Income is one important indicator to assess performance of a company. As the most liquid assets of the company, cash is important to measure the adequacy of the company's costs needed to repay debts and finance its activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cash on earnings, the influence of short-term debt on earnings growth, the influence of sales on profit growth, and how cash, short-term debt and the sales are affecting the profit growth in the company PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa. Tbk, PT. Mayora Indah. Tbk, and PT. Astra Otoparts. Tbk. The year of observation is of period 2005-2014, and types of data used are secondary data derived from the company's official website as well as the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this study is regression analysis to find variables that have effects either partially or simultaneously. Based on the results of research conducted over a period of 10 years from 2005 to 2014, it can be concluded that the Treasury had no significant effect on earnings growth partially in PT Indocement single prakasa, PT Mayora Indah Tbk and PT Astra, short-term debt partially had not significant effect on profit growth PT Indocement PT Mayora and PT Astra. Sales had not partially significant effect on earnings growth at PT Indocemet Tunggal Tbk prakasa whereas in PT Mayora Indah Tbk and PT Astra Otoparts it had significantly affected on earnings growth.

This study aimed to examine the influence of temporary differences between accounting profit and tax, proprietary costs, and Liquidity toward earnings growth of the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2011-2012. The factors examined in this study are temporary differences between accounting profit and tax, proprietary costs, and liquidity as an independent variable, while earnings growth has the dependent variable. This study used a descriptive quantitative method using secondary data and the number of samples collected was thirty- eight (38) that have met the criteria the researchers used purposive sampling. From the data that has been collected and then processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. This research proves temporary differences between accounting profit and tax has no significant influence on earnings growth, proprietary cost has no significant influence on earnings growth, and liquidity has negatively significant influence earnings growth. Temporary differences between accounting profit and tax, proprietary costs, and liquidity together or simultaneously significant influence toward the earnings growth.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of company size on audit fee, (2) The effect of audit complexity on audit fee, (3) The effect of company risk on audit fee, (4) The effect of KAP size on audit fee. Population in this research are non financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 – 2017. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method with a total sample of 68 companiees. The data used in this research is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by the method of documentation at www.idx.com and the official website of each company. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that: (1) Company size influence a significant positive on audit fee, (2) Audit complexity influence a significant positive on audit fee, (3) Company risk no significant effect on audit fee, and (4) KAP size influence a significant positive on audit fee.

This study aims to examine the effect of transparency in disclosure of allowance for accrual earnings management. This research is classified as causal associative research. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. By using the purposive sampling method, there are 30 companies as research samples. Overall accrual earnings management uses discretionary accruals, transparency is measured by the allowance disclosure indicator. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is panel cross section regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that transparency in disclosure of allowance is not able to explain the variance of accrual earnings management in the observation company so that the research hypothesis is rejected.

This study aims to examine whether short term debt has a negative effect on company profitability and to test whether long term debt has a negative effect on the profitability of manufacturing companies in Indonesia which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018 period. This study has 1 dependent variable namely profitability and uses 2 independent variables namely short term debt and long term debt, and uses 2 control variables namely liquidity and firm size. This study uses secondary data with database collection techniques. The sample of this study was 432 companies in 5 years of research. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis through the application of SPSS 22. The results found that short term debt has a negative effect on company profitability and long term debt has a negative effect on company profitability. This shows that the lower the company's debt, the higher the profitability a company will get and otherwise.

