Photobioacoustic methods of complex exposure allow correcting vegetative, vascular-cardiac disorders in children with autonomicnervous system somatoform dysfunction syndrome (ANSSDS) without pharmacological load. Aim. To optimize the treatment of children with somatoform vegetative dysfunction (ANSSDS), often suffering from recurrent infections,using physiotherapy methods.The aim of the study was to optimize the treatment of children with somatoform vegetativedysfunction, often suffering from recurrentinfections, using physiotherapy methods. Material and methods. The study included 140 children with autonomic nervous system somatoform dysfunction syndrome (ANSSDS),often suffering from recurrent infection. For the first time, clinical complaints, functional (ECG and cardiointerval recording KIR)and vegetative indicators (Kerdo, Hildebrandt index, Biend, Baoev-Parin) before/after application of the innovative photobioacousticcomplex, including: BАС-BFB-bioacoustic effects on the head and LLLR on the projection of the cubital region and thymus were analyzed.The duration of the procedure was 30 minutes and the course of treatment was 10 procedures. Before and after the procedures,vegetative indices and indicators of myocardial bioelectrogenesis were examined, comparing them with the norm in healthy children. Results. 35% of children were diagnosed with parasympathicotonia (sympathetic imbalance -SI); 54.1% – sympathetic (SA) and10.9% – mixed (etonia – E) type of vegetative dystonia. There were reveled gender-age differences in subjective complaints of childrenwith ANSSDS, whose index vegetative indicators were correlated with the type of vegetative support. Children with SA were 2.5 timesmore likely to be diagnosed with cardiac syndrome and elevated blood pressure; in children with SI – 3.5 times more often detected:gastric, astheenoeurotic syndrome and allergic diseases; in children with E: asthenonevrotic, neurosis-like disorders and sleep disturbancesthat were differentiated after the use of photobioacoustic complex. Complaints and vegetative indices in children with SI andE were corrected more significantly than in SA. Conclusion. Evaluation of vegetative indicators in children 7-12 years with ANSSDS, often suffering from recurrent infection, allows topersonify treatment programs and reduce the level of acute recurrent morbidity by 2.5 times.

Comparative analysis of vegetative nervous system parameters in subject with postherpetic neuralgia was carried out before and after taking medical rehabilitation (hirudotherapy). The aim was to determine a law of behavior of quasi-attractors parameters of nervous system parameters in Ugra population in health and postherpetic neuralgia, and on this basis work out recommendations on hirudotherapoic treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Materials and methods. 240 male and female, aged between 21-55 (the able-bodied population), took part in the experience. Subjects were divided in 8 groups (by 30 subjects per a group): by sex, by age, by period of living in the North of Russian Federation: before and over 10 years. Results and discussion. As a result of this, we discovered that parameters of quasi-attractors volumes in a female group suffering from postherpetic neuralgia define peculiarities of state of vegetative nervous system that is reflected in sharp decrease of quasi-attractors volumes. Conclusion. To sum up, hirudotherapy is recommended to patients suffering from postherpetic neuralgia in order to stabilize neurovasomotor cluster and provide ef-fective treatment.

For children with mitral valve prolapse (MVP) characterized by disorders of vegetative homeostasis, especially pronounced effect on the body sympathetic link of the autonomic nervous system. In the medical literature, the question of correction of vegetative tone in children with primary MVP is now open. The purpose of the study was to study the parameters of vegetative homeostasis in children with mitral valve prolapse before and after treatment. 66 children with primary and primary MVP stage I and II at the age of 13–17 years were examined. The control group consisted of 23 practically healthy children. The evaluation of vegetative homeostasis was performed using a clinorostatic test and cardiointervalography, followed by an analysis of the parameters and parameters of the heart rate variability spectral analysis. To restore vegetative homeostasis to patients with PMC, an existing treatment regimen with our correction was prescribed. Namely, we added therapies levocarnitine and magnesium. According to the data obtained from the CP, we found that treatment led to the normalization of vegetative maintenance of the organism, mainly in the form of a decrease in the hypersympathicotonic tonic type after treatment, along with the baseline (p<0.05). Consequently, the proposed treatment scheme with the use of levocarnitine and magnesium, positively affects the autonomic system in children with primary MVP, reducing its dysfunction.

