A set of data acquisition terminal for automotive sensor three voltage level signal performance testing is designed. It is connected together to form a complete set of automotive sensor performance test monitoring system using NI-6259 data acquisition card and PC data collection terminal. The system can display real-time maximum, minimum and average of high voltage level, middle and low, duty cycle, frequency, and flipping or not. The measured signal frequency range is 1Hz~2.5 KHz. The measured data and the specified range of data interface is contrasted, automatically determined whether it is reasonable, and classified saved.

A data collection terminal for performance testing of non-continuous signal of the automotive camshaft sensor is designed, Using NI-6259 data acquisition card to connect the data of collection terminal with pc, and composed of a complete monitoring system of performance testing of automotive sensor. The system can display the maximum, minimum, average, duty cycle, frequency and frequency multiplication or not of the high level and low level in real-time. And the frequency range of the measured signal is between 1Hz and 8KHz. Compare measured data with standard data, determine automatically whether it is reasonable and save them according to their classification. The test personnel are avoided to test continuously and monitor in real-time, offsetting the lack of single function of the display of test platform and running short of features of analysis and judgment.

According to the inconvenience and technical requirements for the current tests, a new method for the linear displacement detection of actuator was introduced in this paper. The actuator stroke detection system was developed based on linear displacement sensor and data acquisition card. This system can meet the precision requirements and it has high efficiency and stability.

A solution of intelligent test system for mechanical property of geotextile material which based on high speed data acquisition card PCI-1714 is introduced in this paper. Microprocessor and drive card PCI-1240 are also used to control and drive the test equipment. The article discussed in detail the system’s overall design, the hardware structure, software design, and process of data acquisition. Software is designed by Visual Basic 6.0. This paper research and implement on accurate measurement of mechanics performance of geotextile material.

New standards in the automotive industry highlighted the situation of the actual operation of the alternator and a variety of harsh environment simulation limit test. Using new standards in the automotive industry as a guide, this article presents a virtual instrument based on the durability of automobile generator integrated test system. The design adopt virtual instrument technology in designing the system, Graphic language, LabVIEW is applied in writing measure-control program. The system uses a lot of features on LABVIEW, including Data acquisition, control of serials port, etc. Test implementation uses the host computer via RS232 and RS485 communication port and the data acquisition card, NI PCI- 6221, to control the frequency hybrid motor, temperature control box, electronic loads and other intelligent devices, and to simulate a variety of automotive alternator working conditions and real-time monitoring to monitor the status of generators. Using this system, two separate automobile alternators can be tested in terms of high-speed vehicle impact and high temperature durability test and electrical performance test and other tests at the same time. As a result, the generator speed measurement error is within 1%, the control error is within 2%, voltage and current measurement errors were within 0.5% and 0.4%, which meets the requirements.

Before putting air conditioner into market, it must be checked strictly by inspection department. Balanced ambient room-type calorimeter chamber is used to measure the conditioner performance according to energy balance principle. At present, the principle of conservation of energy is a method with higher accuracy for air conditioner test. In this paper, we focus on introducing the measuring method of condensed water in the test system after explaining the principle of the air conditioning performance test balanced ambient room-type calorimeter chamber. it is used to balance the capacity measured in evaporator air conditioner by controlling the water inflow of the humidifier. In this way, can we achieve precise measuring the cooling capacity of the air conditioner.

Electrical energy directly converted into mechanical energy of linear motion by linear force motor, greatly enhancedthe rapid response ability and control precision of the feed system. The product quality of linear force motor can be effectively improved by design a performance test system of linear force motor. The paper designed a performance test system of linear force motor based on the Labview virtual instrument platform, and test project of linear force motor has been planned, the test method, the structure of the test device, power drive module, step motor load part, data acquisition and the software system all have been completed. The test system realized automatic and manual two different kinds of test methods, data acquisition and management and processing function and the good human-machine interface, the linear force motor dynamic and static parameter, including input current, output force and output displacement and the relationships between them have been tested.

Electrorheological fluid (ERF) is a new kind of smart materials, which has a great deal of market value and broad application prospects. To meet the needs of the ERFs performance testing, design and produce of the ERF's performance test system are based on the relationship of the apparent viscosity, shear stress and electric field strength. Select the NDJ-8S digital viscometer, high voltage DC power supply, liquid container, and other parts to constitute the ERFs performance test system after considering the relationship of the apparent viscosity, shear stress, shear rate and electric field strength. The system has potentials to control voltage, change velocity, change the distance between the parallel panels, and test the yield stress of the ERF, shear stress, viscosity and other parameters. The study introduces the hardware and software device, the related experiments, and obtains the relationship of the viscosity, rotational speed, voltage, and plate gap.

For virtual instrument technologys character of high performance, easy to implement hardware and software integration, etc., virtual instrument technology and Labview are applied to test fields. Using computer and NI PCI-6221 data acquisition card as the hardware and LabVIEW8.5 software as a development platform, a data acquisition and signal processing virtual test system is built. The system is consisted of signal source and the signal processing module, in which the signal source is he FMCW radar level differential frequency signal connected by data acquisition card; signal processing section includes a time-domain measurement signal source, waveform display, filtering, spectral analysis, etc. Connecting, analysis and processing of FMCW radar level meter difference frequency signal are completed.

According to the enterprise standards of "assembly and test norms for ZQ2005 clutch booster", the test projects for comprehensive performance, including pressure seal, hydraulic seal and input -output performance were researched [1]. An integrated test system based on electrical components, such as the data acquisition card, motion control card, supercharger, proportioning valve, solenoid valve was designed. And the data acquisition and data processing modules of detection system based on MFC were developed. Finally, the test procedure and the experimental program were designed. And the TianLong clutch booster 1608ZB7C-010 was tested synthetically efficiency. The results show that the detection system meets the test requirements in contrast to the test data and curves measured by the foreign instrument.