This study aims to determine the effect of information asymmetry as measured by the bid-ask spread method, institutional ownership as measured by the number of shares held by institutions within the company, the proportion of board of commissioners as measured by the percentage of independent commissioners from the total board of commissioners in the company , the size of the board of commissioners as measured by the total of all board of commissioners in the company, on earnings management was measured using a modified Jones model. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017. The sample is determined based on the population method, so there are 127 companies. The data used in this study is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Information asymmetry has a significant negative effect on earnings management, (2) Institutional ownership has no significant effect on earnings management, (3) The proportion of board of commissioners has no significant effect on earnings management, (4) Board of commissioners size has no effect significant to earnings management. Keywords: Information asymmetry, institutional ownership, earnings management, proportion of board of commissioners, size of board of commissioners Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh asimetri informasi yang diukur dengan metode bid-ask spread, kepemilikan institusional yang diukur dengan jumlah saham yang dimiliki oleh institusi dalam perusahaan, proporsi dewan komisaris yang diukur dengan persentase komisaris independen dari total dewan komisaris di perusahaan, ukuran dewan komisaris yang diukur dengan total seluruh dewan komisaris di perusahaan, mengenai manajemen laba diukur menggunakan model Jones yang dimodifikasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 2015-2017. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode populasi, sehingga ada 127 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Asimetri informasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap manajemen laba, (2) Kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba, (3) Proporsi dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba manajemen, (4) Ukuran dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. This research aims to examine the factors that effect audit delay, loss and profit, size firm, auditor’s opinion, auditor’s reputation. The population in this research are mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 to 2017. The sample of study was determined by using purposive sampling method, and that total sample 32 mining companies. The data used is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by documentation at www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The result showed loss and profit have negative significant effect on audit delay, size firm have not significant effect on audit delay, auditor’s opinion has negative significant effect on audit delay, and auditor’s reputation have negative significant effect on audit delay.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability ratios and liquidity ratios on sukuk ratings for the 2015-2018 period. The sukuk rating of a company can be seen from the performance performed by the company. To measure the company's performance in this study using profitability ratios and liquidity ratios. Profitability ratio is a ratio to measure the efficiency of a company and the company's ability to generate profits. While the liquidity ratio is a ratio to measure the company's ability to meet its short-term obligations. This research is included in a quantitative descriptive study with companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and sukuk rating agencies in Indonesia (PEFINDO) as populations. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are that profitability ratios and liquidity ratios have a simultaneous effect on sukuk ratings, profitability ratios affect sukuk ratings, and liquidity ratios affect sukuk ratings. This can be seen from the results of the t test which showed a sig value of 0.002 < 0.05 and 0.000 < 0.05. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio profitabilitas dan rasio likuiditas terhadap peringkat sukuk tahun periode 2015-2018. Peringkat sukuk suatu perusahaan dapat dilihat dari kinerja yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan tersebut pada penelitian ini menggunakan rasio profitabilitas dan rasio likuiditas. Rasio profitabilitas adalah rasio untuk mengukur efisiensi perusahaan dan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba. Sedangkan rasio likuiditas adalaha rasio untuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan lembaga pemeringkat sukuk di Indonesia (PEFINDO) sebagai populasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa rasio profitabilitas dan rasio likuiditas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap peringkat sukuk, rasio profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap peringkat sukuk, dan rasio likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap peringkat sukuk. Ini dapat terlihat dari hasil uji t yang memperlihatkan nilai sig sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 dan 0,000 < 0,05.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence on the effect of audit tenure and audit committee to earning of quality. The research was conducted at a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2011. This type of study is a research verificative or hypothesis testing research. The research method used in this research is census and balanced panel data. Target population in this study is a manufacturing company that has complete data for all variables studied. The population of this study is 39  firms which observed periods are 3 years. The data collection techniques using secondary data from financial statements have been audited and published www.idx.co.id obtained from website to the financial statements in the period 2009-2011. The hypothesis is tested by using multiple regression analysis. This result shows that (1) when there is not audit tenure and audit committee, earning of quality is at 95,4% and is not at 100% (2) audit tenure and audit committee simultaneously have negative influence toward earning of quality (3) Audit tenure and audit committee partially has negative influence toward earning of quality.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ratio of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposite Ratio (LDR), Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) to Bank Profit Growth both partially and simultaneously at publicly traded bank companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX ) period 2012 - 2016. The sample of this study is Commercial Banks in Indonesia which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2012 up to 2016 totaling 14 banks. This study uses quantitative data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that simultaneously the CAR, BOPO, LDR variables affect earnings growth by 79% and the remaining 21% are influenced by other factors outside this research. Partially BOPO has a positive and significant effect on profit growth. While the CAR and LDR variables show that the results have no positive and insignificant effect on profit growth.
