Based on MapGIS platform, using vc++ development tools and SQLServer database management system,a 3D visualization and monitoring and warning system for mountain area highway slope was developed in this paper. The system realized the remote real-time monitoring, inquiry, statistics analysis and forecast for displacement and rainfall data.the management and data analysis of drilling and cross-section data were also implemented using 2D GIS.A special 3D modeling module was developed to construct the 3D space model of surface, ground and underground, and in the same time, the function of 3D visualization analysis and inquire based on the the models was presented in this system. The system was used in a highway slop of west hunan and a good effect was obtained

Alpha elastic scattering of [Formula: see text]-nuclei was studied for calculating optical potentials. Choice of the [Formula: see text]-optical potentials is important to measure the reaction rates of [Formula: see text]-process. [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] elastic scattering cross-section data were used to determine the potential parameter sets at [Formula: see text][Formula: see text]MeV for [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text], 18.8[Formula: see text]MeV for [Formula: see text] system. A Wood–Saxon potential form factor is used for both real and imaginary parts. The potential parameters extracted in the present study exhibit a satisfactory result with respect to existing global potential parameters.

We report triple differential cross-sections (TDCSs) for the electron impact single ionization of tungsten atoms for the ionization taking place from the outer sub shells of tungsten atoms, viz. W (6s), W (5d), W (5p) and W (4f). The study of the electron-induced processes such as ionization, excitation, autoionization from tungsten and its charged states is strongly required to diagnose and model the fusion plasma in magnetic devices such as Tokamaks. Particularly, the cross-section data are important to understand the electron spectroscopy involved in the fusion plasma. In the present study, we report TDCS results for the ionization of W atoms at 200, 500 and 1000 eV projectile energy at different values of scattered electron angles. It was observed that the trends of TDCSs for W (5d) are significantly different from the trends of TDCSs for W (6s), W (5p) and W (4f). It was further observed that the TDCS for W atoms has sensitive dependence on value of momentum transfer and projectile energy.

This paper develops and illustrates the use of two methodologies to analyze the effect of unions on productivity in the public sector. Although the methodologies are applicable to a wide variety of public sector functions, the focus of the paper is on municipal libraries because of the availability of relevant data. The empirical analysis, which uses 1977 cross-section data on 260 libraries, suggests that collective bargaining coverage has not significantly affected productivity in municipal libraries.

Aimed at the problem of the embedded multi-channel video acquisition and display system, a new one based on FPGA is put forward. The configuration of the system is given. The principle and key issue is analyzed. Using of the state shift mechanism, t the controlling time sequence signals of TFT-LCD are produced; The synchronization among multi-channel video acquisition is realized by using time-division multiplexing technology; The problem of conflict between reading and writing frame cache is solved through the two SRAM switch; The frames composition technology is applied to accomplish the change from interlaced scanning to progressive scanning. The result of project application shows the virtues of system, such as good effect of acquisition and display, low cost and low power consumption.
