This study attempts to formulate strategies in strengthening the role of zakat boards and institutions in Indonesia from the perspectives of three zakat experts and practitioners by employing Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. While the indicators of zakat institutions’ performance measured in this study are based on the National Zakat Indices (abbreviated as NZI), the alternatives of strategy are constructed through study of literatures. This study suggests that among four zakat institutions’ indicators, the reporting of zakat shared the highest portion of the important indicators of amil’s performance, followed by the collection, distribution and management of zakat. Besides that, the study also finds that there are strategies that needs to be given top priorities based on its order including optimizing zakat distribution program, strengthening Information and Technology (IT) system, strengthening zakat regulation, improving database of zakat payers and beneficiaries, strengthening the synergy between zakat boards, institutions and other zakat stakeholders, strengthening human resources and improving socialization as well as education pertaining to zakat and the role of zakat boards and institutions.

AbstractThe legal protection of copyright the creators of songs downloaded through the internet done in a way that the administration, through the instrument of criminal law and civil lawsuit. Legal efforts to protect the copyright of the creator of the song that is downloaded via the internet to do some ways that is the Ministry of Information and Technology to actively participate in doing the blocking of websites that provide the facility to download songs for free, and prepare human resources in the field of investigation as the police of Republic of Indonesia and civil servant investigators and others such as prosecutors and judges who have the ability and knowledge in the field of IPR and the role of the Copyright Council to provide knowledge about the importance of IPR. Keywords: Legal Protection, Copyright, Song, Internet Abstrakperlindungan hukum hak cipta terhadap pencipta lagu yang diunduh melalui internet dilakukan dengan cara yaitu secara administrasi, melalui instrumen hukum pidana dan gugatan perdata. Upaya hukum yang dilakukan dalam melindungi hak cipta pencipta lagu yang diunduh melalui internet dilakukan beberapa cara yaitu Kementerian Informasi dan Teknologi untuk berperan aktif dalam melakukan pemblokiran terhadap situs-situs yang menyediakan fasilitas download lagu gratis dan menyiapkan sumber daya manusia di bidang penyidikan seperti dari Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia serta Penyidik Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan lainnya seperti jaksa dan hakim yang memiliki kemampuan dan pengetahuan di bidang HKI serta peran Dewan Hak Cipta untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai arti penting HKI. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Hukum, Hak Cipta, Lagu, Internet

The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the sharia microfinance issues, sharia microfinance solutions to solve problems, and institutions strategies for strengthening sharia microfinance. The method used in this study is a qualitativeanalysis method using the tool Analytical Network Process (ANP) is used to find the priority of problems, solutions and strategies for improvement of sharia microfinance institutions. The results of studies suggest that the improvement in sharia microfinance institutions have 4 aspects, those are the problems of the human resource aspects (SDI), infrastructure aspects, market aspects, and management aspects. Aspect of the priority issues in the sharia microfinance institutional improvement is a human resources (SDI), while the improvement solution of sharia microfinance institutional is an aspect of human resources(SDI) as well. Then the strategy which becomes a priority in the improvement of sharia microfinance institutions is the optimization of the board of sharia (DPS)

This study aims to determine the criteria and aspects of optimizing the role of zakat and infaq. This research's further objective is to build a model that can be used to determine criteria and priority aspects to become input for related parties to improve the role of zakat and waqf. This study combines descriptive qualitative and quantitative research using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. In building models and calculations, experts are involved in producing results following conditions in the field. This study indicates that zakat and waqf have played a role in encouraging national economic growth. Aspects that become alternatives in optimization are aspects of policy/legality / institutional, technical aspects of operations/databases, human resources/management aspects, aspects of auditing/control, socialization/community literacy, and cooperation aspects. The criteria used in selecting alternatives are effective criteria (collection and distribution) and efficient criteria (cheap, fast, and applicable). The ANP model connects alternatives and criteria and calculates that the order of priority from the highest to the lowest is 1. Policy, Legality, and Institutions (47.28%); 2. Human Resources / Management Aspects (13.94%), 3. Socialization Aspects (12.66%); 4. Cooperation Aspects (12.54%); 5. Operational / Database Technical Aspects (8.27%) and; 6. Audit / Control Aspects (5.29%).

Purpose This study aims to formulate a strategy for optimizing zakat governance in zakat institutions in East Java Province by identifying priority problems, creating solutions and developing strategies. Design/methodology/approach This qualitative research uses the analytical network process method. Ten respondents representing practitioners, academics, associations and regulators were selected for their expertise in zakat governance. The data were processed using Super Decision software program and Excel. Findings Priority issues in optimizing zakat governance found in this study are lack of information on Mustahik’s needs and development to Muzakki and the low motivation and ability of Mustahik to develop. Improving the quality and capacity of Amil’s, especially in the technological aspect, is a priority solution. The priority strategy considers intensification (by developing Amil’s ability to use technology) and extensification (by increasing Amil’s numbers who master technology). Practical implications The results highlight the urgency of increasing Amil’s capacity and capability in technology-based zakat management. Zakat institutions need to prepare for management’s transformation toward zakat technology as one of the priorities in optimizing zakat governance. Originality/value Problems, solutions and strategies for optimizing zakat governance are collected by connecting it to the Zakat Core Principles, namely, the ninth principle of collection management and the tenth principle of distribution management. Further, for identifying problems, solutions and strategies, four aspects must be considered of Amil, Muzakki, Mustahiq and other supporting elements to present better policies to optimize zakat governance.

The policies analysis cover management process and its changing in Bank Indonesia, including direction and substance of OC, developing ideal models, methods, dynamic change and its management.  Awareness about the importance of OC in improving the performance of the organization had been recognized by management of Bank Indonesia in the surface, but when examined the dynamics of the changes, the implementation seem fluctuated. Using a system approach, this research employ three main tools: Analytical Network Process (ANP), Strategic Assumption Surfacing and Testing (SAST), and Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM). The knowledge base data are compiled using combination of several methods: survey, focus group discussion (FGD), statistics of secondary data, and structured in depth interviews. This research has found the new values which should be adopted for BI are integrity professional, visionary, competence, and transparent. Besides, it also delevelop models to implement a new organization culture management. In terms of organization culture change program, this research uncovers several important phenomena such as: the central role of the board of governor, the function of performance management and assessment, and the role of director in every unit.Keywords : organization Culture, Values,Sub-culture Type, Analytical Network Process, Strategic Assumption Surfacing and Testing, Interpretative Structural Modeling

This article seeks to examine the strategy of managing cash waqf in the organization of muhammadiyah of muhammadiyah region of north sumatera. This study was conducted by combining from field research and library research. Referring to the results of the Analytic Network Process based on the priority scale explains that the strategy used in the management of cash waqf in the organization of Muhammadiyah Leadership Area Mumammadiyah North Sumatra, the most priority is the socialization program. The main obstacle is from the internal side of human resources / Nadhir, while from the external side comes from wakif, government, alternative investment. In the end, the solution given in overcoming the management constraints of cash waqf is investing cash waqf in shariah mutual funds.

The development and expansion of knowledge management as an important management philosophy has a significant impact on human resources management as well as on organization as a whole. In this context, knowledge management processes have been used as a strategic tool within human resources management.Therefore, functions of human resources management must adapt itself to this change. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of human resources management in the management of knowledge and to reveal the effects of knowledge management practices on the functions of human resources byexamining the relationship between human resources and knowledge management. In this context, a theoretical investigation was conducted. It has been determined that significant changes occurred on the functions of human resources management such as selection and recruitment, performance management, remuneration and reward, training and development within the framework of the knowledge management strategies.
