The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the sharia microfinance issues, sharia microfinance solutions to solve problems, and institutions strategies for strengthening sharia microfinance. The method used in this study is a qualitativeanalysis method using the tool Analytical Network Process (ANP) is used to find the priority of problems, solutions and strategies for improvement of sharia microfinance institutions. The results of studies suggest that the improvement in sharia microfinance institutions have 4 aspects, those are the problems of the human resource aspects (SDI), infrastructure aspects, market aspects, and management aspects. Aspect of the priority issues in the sharia microfinance institutional improvement is a human resources (SDI), while the improvement solution of sharia microfinance institutional is an aspect of human resources(SDI) as well. Then the strategy which becomes a priority in the improvement of sharia microfinance institutions is the optimization of the board of sharia (DPS)

This study aims to analyze the determination of inhibiting reporting of human resource accounting at Shariah microfinance institutions in Kuningan Regency, with the sample number of 70 respondents of shariah microfinance institutions.��������� This study used a qualitative descriptive research method and verification with interview or questionnaire technique. Research data were tested using instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test.��������� The results showed partially variable cost of human resources have a significant positive effect on human resources accounting report, variable measurement of human resources value has a significant positive effect on the human resources accounting report and together show that the variable cost of human resources and measurement value human resources to the accounting reports of human resources.�Keywords: Human Resource Cost, Human Resource Measurement Value, Human Resource Accounting Report

This study focuses on evaluating the  performances  of  three  sharia  microfinance  models,  i.e.  cooperative  model represented by BMT al Fath, Grameen model represented by MBK, Ltd.co, and mixed model represented by Baytul Amanah Ikhtiar cooperative. ANP approach is used to evaluate the performances of those models from five important aspects (clusters)  as  the  determiners,  such  as  human  resource,  finance,  management, sharia  compliance,  and  marketing.  The  findings  of  this  research  show  that  the most important aspect (priority) among the clusters is human resource. Thus, the best strategy is the mixed-based; the model which integrates the cooperative system with grameen system. It becomes the best model inasmuch as it implements values of  both  co  ownership  and  co  responsibility,  in  addition  to  power  of  collectivity resulting in no cash collateral.DOI:10.15408/aiq.v7i1.1355

<p class="abstrak" align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong><strong> </strong><strong></strong></p><p>This research aims to uncover and map the problems faced by Islamic microfinance institutions (BPRS) both in terms of social and management. Afterward itrevealed, the solutions, strategies, and priority rankings of long-term alternative strategies were revealed using the analytic network process (ANP) method. The methodology used in this study is qualitative which aims to capture the views of sharia experts and scholars on the development of sharia microfinance institutions. The research findings related to the development model of Islamic microfinance institutions are (1). Criteria for the development of Islamic microfinance institutions include management issues,competition issues, policy issues and risk issues. Management problems are the dominant problems found in Islamic Microfinance Institutions with a value 0.427.Then followed by regulatory issues and 0.293 risks and finally 0.278 competition issues, the appraiser's agreement was 0.456 or 45.6%. (2).Then the determination of strategic planning with a value of 0.382 and affirmation of the value of the company and local genius 0.230,rater agreement 0.382 or 38.2%. These results show that the direct involvement of the Muslim community in West Sumatra as shareholders, founders and administrators has not been able to improve the quality of human resources in Islamic microfinance institutions.</p><p class="abstrak"><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan memetakan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga keuangan mikro syariah (BPRS) baik dari sisi sosial maupun manajemen. Setelah itu, terungkap solusi, strategi, dan peringkat prioritas strategi alternatif jangka panjang dengan menggunakan metode analytic network process (ANP). Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjaring pandangan para ahli dan cendekiawan syariah tentang perkembangan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah (BPRS). Instrumen analisis yang digunakan adalah Analytical Network Process (ANP) yang digunakan untuk menemukan permasalahan dan prioritas solusi dalam penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian terkait model pengembangan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah adalah (1). Kriteria isu pengembangan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah meliputi isu manajemen, isu persaingan, isu kebijakan dan isu risiko. Masalah manajemen merupakan masalah yang dominan ditemukan pada Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah dengan nilai 0,427. Kemudian disusul masalah regulasi dan risiko 0,293 dan terakhir masalah persaingan 0,278, kesepakatan penilai 0,456 atau 45,6%. (2). Kemudian penetapan strategic planning dengan nilai 0,382 dan penegasan nilai perusahaan dan local genius 0,230, rater agreement 0,382 atau 38,2%. Hasil ini menunjukkan keterlibatan langsung masyarakat muslim Sumbar sebagai pemegang saham,pendiri dan pengurus masih belum mampu meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di lembaga keuangan mikro syariah. </em></p>

