This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance through organizational culture variables at the Pasuruan City Civil Service Police Unit. This research is an explanatory research (explanatory research) which aims to test the proposed hypothesis about the effect of motivation on employee performance and organizational culture. This study uses quantitative data analysis with path analysis and classical assumption test using non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling (census). The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Pasuruan City Civil Service Police Unit with a total of 104 employees. From the results of this study indicate that (1) motivation has a direct and significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a direct and significant effect on organizational culture, (3) organizational culture has a direct effect on employee performance, and (4) organizational culture can mediate indirectly between motivation and employee performance.

Bambu Tirta Engineering. The research was conducted at PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering with a research sample of 64 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on work discipline, 2) there is an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) there is an effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering and 4) there is no influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance through work discipline PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the work discipline variable cannot mediate between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering.

This study aims to determine the effect of mutation issues, promotion issues, and other issues on the performance of the employees of the Panca Budi Medan University of Development. The method used in this research is quantitative. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that mutation, promotion, and organizational culture influence partially and simultaneously and on employee performance so that the variable that has a dominant effect on employee performance is promotion. The problems that occurred in the employee portion of sales LG Indonesia Semarang is adecline in performance is indicated by not achieving the target for 2015. The employeeperformance and motivation is also thought to be influenced by factors of organizationalculture and also compensation deemed not feasible by most employees. This study aimedto analyze the influence of organizational culture on the motivation and compensationand employee performance parts sales LG Indonesia Semarang. The population used inthis study were all employees of LG Indonesia Semarang. The sampling technique usedwas purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken were all employees of the salesdepartment LG Indonesia Semarang who have worked more than two years are 71nurses. The method of collecting the data in this study using questionnaires andinterviews. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. Based on the research,organizational culture and compensation have a positive effect on motivation andperformance, while motivation is also a positive effect on performance. Based on theresults Sobel Test to determine whether there is mediating the relationship between theindependent and dependent variables, it is known that motivation mediates the effect ofcompensation and organizational culture on performance.

The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) Is there any effect of compensation and career development on the satisfaction of PT. Natafari 2) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on the performance of PT Natafari employees; 3) To determine the effect of satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Natafari 4) To determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance through the satisfaction of PT. Natafari. This type of research is associative research. The variables used are compensation, career development, satisfaction and employee performance. The sample used is 70 people with the sampling technique using probability sampling. The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results show that 1) there is a significant effect of compensation on satisfaction and there is no influence on career development on satisfaction 2) there is a significant effect of compensation and career development on employee performance 3) there is a significant effect of satisfaction on employee performance 4) there is a significant effect on compensation and career development about employee performance through satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the direct effect of job promotion on employee performance and job satisfaction, the direct effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and the effect of job promotion on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This study used quantitative data analysis with SPSS version 23. The total population was 205 ASN employees in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, Banten Province. Samples were collected using random sampling technique, which obtained 67 respondents. The results of this study indicated that Job Promotion had a direct influence on employee performance, Job Promotion had no direct effect on job satisfaction, Job Satisfaction had no direct effect on employee performance and the indirect effect of Job Promotion on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction showed a smaller percentage compared with the percentage of direct effect.   Keywords: Job Promotion, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction

<p>          <em>This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and employee rotation on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable (Empirical Study on KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas). The sample in this study was 70 employees obtained by purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis techniques.</em><em> </em><em>The results showed that organizational culture and employee rotation directly affect employee performance at the KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas. Work motivation is proven as a mediating variable between organizational culture and employee performance.</em><em>Abstrak Bahasa Inggris</em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan rotasi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi (Studi empiris pada KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 pegawai yang didapatkan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan rotasi pegawai mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas secara langsung. Motivasi kerja terbukti sebagai variabel mediasi antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai.</p>

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of compensation, achievement motivation, and working ethic towards employee performance of Taufiqurrahman Foundation in Bekasi. The research was conducted using quantitative approach and method of survey. The size of population in this research is 100 employees at Taufiqurrahman Foundation. Reseach sample were selected as 66 employees using sample random sampling technique. The data obtained with questionaires and tests. The analiytical method used in data analyzing is path analysis technique.The result shows that compensation, achievement motivation, and working ethos have positif direct effect toward the employees performance of Taufiqurrahman Foundation in Bekasi. The findings lead to recommendation that in order to build compensation, achievement motivation and working ethic should be considered seriously.