Introduction/Objective. Interleukin 33 (IL-33) has a very significant function in inflammatory and autoimmune mechanisms, but its significance in immunopathogenic mechanisms of different allergic diseases, including allergic asthma (AA), is becoming increasingly emphasized. The objective of the study was to investigate serum levels of IL-33 in children with AA before applying inhalation corticosteroid therapy (ICS Th) and six months after it, correlating the gathered values of IL-33 with some clinical traits of the patient. Methods. The serum value of IL-33 has been determined in 61 children with AA before starting treatment and six months after treatment with ICS Th, and this was repeated in 30 healthy children. Results. Values of IL-33 in serum are significantly higher in children with AA that have not been treated with ICS Th during six months (p = 0.00; p < 0.05), which is also the case when comparing with healthy children (p = 0.00; p < 0.05). Serum values of IL-33 in children with AA after six months of ICS Th and in healthy children do not show significant difference (p = 0.88; p > 0.05). The correlation between serum values of IL-33 before applying ICS Th and the severity, degree of AA control, and the applied dose of ICS Th is statistically significant and positive. Conclusion. IL-33 values in the serum are significantly higher in children with untreated AA in those with poorly controlled AA. Six-month treatment with ICS Th leads to significant reduction of IL-33 serum levels, whose values are in positive correlation with the severity and control of AA.

Purpose: To optimize the treatment of children with somatoform autonomic dysfunction suffering from frequent acute recurrent infections with the use of physiotherapy methods. Research methods: The study of 140 children with somatoform autonomic dysfunction suffering from frequent recurrent infections included the analysis of the data on developmental histories (form № 026/in «Children’s Medical Card for School» and form 112/ «History of Child Development»), clinical complaints, functional (ECG and cardiointerval recording) and vegetative indicators (Kerdo, Hildebrandt, Baevsky-Parin indices) before and after the use of the photobioacoustic complex, which includes: biofeedback bioacoustic impact on the head area and LLLR on the projection of the cubital area and thymus. The ECG was performed on the device of the «Shiller» company (Switzerland) with a computer console for cardiointerval recording. The vegetative indices were studied on the «Poly-Spectr» device of Neurosoft (Russia). LLLR was performed on the «Milta» (l=0,89 mcm) on the overhead projection area at a frequency of 80Hz for 5 minutes and on the projection zone of the thymus at a frequency of 1500 Hz for 3minutes, as responsible for immune support. The total duration is 8–9 minutes (children of 7–8 years — 5–8 minutes; children of 9–12 years — 8–9 minutes). Bioacoustic effects on the head area were performed on the hardware-computer complex of acoustic correction (biofeedback bioacoustic correction) «SINKHRO-S» (Russia). Results: Parasympathicotonia (VI) was identified in 35% (18,5% of boys, 16,4% of girls); sympathicotonia (SA) — in 54,1% (28,5% of boys, 25,7% of girls); a mixed type of vegetative dystonia — in 10,9% (4,4% of boys, 6,5% of girls). Subjective complaints of children with somatoform autonomic dysfunction suffering from frequent recurrent infections had a brighter picture than those of children without an infectious factor. Gender-age differences in subjective complaints of children with somatoform autonomic dysfunction, which correlated with vegetative types: sympathoadrenal (SA), parasympathetic or vagoinsular (VI) and mixed (eutonia, C), have been identified. Conclusion: The developed photobioacoustic complex provides a high correction of index indicators of vegetative tension and vegetative reactivity in children with elevated Kerdo and Baevsky-Parin indices. After the reduction of these indicators, the elimination of correlations between them was noted, which positively affected the vegetative reactivity and parameters of myocardial bioelectrogenesis.

The objective: studying of features of the psychoemotional and vegetative status at women with placental dysfunction at the previous pregnancy. Patients and methods. Complex clinical-laboratory examination of 89 women, from which was conducted: control group – 42 obstetrically and somatically healthy multipara, delivery through natural patrimonial ways; І group – 47 women with placental dysfunction at the previous pregnancy. Carried out a cardiointervalografia by means of a single-channel electrocardiograph and used a scale questionnaire of a condition of the pregnant woman. Results. It is established that regulation of cardiac rhythm at women at the previous pregnancy happens to placental dysfunction in the conditions of an autonomous contour which controls normal work of heart and vegetative nervous system. Further, there is an expressed strain of regulatory mechanisms that is shown by centralization of management of cardiac activity and sharp rising of activity of sympathetic nervous system. At the final stage influence of the central contour considerably decreases and patofunctionale vegetative equilibrium is again formed. Conclusions. The received results need to be considered when developing tactics of conducting pregnancy at these women. Key words: placental dysfunction, vegetative and psychological status.