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to identify the barriers of knowledge management (KM) implementation in Alborz Province industrial Parks Corporation and prioritize them using fuzzy analytical network process (FANP). Design/methodology/approach Through an in-depth review of the literature on KM and researcher findings from observations and interviews with experts, the main barriers of KM implementation, namely, organizational culture, organizational structure, human resource, technology and miscellaneous factors along with their related factors in the surveyed organization were identified. Then, based on the information gathered, an expert questionnaire was developed. Finally, the priority of each main barrier and their sub-factors were determined using FANP. Findings The results show that human resource and organizational culture factors with the weights of 0.66 and 0.22, respectively, have the highest ranking and therefore are the most important barriers. The technology factor with the weight of 0.00002 is the least important barrier in implementing KM in the surveyed corporation. Research limitations/implications One of the limitations of this study is the generalizability of the findings, which may be limited by the single case study method used. Originality/value There are fewer studies about KM barriers specifically with a focus on prioritizing them in organizations, especially in the context of Iran as a developing country. This study develops a comprehensive and solid mathematical technique to prioritize the identified barriers of KM implementation in the context of Iran.

This study attempts to formulate strategies in strengthening the role of zakat boards and institutions in Indonesia from the perspectives of three zakat experts and practitioners by employing Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. While the indicators of zakat institutions’ performance measured in this study are based on the National Zakat Indices (abbreviated as NZI), the alternatives of strategy are constructed through study of literatures. This study suggests that among four zakat institutions’ indicators, the reporting of zakat shared the highest portion of the important indicators of amil’s performance, followed by the collection, distribution and management of zakat. Besides that, the study also finds that there are strategies that needs to be given top priorities based on its order including optimizing zakat distribution program, strengthening Information and Technology (IT) system, strengthening zakat regulation, improving database of zakat payers and beneficiaries, strengthening the synergy between zakat boards, institutions and other zakat stakeholders, strengthening human resources and improving socialization as well as education pertaining to zakat and the role of zakat boards and institutions.

This article seeks to examine the strategy of managing cash waqf in the organization of muhammadiyah of muhammadiyah region of north sumatera. This study was conducted by combining from field research and library research. Referring to the results of the Analytic Network Process based on the priority scale explains that the strategy used in the management of cash waqf in the organization of Muhammadiyah Leadership Area Mumammadiyah North Sumatra, the most priority is the socialization program. The main obstacle is from the internal side of human resources / Nadhir, while from the external side comes from wakif, government, alternative investment. In the end, the solution given in overcoming the management constraints of cash waqf is investing cash waqf in shariah mutual funds.

Human resource management (HRM) is a recognition of the importance of human labor as vital resources that contribute to the goals of the organization, and utilization of multiple functions and activities to ensure that they are used effectively and fairly for the benefit of individuals, organizations, and society. Now human resource management has a unique and timely opportunity to improve productivity. Eventhough, productivity improvement does not means only increase the output. In addition, the evaluation of program responsibles and meets the special needs of employees with efficient cost. It is a very effective manner that very important, as organizations are tempted to cut costs and improve quality in their company. Without evaluation, it is very difficult to demonstrate that the development is the reason for the improvement. Human Resources Development can maintain and support productivity, as well as company isolate of lack of expertise of the human resources for the current job and future. The results are used in evaluating development programs include participant satisfaction with the training and development program development, learning knowledge or skills, the use of knowledge and skills on the job, and the results such as sale, productivity, or the prevention of accidents. Evaluation can also compare costs against benefits that receive development (return on investment).

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.
