With a majority Muslim population, Indonesia has a good market share for Islamic banks. The existence of conventional banks becomes a competition to determine the strategy of Islamic bank managers. This study aimed to examine the effect of honesty and profit-sharing on trust mediation on consumer intentions. This study uses SPSS analysis and the Sobel test to see the role of mediation. Samples were taken as many as 384 respondents from the Muslim community. The analysis results obtained that religiosity significantly affects consumer trust and intentions. Profit and loss sharing significantly impacts confidence and does not affect consumer intentions. Trust can provide a significant mediating role. In terms of increasing the factors that influence consumer intentions, company managers must build consumer trust, the opportunity for a religious community to become a potential target market.

English - Mono printing is the first printing technique used by younger people in Western countries to create a new surface for painting with the natural colors available and now to create textures on clothing as well. It has no history in India. The present research aims to gather more information about this printing technology and explore its future in the Indian modern fashion market. For this a collection of contemporary western casualwear was designed and developed. The responses of 100 adolescent girls as respondents were collected and analyzed for the awareness of this art form and its viability in the fashion market. The study revealed that the majority of the sample group were unaware of this printing technique, but found the design and application of this technology to be highly aesthetic in the quality garments developed. There is a good market potential for the fashion products made by this technology of printing. Hindi -   मोनो प्रिंटिंग प्रथम प्रिंटिंग तकनीक है, जो पश्चिमी देषों में कम उम्र के लोगों द्वारा उपलब्ध प्राकृतिक रंगों के साथ पेंटिग के लिए नए प्रकार की सतह बनाने और अब कपड़ों पर भी बनावट बनाने के लिए उपयोग की जाती है। भारत में इसका कोई इतिहास नहीं है।  वर्तमान अनुसंधान का उद्देश्य इस प्रिंटिंग तकनीक के बारे में अधिक जानकारी एकत्रित करना और भारतीय आधुनिक फैशन बाजार में इसके भविष्य का पता लगाना है। इस के लिए समकालिक पश्चिमी कैजुअलवियर परिधानों का संग्रह डिजाइन और विकसित किया गया। उत्तरदाताओं के रूप में १०० किशोरियों कीे प्रतिक्रियाओं को एकत्र कर उनमें इस कला की जागरूकता और फैशन बाजार में व्यवहार्यता का विश्लेषण किया गया । अध्ययन से पता चला है कि, सेम्पल समूह में अधिकांष प्रिंटिंग की इस तकनीक से अनभिज्ञ है, लेकिन विकसित गुणवत्तापूर्ण परिधानों की डिजाइन और उनपर इस तकनीक का उपयोग को उन्होंने अत्यधिक सौंदर्यात्मक पाया । प्रिंटिंग की इस तकनीक से तैयार फैशन उत्पादों के लिए बाजार में अच्छी संभावनाएं हैं।

This paper focuses on the control system of tunnel automatic car washing machine and puts forward a control scheme of automatic car washing system based on PLC control. This design uses domestic Hexin PLC as the core for control and man-machine interaction through touch screen, so as to control and monitor the work of the system. Each switch button, infrared sensor, ultrasonic sensor and limit switch are input to PLC as output signal, and then PLC controls the operation of each working part. This PLC based control system is more reliable, and easy to implement, in the actual use of simple operation, and easy to maintain, and have a good market prospects.

Purpose Most studies of entrepreneurial failure do not have good measures of consumers' perceptions of product quality. As a result, perceived quality in entrepreneurial success is often omitted. The craft brewery industry is comprised of small entrepreneurial firms selling an experience good making it an ideal study setting. Using online beer reviews, the authors examine how perceptions of beer quality and the size of brewery production influence entrepreneurial success of microbreweries and brewpubs.Design/methodology/approach Using data from the Brewers Association and over 12 million reviews from between 2002 and 2016, the authors examine the relationship between perceived product quality to firm survival. Perceived quality is measured using online beer reviews. The authors expect larger microbreweries will survive longer as will breweries with higher perceived quality. The authors use a conditional log-log hazard model to estimate survival for microbreweries and brewpubs.Findings A one standard deviation increase in the beer ratings reduces the probability of exit by 26% for a microbrewery and 19% for brewpubs. The authors find that larger microbreweries have a lower hazard of exiting.Originality/value Entrepreneurs in the brewing industry start as home brewers before beginning commercial enterprises. Scaling up production is difficult. The initial size of their brewery is an important determinant of their success. Likewise, the perception of the quality of their beer as measured by consumer ratings gives a good market indication about future survival. This research is one of the few studies to examine the influence of perceived quality on firm survival in a growing industry.

