Research It is designed using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The samples in this study were lecturers and students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Interviews were conducted by interviewing lecturers at several different campuses. The results of the interview show that mobile learning is the learning that students are most interested in because it can be accessed through their cellphones. Quantitative data analysis used the product-moment correlation test. The research subjects consisted of 110 students. The significance level of 0.001 (p <0.05) indicates that there is a significant influence between the adoption of mobile learning on student interest in learning during the Covid pandemic 19.

<p><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em>Tujuan penelitian ini guna meningkatkan pengetahuan seksualitas melalui media lagu. Pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan selama dua siklus. Subjek penelitian yakni anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK At Tamyiz Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan unjuk kerja, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data kualitatif menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik, sedangkan uji validitas data kuantitatif menggunakan validitas konstruk. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan analisis data deskriptif komparatif dan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan analisis model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pada pengetahuan seksualitas anak yaitu persentase ketuntasan pada indikator membedakan laki-laki dan perempuan sebesar 100%, indikator membedakan organ intim laki-laki dan perempuan sebesar 77,78% dan indikator melindungi diri dari kekerasan seksual dan bullying sebesar 88,89%. Peningkatan tersebut ditandai dengan keberhasilan anak dalam membedakan laki-laki dan perempuan, mampu menyebutkan organ intim laki-laki dan perempuan, dan menyebutkan cara melindungi diri dari kekerasan seksual dan bullying. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendidikan seksualitas melalui media lagu dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan seksualitas pada anak usia 5-6 tahun.</em></p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci: </em></strong><em>pendidikan seksualitas, lagu, pengetahuan seksualitas, anak usia 5-6 tahun</em></p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of this research is to increase knowledge of sexuality through song media. Quantitative and qualitative approaches used in this study. This type of classroom action research conducted for two cycles. Research subjects are children aged 5-6 years at TK Tamyiz Surakarta. Data collection techniques using performance, observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity test of qualitative data uses triangulation of sources and techniques, whereas the validity test of quantitative data uses construct validity. Quantitative data analysis techniques use comparative descriptive data analysis and qualitative data analysis using interactive model analysis. The results described that there was an increase in the knowledge of child sexuality that is the percentage of completeness in the indicators of distinguishing men and women by 100%, indicators of distinguishing intimate organs of men and women by 77.78% and indicators of protecting themselves from sexual violence and bullying by 88 , 89%. The increase was marked by the success of children in distinguishing between men and women, being able to mention male and female intimate organs, and mentioning ways to protect themselves from sexual violence and bullying. The conclusion of this research is the application of sexuality education through song media can increase sexuality knowledge in children aged 5-6 years.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword: </em></strong><em>sexuality education, song, sexuality knowledge, children aged 5-6 years</em><em></em></p>

Introduction: Earthquakes that occur always have a psychological impact on all victims, including children. Limited studies explore anxiety and symptoms of children’s psychological problems. This study aims to describe anxiety and psychological symptoms on children caused by the earthquake in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.Method: This study uses a mix-method design with a sample of 47 respondents in SDN 2 Penimbung West Lombok, the sample was determined by purposive sampling technique. Quantitative data analysis using the RCMAS-2 questionnaire (Revised Children's Manifest Anxiety Scale; second edition) and qualitative analysis using the method of in-depth interview.Results: Most of the respondents of children included normal anxiety category 85.11%, while 14.89% belonged to the category of clinical anxiety. The results of the qualitative study showed that there were changes in attitudes in children, such as children becoming more sensitive, easily crying, irritable, children easily panicking and crying if they heard something thundering, children often worried about entering the house, they were initially cheerful but after earthquakes occur more children are quiet and withdraw.Conclusion: Earthquakes that occur cause symptoms of clinical anxiety in some children, which are manifested in everyday life both at home and at school. Future research is expected to provide appropriate therapy for children affected by disasters so that the psychological impact experienced can be reduced.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance through organizational culture variables at the Pasuruan City Civil Service Police Unit. This research is an explanatory research (explanatory research) which aims to test the proposed hypothesis about the effect of motivation on employee performance and organizational culture. This study uses quantitative data analysis with path analysis and classical assumption test using non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling (census). The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Pasuruan City Civil Service Police Unit with a total of 104 employees. From the results of this study indicate that (1) motivation has a direct and significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a direct and significant effect on organizational culture, (3) organizational culture has a direct effect on employee performance, and (4) organizational culture can mediate indirectly between motivation and employee performance.

