ABSTRACT  The motion graphic video design is aimed at drivers of two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive vehicles whose age is ranging from 17-40 years, with the length of a two-minute 15-second video that was released online. In the test results on 20 people with a targeted age range, about 94.4% of respondents responded favorably and 6.6% of respondents responded poorly. Therefore, it can be concluded that most of the respondents responded with a positive response to the motion graphic video related to warning alert advice on the gateless railroad crossing. Tractors are the main machines in agricultural production processes. Agricultural tractors commonly employ a four-wheel drive transmission. To reach maximum efficiency in production works, tractors are loaded by as high thrust as possible. The consequence of it, quite often, is that the slippage of driving wheels grows to the limit that is not allowed. To reduce the slippage, various ways are pointed out in terramechanics. One way is to increase the tractor’s weight by adding ballast. The other way is to increase the contact area between tires and the supporting surface. The slippage can be also reduced with traction control and other relevant systems. These methods, which help to reduce slippage, also affect tire deformation. When proportion of tires deformation is not the same as proportion of their sizes, the consequence is change of the lead of front wheels. In this paper analysis is presented, how the lead of front wheels affects the work of MFWD tractor in different conditions. Test results are presented for a MFWD tractor, how the lead of front wheels varies depending on deformation ratios between front and rear tires. For a MFWD tractor, values of deformation ratio between front and rear tires were determined, which ensured effective and which produced unreasonable values of lead of front wheels.

Researchers chose a modified free inquiry model to help improve students’ fluency and elaboration. The purpose of this research is to know the application of modified free inquiry which can improve the student’s fluency and elaboration of students’ thinking on trigonometric material. Research method in this research is qualitative research method and research type is research of class action. The data in this study were obtained from the results of validation, test results, observation of teacher and student activity, and interview result, then apply data triangulation and theory to check the validity of data. The results showed an increase in fluency and elaboration in students. This means that a modified free inquiry model can help improve students’ fluency and elaboration in trigonometric learning. The results are supported by the observation of teacher and student activity that is in accordance with the lesson plan and also the result of the interview which get positive response from the students.Keywords: modified free inquiry, fluency and elaboration, mathematics

Successful completion of cytokinesis relies on addition of new membrane, and requires the recycling endosome regulator Rab11, which localizes to the midzone. Despite the critical role of Rab11 in this process, little is known about the formation and composition of Rab11-containing organelles. Here, we identify the phosphatidylinositol (PI) 4-kinase III β Four wheel drive (Fwd) as a key regulator of Rab11 during cytokinesis in Drosophila melanogaster spermatocytes. We show Fwd is required for synthesis of PI 4-phosphate (PI4P) on Golgi membranes and for formation of PI4P-containing secretory organelles that localize to the midzone. Fwd binds and colocalizes with Rab11 on Golgi membranes, and is required for localization of Rab11 in dividing cells. A kinase-dead version of Fwd also binds Rab11 and partially restores cytokinesis to fwd mutant flies. Moreover, activated Rab11 partially suppresses loss of fwd. Our data suggest Fwd plays catalytic and noncatalytic roles in regulating Rab11 during cytokinesis.