With the development of computer technology and network technology, the era of digital economy has arrived, the Internet platform economy has flourished, and a number of Internet enterprises with certain influence have emerged at home and abroad. Among them, the large Internet enterprises use their own platform's advantageous position in data, traffic and algorithms to interdepend on and influence each other, thus leading to the price of commodities not only determined by market supply and demand but more influenced by the oligarchs through some tangible or intangible ways of price leadership. Internet platform vendors take a cut from both the supply and demand side, capturing excess profits in the hands of the platform to the detriment of the majority. Internet platforms are not a place outside the law and the platform economy should operate under good market rules and market competition, while the state should also amend its anti-monopoly laws in due course to meet the needs of the market at this stage.

Abstract BackgroundChinese Classical Formulas (經典名方, CCFs) are clinically employed formulas that have been documented in the literature since before the Ming era. In 2010, China began focusing on the development and product transformation of CCFs and issued a list of 100 CCFs as a reference. Patents are key components of the process for transferring technology to product; however, they are rarely employed in current CCF research. Therefore, the present study aims to explore the current situation of CCFs based on the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and provide a reference for researchers, investors, and policymakers to make relevant decisions. MethodsInformation on CCF publication numbers was obtained from the CNIPA, and data for patent applications made before June 30, 2021, on inventors, titles, and abstracts were searched in the patent database, Derwent Innovation. Duplicate application numbers were removed, applications were standardized, and inventors were categorized. The processed data were then used for subsequent analyses. ResultsA total of 287 patents were included in this analysis, and 61 CCFs were patented. Two major policies regarding CCFs in 2011 and 2019 greatly stimulated related patent applications, but lacked sustainability, followed by a relatively large decline in 2012 and 2020. Among the granted patents, 42.59% are analytical methods-related inventions and 24.07% for preparation methods. The percentage of core patents on substance basis and mechanism of action is relatively small. ConclusionPolicies have a significant impact on CCF R&D. The number of CCF patent applications is increasing every year and there is an increasing number of companies as patent applicants, which indicates that CCF is considered to have a good market potential. However, the lack of high quality patents may create difficulties for future development and this will be an important issue to be addressed. Orodispersible tablets (ODTs) are novel drug delivery systems that have the potential to significantly affect conventional dosage forms in terms of patient compliance, convenience, bioavailability, and time to action. Despite the fact that significant research has gone into developing ODT formulations and technologies, in order to produce newer, more expense technologies and better items, more research is needed in these major destinations. Because of the availability of new technologies, as well as good market acceptance and patient compliance, the potential of dosage forms is attractive. Pharmaceutical companies can use ODTs for new product lines or first-to-market products, which is a factor in technology. With the continuing development of new pharmaceutical excipients, more unique ODT technologies are likely to occur soon. Method -For the orodispersible tablet optimized formulation, a direct compression method was used. Result: The pure dosage calibration curve was created by dissolving the medication in ethanol and measuring the absorbance with a UV spectrophotometer set at 243.5 nm. The value of the slope was 1.025. Light microscopy was used to predict the size of teneligliptin particles. The average length and breadth of drug particles were 2.10 µm and 1.14µm. In-vitro drug release study profile of formulation demonstrated around 71 % of the drug diffused in 60 min., while the formulation 85 % of the rug release in 60 min.

Technological advancement, reduction in the cost of materials, and Government support for sustainable development help improvement in solar PV technology in recent years. Photovoltaic technology is majorly employed to generated electricity worldwide in the renewable energy category. To establish a good market base for Solar PV the efficiency of solar cells plays a significant role. Presently, extensive research work is going for efficiency improvement of solar cells for commercial use. The efficiency of monocrystalline silicon solar cells has shown very good improvement year by year. It starts with only 15% in the 1950s and then increases to 17% in the 1970s and continuously increases up to 28% nowadays. The growth in solar photovoltaic technologies including worldwide status, materials for solar cells, efficiency, factor affecting the performance of PV modules, an overview of a cost analysis of PV, and its environmental impact are reviewed in this paper.
