As the sunlight must illuminate the optical fiber in a certain angle in the fiber optic lighting system, a sunlight collecting machine is designed. It uses the 3DU51 light activated triode to transform the changes of sunlight's intensity which is caused by the position of the sun into electrical signals. And after the processing of ADC0809 converter, the signal is sended to AT89S51 single-chip microcomputer which will produce electrical signals to control the electromagnetic relay switches closed or disconnected, realizing that the driving motor can be controlled to start rotating and stop rotating automatically. So the sunlight collecting machine can track the position of the sun, collecting the most strong direct sunlight, improving the system's efficiency of collecting sunlight.

The system test results show that the system modules can run normally. When the infrared detection circuit, Zigbee accept module detects information, microcontroller will drive the relay open the lights and headlamp unit, or shut down. In the display, dot matrix can work normally, can carry on the automatic control the fan, DHT11 sensor to detect the indoor temperature, can work normally. Through repeated tests, ZigBee protocol based on HOLTEK microcontroller remote intelligent control system successfully developed bath bully.

This paper analyses the characteristics and the glowing use value of LED lights, using STC series microcontroller design a system of LED which can automatically adjust the light according to the environment changes. The control system consists by the data acquisition module and control module and circuit driver module. This paper gives the control circuit hardware and software design. This system has many advantages such as energy conservation and environmental protection and longevity when compared with the conventional lighting system.

The Focusing device model based on cassegrain construction as a special light coupling device, in order to achieve real-time tracking of the sun's rays, using single chip microcomputer as the sun tracking controller, so as to make better use of existing sunlight.

Solar energy is a kind of renewable energy, it‘s abundant, clean and environmental protection. In the current theme that calls for saving energy and reducing pollution, it’s undoubtedly of great significance to make full use of solar energy. In order to effectively use solar energy, we developed an automatic sunlight tracking solar panel system based on single chip microcomputer. We use MC9S12XS128 single chip microcomputer as the main control chip, and acquire signal with the sensor composed of photoconductive resistances. According to the signal collected by sensors, the control signal drives step motor to rotate, so that the system can follow the sun, ensuring that solar panel is always vertical to the sunlight, so it can absorb and convert solar energy to the maximum extent.

To overcome the problem that the artificial scheduling can not deal with optical fiber switching in time when optical fiber is broken or damage in power system, we designed an optical fiber line auto switch protection system. The system used six 4x4 optical switches to compose an optical switch array that eight working fibers can share four alternate fibers. Comparing with other system, the new system more effectively utilizes alternate fibers, and is more suitable for practical power system. It used single chip microcomputer as control chip of optical switch, when the received optical power is lower than predefined threshold, the control chip will control the optical switch to alternate fiber line in time to ensure the real time and reliability of optical fiber communication. In the same time, the new system can communicate with host computer to alarm, display fault optical fiber line and remote control, and be controlled by button to realize the manual switch of optical fiber line.

With the development of production automation and science and technology level, the intelligent level of the car is continuously improved. For intelligent car, with STC89S52 single chip microcomputer as its core of control, the direction and speed of it is controlled by the collection and processing of the signals from various kinds of transducers in the forward path. Therefore, the functions of automatic identification of black guide line applied to rapid and steady running status of the car and the obstacle color discrimination applied to direction selection during the course of running and other relevant functions can be realized. In this system, a DC motor is used for the forward and steering movement of the car, a LCD1602 is used for the display of its travel time, and a dual power supply by which system stability can be enhanced is used for the motor and control system respectively. Besides, the system control software is designed to be a combination of software and hardware, through which the anticipated functions of the car is ultimately realized.

The lighting system uses the illumination detection module composed of a photosensitive sensor and the capacity detection module made up of a battery capacity sensor to collect the analog signals, which are sent to the SCM for the further arithmetic processing after converted to the digital signals by the chip of ADC0809, and then the SCM chip controls the connection and disconnection of the electromagnetic relay switches in order to intelligently choose one of the three lighting methods, fiber optic lighting, solar cell power lighting or the city power lighting. It has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, which also has a good market prospect because of its excellent practical applicability.

Flower room as a special relatively closed environment, the change of room temperature and illumination is the most significant impact on crops. Aiming at the problem of high cost of the current control system, a new temperature and illumination control system for flower room is presented based on single chip microcomputer. The system obtains current temperature and illumination value depends on the temperature sensor and the photosensitive sensor, and then they will be compared with the setting threshold range. If the measured value is within the range, the original sate will remains unchanged. If outside the range, the control system will be activated to realize the corresponding adjustment, and at the same time the real time information could be displayed on the LCD screen accurately. The result shows the system works stably and it has good application value.

This paper presents an electromechanical, two axes sun tracking system based on single chip microcomputer (MCU). According to the path of the sun in the space, the earth coordinate system is chosen to design the tracking device. The whole device consists of one worm-drive and one gear-drive, which is operated by two step motors. The photodiodes are used as photoelectric sensors to detect the pointing of the sun. Eight photodiodes are installed in the diameter hole of the hemispherical surface. The comparative signals produced by the diodes array are performed to judge the orientation of the solar panel. The circuit of the control system based on MCU is demonstrated. The comparative signals may be amplified, A/D converted. After a series of signal processing, the signals are sent to the MCU which will produce the pulse to control the speed and steering of step motors. The sun tracking system is an efficient system for solar energy collection. It has been proved that the sun tracking systems can collect up to 50% more energy than what a fixed panel system collects.
