit in every production. In addition, the wider community measures the success of the company based on the company's ability to earn profits seen from the company's performance, but not only that the success of a company is also seen from the achievement of the company's vision and mission goals. One alternative to find out the financial information generated is useful by predicting changes in earnings. Including financial conditions in the future is analyzing financial ratios. This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets and Return On Equity on changes in company profits in food and beverage Sub Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013 - 2018. The type of data used is secondary data, namely regarding financial statements. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 13 companies. All data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show partially the variables that influence the change in company profits are only Net Profit Margin. And simultaneously the independent variable has no effect on the dependent variable.   Keywords: Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, changes in company profits.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices with ROE as an intervening  variable . This research is a quantitative research. The population of food and beverage companies is 23 companies using purposive sampling technique, so samples that meet the criteria for analysis are 13 companies. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, the cc›efficient of determination, the F test, and the T test. The results showed that the Current Ratio had a positive and significant effect on ROE and stock prices. DER has a positive and significant effect on ROE but has a significant negative effect on stock prices and ROE has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. CR and DER have an indirect effect on stock prices through ROE.

              This research aims to examine the influence the effect of revenue and growth of the company on stock prices on LQ45 listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. The population used in this study is the LQ45 company index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. Method of sampling by purposive sampling according to predetermined criteria. The number of samples collected by 6 companies. Research data is secondary data obtained from Indonesia stock exchange (BEI) in 2012-2016. The collected data were analyzed using the first data analysis done by classical testing before hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variable cash flow positive and not significant to stock prices. This shows that the operation does not affect the high stock prices. While the growth of positive and significant sales to stock prices. This suggests that sales growth is driving high stock prices low.keywords: Operating cash flow, sales growth, stock price

This research was conducted to determine the effect of profitability, solvency and liquidity ratios on the stock price of IDX30 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 30 companies listed on the IDX30 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the sample in this study was 15 companies. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements. The data is obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The results of the t-test showed that the profitability ratio (Net Profit Margin) partially had no significant effect on stock prices, the solvency ratio (Debt Equity to Ratio) partially had no effect on stock prices and the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio) partially had no effect on prices. share. The results of the f test show that profitability (Net Profit Margin), solvency (Debt Equity to Ratio) and liquidity (Current Ratio) simultaneously have no effect on stock prices. In the results of the coefficient of determination, the percentage of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 7.1% and the difference is 92.9% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