Abstract: Speaking is the child's ability to express ideas, or thoughts to others through the medium of spoken language. The ability to speak in the A3 TK ABA 26 city in Malang City has not developed optimally, as evidenced from 31 children, there are 16 children who have not been able to reach their speech development. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of hand puppet media to improve speaking skills and describe improvement in A3 speaking abilities. ABA 26 TK Malang City. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were an A3 group with 31 children. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instruments used in the form of observation sheets attainment of children's speaking skills, teacher activity observation sheets and interview guideline sheets. Data analysis techniques are qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study addressed the increase in scores in Cycle I by 42.3% and Cycle II by 80.78%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the use of hand puppet media with storytelling activities can improve the speaking ability of children in the A3 TK ABA 26 group in Malang City. The suggestion of this research is that the teacher should use hand puppet media as one of the media to improve children's speaking skills, it is hoped that the school can provide media that can support children's development, for other researchers, it is suggested to try to develop other aspects of development with hand puppet media. Abstrak: Berbicara adalah kemampuan anak untuk mengeluarkan ide, gagasan ataupun pikirannya kepada orang lain melalui media bahasa lisan. Kemampuan berbicara pada kelompok A3 TK ABA 26 Kota Malang belum berkembang secara optimal, terbukti dari 31 anak terdapat 16 anak yang belum mampu mencapai perkembangan berbicaranya.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan media boneka tangan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan berbicara anak kelompok A3 TK ABA 26 Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian kelompok A3 dengan jumlah 31 anak. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi ketercapaian kemampuan berbicara anak, lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan lembar pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data yaitu teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan skor pada Siklus I sebesar 42,3% dan Siklus II sebesar 80,78%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan media boneka tangan dengan kegiatan bercerita dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak kelompok A3 TK ABA 26 Kota Malang. Saran penelitian ini yaitu sebaiknya guru menggunakan media boneka tangan sebagai salah satu media untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak, diharapkan sekolah dapat menyediakan media yang dapat mendukung perkembangan anak, bagi peneliti lain disarankan untuk mencoba mengembangkan aspek perkembangan lain dengan media boneka tangan.

Abstract: The research objective was to improve the results of learning passing on volleyball for class X Catering Services 3 SMK Negeri 1 Batu Kota. This study uses quantitative data analysis with classroom action research (CAR), and uses a test instrument. The research subjects were students of class X Catering Services 3 at SMKN 1 Batu, totaling 35 students. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the initial attitude, attitude attitude, and final attitude on volleyball passing skills showed a significant increase, which was included in the very good category.   Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar passing atas bolavoli siswa kelas X Jasa Boga 3 SMK Negeri 1 Batu Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data secara kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), serta menggunakan instrumen berupa tes. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Jasa Boga 3 SMKN 1 Batu yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sikap awal, sikap perkenaan, dan sikap akhir pada keterampilan passing atas bolavoli menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu masuk pada pada kategori baik sekali.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the basic technical skills of passing under by using tests on extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 5 Jombang. This study uses descriptive quantitative data analysis with survey research methods. The research subjects were volleyball extracurricular members at SMP Negeri 5 Jombang which consisted of 18 students. Based on the results of the study, the results of the data analysis on the basic skills of passing under volleyball for the male extracurricular participants were in the moderate category and for the process assessment was included in the sufficient category, while the female volleyball extracurricular participants were in the sufficient category for the outcome assessment and process assessment. So there is 25% good, 25% good enough and 50% good enough.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survey. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bolavoli SMP Negeri 5 Jombang yang terdiri dari 18 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa hasil analisis data tes keterampilan dasar passing bawah bolavoli peserta ekstrakurikuler putra masuk dalam kategori sedang dan untuk penilaian proses termasuk dalam kategori cukup sedangkan peserta ekstrakurikuler bolavoli putri termasuk dalam kategori cukup untuk penilaian hasil dan penilaian proses. Jadi ada 25% baik, 25% cukup dan 50% cukup.

The objectives of this study were 1) to analyze the improvement of teacher teaching skills in improving students 'conceptual understanding using the picture and picture model of learning on the material types of livelihoods in the surrounding environment 2) to analyze the improvement of students' conceptual understanding using the picture and picture model on the type of livelihood in surrounding environment.The research method used is classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles, each of which consisted of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were the fourth grade students of SD 2 Jojo Kudus with a total of 20 students. The data sources of this research are teachers, students. Data collection techniques include observation techniques, and tests. The data analysis used was qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Quantitative data analysis was used to calculate the increase in students' conceptual understanding using the picture and picture model.The results showed that an increase in teacher teaching skills occurred in every indicator between cycle I to cycle II. The teaching skills of teachers in cycle II have increased and in general the teachers have implemented the steps of the picture and picture learning model properly. The application of the picture and picture model can also improve students' conceptual understanding skills at SD 2 Jojo Kudus in understanding types of livelihoods. The students' understanding of the concept of social studies content in the first cycle obtained a success percentage of 75% with very good criteria, then the second cycle obtained a percentage of 94% with very good criteria

<p class="Default">This study aims to improve the ability to read the beginning through the activities of storytelling with media variations and know the process of improving the ability to read the beginning through the storytelling activities with media variations. The research method used is action research with Kemmis and Taggart model. Research subjects were 16 KB children. This study was conducted in two cycles consisting of eight meetings in a cycle so that there were sixteen meetings. Technique of collecting data is done through observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Qualitative data analysis used is data reduction, data display, and verification. Quantitative data analysis is used to find out the percentage of reading ability improvement after the beginning of the implementation of the action using the graph. The result of the research shows that the improvement of the understanding of children's geometry can be seen from the average prasiklus value of 58, the average of cycle I average 77, and cycle II with an average of 90. So it can be concluded that the activities of storytelling with media variations can improve the ability to read the beginning</p>
