With the rapidly developing of wireless communications, their adoption and utilization is increasing swiftly in various contexts. Among others, the issues relevant to antenna optimization are popularly known as the most important research subject for different wireless communications. Nowadays, a large number of studies have been published but spreading in a number of unrelated publishing directions which may hamper the use of such published resources. Furthermore, traditional approaches applied to this topic are normally based on simplified electromagnetic calculations which can only approximate real antenna performance. More recently, nature-inspired intelligent algorithms have become available to investigate antenna characteristics before construction. The advent of these algorithms has allowed different antenna design to be improved using mathematical optimization techniques. These provide us with the motivation of analyzing the existing studies in order to categorize and synthesize them in a meaningful manner.

The Be-based materials with many particular properties lead to an important research subject. The investigation progresses in the fabrication technologies are introduced here, including main three kinds of Be-based materials, such as Be–Cu capsule, $\text{Be}_{2}\text{C}$ ablator and high-purity Be material. Compared with the pioneer workgroup on Be-based materials, the differences in Be–Cu target fabrication were described, and a grain refinement technique by an active hydrogen reaction for Be coating was proposed uniquely. $\text{Be}_{2}\text{C}$ coatings were first prepared by the DC reactive magnetron sputtering with a high deposition rate $({\sim}300~\text{nm}/\text{h})$. Pure polycrystalline $\text{Be}_{2}\text{C}$ films with uniform microstructures, smooth surface, high density $({\sim}2.2~\text{g}\cdot \text{cm}^{3})$ and good optical transparency were fabricated. In addition, the high-purity Be materials with metal impurities in a ppm magnitude were fabricated by the pyrolysis of organometallic Be.

This work builds a metamaterial (MTM) superstrate loaded on a patch of microstrip antenna for wireless communications. The MTM superstrate is made up of four G-shaped resonators on FR-4 substrate with a relative permittivity of 4.4 and has a total area of (8×16) mm2, and is higher than the patch. The MTM superstrate increases antenna gain while also raising the input reflection coefficient. When it is 9 mm above the patch, the gain increased from 3.28 dB to 6.02 dB, and when it is 7 mm above the patch, the input reflection coefficient was enhanced from -31.217 dB to -45.8 dB. When the MTM superstrate loaded antenna was compared to the traditional unloaded antenna, it was discovered that metamaterials have a lot of potential for improving antenna performance.

Slot and patch modification for the design of a compact multiband antenna with Multi-Input-Multi-Output (MIMO) functionality is proposed in this paper. At various frequency bands, the antenna performance is obtained by modification and addition of slot and patch shapes in the design of the compact MIMO multiband antenna. Addition of slots or patches is done separately in the already existing multiband antenna designs. Whereas in this work, the addition of slot and patch are combined. Arlon Diclad 880 with a dielectric constant of 2.17 - 2.2 (εr) and height 0.75mm is used for the antenna design. The MIMO multiband antenna with the dimension of 12.5 mm × 7.5 mm is designed. On various millimeter-wave frequency bands ranging from 20 GHz to 40 GHz, the MIMO antenna can function as observed in the results of simulation and evaluation. This work shows that microstrip antennas can be added with slots and patches during their design and development, thereby enabling the antenna to operate under multiple frequency bands.

Huge amount of health care data are available online to improve the overall performance of health care system. Since this huge health care Big-data is valuable and sensitive, it requires safety. In this paper we analyze numerous ways in which the health care Big-data can be protected. In recent days many augmented security algorithm that are suitable for Big-data have emerged like, El-Gamal, Triple-DES, and Homomorphic algorithms. Also authentication and access control can be implemented over Big-data using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) schemes.Along with security to Big-data we try to evolve the ways in which the valuable Big-data can be optimized to improve the Big-data analysis. Mathematical optimization techniques such as simple and multi-purpose optimization and simulation are employed in Big-data to maximize the patient satisfaction and usage of doctor’s consulting facility. And also, to minimize the cost spent by patient and energy wasted.

Production development for asparagus has become an important research subject due to its low shelf life. In order to determine the content of flavonoids in asparagus tips and shoots, LC-MS-based method was performed for a targeted analysis of flavonoids in asparagus, and 34 peaks attributed to the targeted flavonoids were characterised. Twelve peaks corresponding to rutin, isoquercitrin, quercetin, naringin, taxifolin, vitexin, genistin, daidzein, luteolin, chrysin, and kaempferide were identified and quantified from the asparagus tips and shoots by the LC-MS-based detection with monitoring of parent/daughter ions. The results showed that rutin (&gt; 99%) was the main flavonoid present in the asparagus tips and shoots. Although the tips and shoots contained almost similar compounds, the content of the major compounds, especially rutin, was significantly different. Therefore, the method established through this study could be used for quantitative analysis of flavonoids, especially rutins, in asparagus. The result will provide a theoretical basis for food development in asparagus.<br /><br />
