The study sample is an accounting student. There are 159 questionnaires that can be processed in total out of 250 distributed to the accounting selected at random. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The result of the study shows that locus of control, financial attitude, financial self-efficacy, and mental accounting has a positive impact on financial behavior. However, this study found that financial literacy and financial knowledge do not affect financial behavior. This study also found that mental accounting has the most influence on financial behavior. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square approach. The results showed that financial knowledge had an effect on self-confidence, self-confidence had an effect on financial behavior, self-confidence mediated the effect of financial knowledge on financial behavior. In addition, financial knowledge does not affect financial behavior.

This research examines the effect of locus control on financial literacy, including financial attitude, financial behavior, and financial self-efficacy. This study used a survey method by sending a questionnaire to the respondent through an enumerator. This study uses a sample, namely students of the accounting study program in Surabaya, Indonesia. A total of 159 questionnaires were processed from distributing 250 questionnaires randomly. This study uses the Partial Least Square data analysis. The result shows that locus of control affects financial attitude, financial behavior, and financial self-efficacy. Financial behavior increases when the respondents show excellent financial knowledge behavior and believe that they can manage for their finances. This investigation confirms that locus of control affects financial behavior. Meaning the role of locus of control is very important to increase financial behavior. This study also found that locus of control can contribute to the theory of social construction. Moreover, social construction theory can predict how individuals act to improve their financial behavior.   Received: 15 October 2020 / Accepted: 19 December 2020/ Published: 5 March 2021

Research Objectives to prove the influence of the complexity of the tasks faced by the Auditor on performance in carrying out duties as an Auditor. The complexity of tasks related to various problems in the company requires locus of control from internal and external to maintain independence and competence. The first auditor performance case occurred in 2002 with the disclosure of the Enron case involving the KAP in the big five, Athur Anderson. In 2008 the Telkom case affected the closure of KAP Edy Priyanto, and there were still many other cases which were violations of the accountant's code of ethics. This research is in the form of quantitative, with proof of the complexity of the task and locus of control on the performance of the auditor. Sample 46 Junior auditors from several KAPs in Surabaya, using the Partial Least Square test, the result that the complexity of the task affects the performance of the Auditor and the interaction of the complexity of the task with locus of control does not affect the performance of the Auditor.

The development of investment in Indonesia has increased rapidly over the past few years. One of the key factors affecting stock traders' trading behavior is information. Information that was previously difficult to obtain by investors became easily obtained due to technological developments. In addition to information, the characteristics of traders also influence their trading behavior. The population used in this study is the entire citizen of Surabaya, and the sample of this study is stock traders who have a minimum of 1-year trading experience. Data analysis is done by using Partial Least Square with Smart PLS 3.0. The result of this study is that information has a significant effect on trading behavior, while neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness do not moderate the effect of information on trading behavior significantly.

The sample of this study consists of 83 employees in BLUDs around Kedu residency. The analysis of the data are measured through Partial Least Square (WarpPLS). This study provides an evidence that human resources, internal control of accounting, organizational commitment and supporting system have positive effects on the reliability of financial reporting. On the other hand, the utilization of information technology does not positively effect the reliability of financial reporting.
