A wet clutch pressure control system of dual clutch transmission was presented in this paper, and clutch pressure intelligent control arithmetic based on FCMAC(Fuzzy Cerebellar Model Articulation Controller) was designed to realize accracy control of clutch pressure. The intelligent control system was verified by experiment, and the rusults showed that the clutch intelligent control algorithm with FCMAC had good adaptive ability and high precision. It could meet the requirements of the clutch peressure contol of DCT.

A clutch actuator system of dry dual clutch transmission was presented in this paper, and clutch displacement intelligent control arithmetic based on NNPC(Neuro Network Predictive Control) was designed to realize accurate control of clutch displacement. The accurate mathematical model and simulation model based on Matlab/Simulink of proportional flow valve were established.The simulation was carried out and the intelligent control system was verified by experiment. The rusults showed that the clutch intelligent control algorithm with NNPC had good adaptive ability and high precision. It could meet the requirements of the clutch displacement control for dry dual clutch transmission.

An intelligent control system of wet dual clutch transmission was presented in this paper,and an intelligent control arithmetic based on neural adaptive PSD was established to realize precise control of clutch pressure.The transfer characteristics of clutch torque were analyzed,and the clutch torque model was established Due to the characteristic of the clutch control valve,the clutch pressure was precisely controlled in the neural adaptive PSD controller. The shift tests showed that the intelligent control arithmetic based on neural adaptive PSD had good adaptive ability,which could meet the control requirements of wet dual clutch transmission.

Moisture content is one of the key controlled variables in grain drying processes. However, this variable cannot or is difficult to be controlled accurately, due to grain drying is a nonlinear process with multi-variables and long delay. To solve this problem, the study is focused on a new intelligent control system for continuous-flow dryer. Based on the manual control idea for controlling the outlet moisture content, a nonlinear process intelligent control algorithm is presented, a human-in-the-loop intelligent control model for grain drying is developed, a system of software structure based on Visual Basic 6.0 is designed.

At cementing of casing of oil and gas wells during the process of injecting of cement slurry in the casing column the slurry can move with a higher speed than it’s linear injection speed. A break of continuity of fluid flow occurs, what can lead to poor quality isolation of producing formations and shorten the effective life of the well. We need to find some technical solution to stabilize the linear velocity of the cement slurry in the column. This task can be resolved with an automated control system.
