Factors Affecting User Intention Towards Mobile Banking Applications in Henan, China

With the rapid development of mobile applications, the people of China have become increasingly dependent on mobile finance applications such as Alipay, WeChat pay, and some other finance applications. These finance applications seriously affect the number of mobile banking users. Hence, it is important to investigate the factors affecting the users' intention of mobile banking users. In this research, quantitative technique via survey research was used. The sample data was collected from Henan, China. The data collected were analysed with Pearson correlation analysis as well as multiple regression analysis. The results of the analyses show that client demand, banking services, and quality of mobile applications possess significant relationships with users' intention. Among these independent variables, the quality of mobile applications possess the strongest positive relationships with user intention followed by banking services and client demand.

The main objective of this article is to present the findings and to analyse a survey questionnaire used to assess the quality of mobile banking applications offered by commercial banks in Poland. The study carried out by the authors concerned the importance of the evaluation criteria adopted in the studies into the quality of mobile applications for individual users. The findings discussed in the article focus on mobile banking applications offered by universal banks in Poland which are available for mobile devices running on the Android, iOS and Windows operating systems. The structure of the article consists of presenting the general assumptions of the study, describing the methodology and the research sample, analysing the obtained findings as well as relevant discussions and interpretations. The paper is of a quantitative nature and has been conducted on a selected sample of respondents using banking services and products. The presented study and its analysis will empirically verify how individual clients assess the quality of banking applications and which criteria of this evaluation are most important to them. The authors’ original contribution was: specifying the criteria used for websites’ evaluation as the main indicators of the perception of the quality of websites; identifying the best e-banking websites and formulating conclusions which may constitute the starting point for designing an efficient system for quality management of e-services in the sectors.

In India, the position of mobile banking was in saga and this time, it is in pic position. The speedof reaching the people is going high and high. This is time of wireless world and sense of prestige; no doubt the mobile commerce is contributing to enhance the beauty of life and playing the role of metaphor and has become the part and parcel of our life. This growth has changed people to do business in mobile commerce (М- Commerce). Peoples are transferring to M-Commerce to attain good and fast transaction into market and saving their precious time. M-Commerce has become distinguished in Indian people, quickly during last few years. Due to large number of mobile application, growth rate in mobile penetration in India is increasing with the rapid speed. The mobile users has shifted to use the android phone from simple and black and white phone and taking the service of internet, the role of telecom companies is also important in the being popular of mobile commerce. Although many people have started E-Commerce but still a separate part of the society feel uncomfortable and hesitate to use M-Commerce because of security problems, payment issues and complexity of mobile applications. This paper identifies facts about the feasibility of MCommercein India today its growth and the Strength and opportunity, weakness and threats lying ahead.

Abstrak. Pesatnya pertumbuhan penduduk dan tingginya perkembangan pembangunan, menyebabkan banyaknya kawasan yang beralih fungsi menjadi kawasan yang bukan peruntukan yang sesuai yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah termasuk ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) yang berfungsi untuk menunjang kualitas hidup masyarakat di dalam suatu kota baik dari segi lingkungan maupun kesehatan. Pesatnya perkembangan suatu kota tentu banyak menarik minat masyarakat untuk pindah menuju kota tersebut, semakin meningkatnya jumlah penduduk tentu juga meningkatkan kebutuhan akan oksigen. Untuk itu Kota Bireuen dituntut mampu menyediakan RTH untuk mengimbangi kebutuhan oksigen masyarakat kota itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung ketersediaan RTH yang direncanakan di dalam RDTR Kota Bireuen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada lah metode deskriptif dengan teknik survai. Sedangkan analisis kecukupan RTH menggunakan rumus berdasarkan luas daerah dibagi dengan RTH yang tersedia. Hasil perhitungan analisis RTH di dapat bahwasannya RTH Kota Bireuen sebesar 46,96%.Kata Kunci: Bireuen, RTH, RDTR Abstrack. The rapid growth of population and the high development of the developmental, causing the number of areas that switch functions to areas that are not appropriate designation established by the government including green open space (GOS) that serves to support the quality of life of people in a city both in terms of environment and health . The rapid development of a city would attract many people to move to the city, the increasing number of people of course also increases the need for oxygen. For that Bireuen City is required to provide GOS to compensate for the oxygen needs of the people of the city itself. This study aims to calculate the planned GOS availability in the DSP of Bireuen City. The method used in this research is descriptive method with survey technique. While the analysis of GOS adequacy using the formula based on the area divided by the available GOS. The calculation result of GOS analysis can be that the GOS of Bireuen City is 46.96%.Keyword: Bireuen, GOS, DSP