Use of a method of share tendencies in the analysis time of some R-R intervals of the electrocardiogram after performance of 20 knee-bends and after 1 minute of restoration has allowed to establish a role of the centers of vegetative nervous system in restoration of a rhythm of heart at 4-th level of dynamic hierarchy. After 20-ти knee-bends and through 1 minutes of restoration the maximum vegetative centers of the central contour dominate. In interaction of the central and independent contours each center entering into them is characterized with distinctive features of dynamics which are shown in an increasing role of the centers of an independent contour after 1 minute of restoration.

Расширение спектра изучаемых клонов Тхелперов определило более сложные иммунные механизмы реализации аллергического воспаления. Цель. Характеристика показателей и взаимосвязей цитокинового профиля сыворотки и субпопуляционного состава Тлимфоцитов периферической крови у детей с бронхиальной астмой и аллергическим ринитом. Материалы и методы. Проведено комплексное обследование 150 детей в возрасте 311 лет с верифицированным диагнозом бронхиальной астмы, аллергического ринита и 30 здоровых сверстников. Иммунологические параметры крови оценивали методом проточной цитометрии, концентрации интерлейкинов и IgE в сыворотке крови определяли методом твердофазного иммуноферментного анализа. При статистической обработке использовали программы Statistica 10 с критическим уровнем значимости р0,05. Результаты. У детей с аллергическими заболеваниями в сыворотке крови определены высокие уровни содержания интерлейкинов4, 8, 13, 17А, сопоставимый с показателями группы контроля уровень IL17F и низкое содержание IFNy. При бронхиальной астме и аллергическом рините у детей выявлено увеличение количества CD3CD8CD45RO, CD3CD8CD45RACD45RO Тлимфоцитов и CD3CD4 Тхелперов и повышение количество Th17 при снижении CD3CD4CD45RO клеток памяти. В группе здоровых детей популяция Th17 составляла 9,491,6, у детей с аллергическими заболеваниями количество данных клеток было значимо выше 14,50,77 (р0,001). Анализ сывороточного содержания цитокинов у детей с изолированным течением БА и в сочетании с аллергическим ринитом выявил разнонаправленные корреляции, отличающиеся по силе и направленности от таковых в группе здоровых детей. Заключение. У детей при изолированном течении бронхиальной астмы и в сочетании с аллергическим ринитом выявлены: сопоставимое с показателями здоровых детей количество CD3CD4 Тклеток, дисбаланс в субпопуляционном составе Тхелперов за счет преобладания Th2 и Th17, активация синтеза IL17A, IL4, IL8, IL13, низкий уровень сывороточного IFNy, изменения силы и направленности взаимосвязей цитокинового профиля и спектра субпопуляций Тлимфоцитов.Expansion of the range of examined Thelper clones has determined more complex immune mechanisms for the implementation of allergic inflammation. Objective. To characterize the parameters and relationships between the serum cytokine profile and Tlymphocyte subpopulation in peripheral blood of children with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis. Materials and methods. 150 children aged between 311 years old with bronchial asthma, and allergic rhinitis and 30 healthy volunteers were examined. Immunological parameters were assessed by flow cytometry, the concentration of serum interleukins and IgE were determined by means of enzymelinked immunosorbent assay. Statistical analysis was performed with Statistica 10 program with a critical level of significance p0.05. Results. High levels of interleukins 4, 8, 13, 17A were determined, IL7F level was not significantly different from that in control group and low level of IFNy was found in the serum of children with allergic diseases. The number of CD3CD8CD45RO, CD3CD8CD45RACD45RO Tlymphocytes, CD3CD4 Thelper cells and Th17 were increased and at the same time CD3CD4CD45RO memory cells were decreased In bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis children. Number of Th17 cells in healthy children was 9.491.6, in allergic children it was significantly higher 14.50.77 (p0.001). Analyses of serum cytokine count in children with isolated BA and in association with allergic rhinitis revealed multidirectional correlations differing in strength and direction from those in the group of healthy children. Conclusion. In children with isolated bronchial asthma and associated with allergic rhinitis the following parameters were found: CD3CD4 Tcells count was comparable to that in healthy children, the imbalance of Thelper subpopulation: prevalence of Th2 and Th17, activation of IL17A, IL4, IL8, IL13 synthesis and low level of serum IFNy.