Electronic systems are important elements for the business organizations, and this importancestands out when it is used to meet the customer's requirement for services produced by these banks users.The complications in current business environment, severe competitions, and the rapid change incustomer's requirements and needs which all do resulted in pushing the banks to adopt Electronic systemof their accounting systems through using tools and procedures away from the old traditional methods, andto force them to change to electronic systems for achieving the best in banking services. The basicexplanation for the existence and continuity of any bank is to provide banking services in such a way tomeet customer’s satisfactions. This will lead the customers to deal with the banks that provide a goodquality of services, effective costs, and appropriate speed.This study aims were to investigate the electronic systems of banking systems and its effect onsatisfying its customers needs. Also, this study intends to be on practical terms with the electronic systemsof banking systems by the quality of accounting information, the achievement of customer's satisfactions.The usage of such systems and the positive results which will be produced through the electronic outputswould increase the qualities and speed in which they will reinforce the confidence of the customers.The study had two sides: Theoretical and practical side. The researchers collected data from Baghdadbank in Sulaimania. At the end, the researcher reached some conclusions. First, the accounting informationplays an important role in banking systems. It is used to activate the banking systems since it satisfies itscostumer's needs. The research shows the connection between the hypothesis variables in (79.0) degrees.Finally, the researchers concluded that it is important to develop the information technology in the bankingsystems, and train the people using them.

This paper is an application of a variation of American Customer Satisfaction index model in the context of Moroccan banking sector. We specifically chose mobile banking and added a variable that is the service recommendation factor, the results of our work have proved that the hypotheses proposed by our model are validated except the relationship between the perceived quality and customer satisfaction and which can be explained by the indirect relationship through the perceived value. This paper is focused on comparison of interface quality of mobile access to the services of selected banks. Main factors, which wereused in the comprising process are: safety, availability on the mobile platforms, time and simplicity of task performing, intelligibility, design, comfort, number of functions. Research was made using 4 methods: surveys, corridor tests, expert tests and eyetracking. As a result T-Mobile Banking Services won in three categories: intelligibility, design and simplicity while mBank is better in responsiveness, availability and has more functions to offer

This study aims to determine the classification of mobile banking services that improve customer satisfaction based on the dimensions of E-Servqual using the Kano Model method. The classification is needed so that the banks were able to make improvements and innovations in the performance of the quality of their mobile banking services. From the results of data processing using Kano, it is known that the service attributes that need to be improved are the m-banking facility, which features a cash withdrawal service via ATM. This will have a major impact on customer satisfaction because these attributes have the highest satisfaction coefficient value of 0.67 in one-dimensional classification. Furthermore, service attributes that need to be improved and innovated are m-banking has a fast application reactivation service with a satisfaction coefficient of 0.61 in the attractive classification

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting quality of life of hemodialysis patients.Methods: As a descriptive study, the data were collected from 172 hemodialysis patients receiving hemodialysis at 4 medical institutions. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression.Results: The influential variable of the quality of Life of hemodialysis patients were resilience, symptom experience and monthly income less than 2 million won. These factors explained for 48.7% of the quality of Life of hemodialysis patients.Conclusions: The most ideal method to increase the quality of hemodialysis patients’ lives is to develop an integrated nursing intervention that will increase patients’ resilience and reduce the intensity of symptoms.
