In high accuracy GPS deformation monitor application,we usually use GPS relative positioning, establishing the positioning model with double-difference carrier phase observation to accomplish high accuracy positioning. In accordance with different deformation monitor mode, the processing methods of double-difference ambiguity are accordingly different. In periodical repeated monitor, we usually use routine GPS static relative positioning processing method; in stationary and continuous monitor, we can adopt a DC (direct calculation) method; while in real-time dynamic monitor, we choose a plan of known ambiguity transferring. The paper discusses the ambiguity processing procedures in three different deformation monitor modes, and uses examples proving them.

To enable Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS)-based precise relative positioning, real-time kinematic (RTK) systems have been widely used. However, an RTK system often suffers from a wrong integer ambiguity fix in the GNSS carrier phase measurements and may take a long initialization time over several minutes, particularly when the number of satellites in view is small. To facilitate a reliable GNSS carrier phase-based relative positioning with a small number of satellites in view, this paper introduces a novel GNSS carrier phase-based precise relative positioning method that uses a fixed baseline length as well as heading measurements in the beginning of the operation, which allows the fixing of integer ambiguities with rounding schemes in a short time. The integer rounding scheme developed in this paper is an iterative process that sequentially resolves integer ambiguities, and the sequential order of the integer ambiguity resolution is based on the required averaging epochs that vary for each satellite depending on the geometry between the baseline and the double difference line-of-sight vectors. The required averaging epochs with respect to various baseline lengths and heading measurement uncertainties were analyzed through simulations. Static and dynamic field tests with low cost GNSS receivers confirmed that the positioning accuracy of the proposed method was better than 10 cm and significantly outperformed a conventional RTK solution in a GNSS harsh environment.

AbstractIn order to achieve high-accuracy positioning, either Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) or Precise Point Positioning (PPP) techniques can be used. While RTK normally delivers higher accuracy with shorter convergence times, PPP has been an attractive technology for maritime applications, as it delivers uniform positioning performance without the direct need of a nearby reference station. Traditional PPP has been based on ambiguity-float solutions using GPS and Glonass constellations. However, the addition of new satellite systems, such as Galileo and BeiDou, and the possibility of fixing integer carrier-phase ambiguities (PPP-AR) allow to increase PPP accuracy. In this article, a performance assessment has been done between RTK, PPP and PPP-AR, using GNSS data collected from two antennas installed on a ferry navigating in Oslo (Norway). RTK solutions have been generated using short, medium and long baselines (up to 290 km). For the generation of PPP-AR solutions, Uncalibrated Hardware Delays (UHDs) for GPS, Galileo and BeiDou have been estimated using reference stations in Oslo and Onsala. The performance of RTK and multi-constellation PPP and PPP-AR are presented.

Although GPS kinematic relative positioning can provide high accuracy, GPS observables, like any other kind of measurement, are not free of errors. Indeed, they have several kinds of errors. In this paper, we show how to construct a functional mathematical model within the context of a Kalman Filter in order to eliminate most of these errors. Furthermore, we discuss how the multipath effect, a kind of error not modeled in the functional model, can be corrected using the proposed wavelet method. The behavior of the double difference functional model in the kinematic mode is also demonstrated and analyzed aiming to provide better insight into the problem. The results obtained from the multipath experiments were very promising and are presented here.

Face recognition is a challenging task for the researches. It is very useful for personal verification and recognition and also it is very difficult to implement due to all different situation that a human face can be found. This system makes use of the face recognition approach for the computerized attendance marking of students or employees in the room environment without lectures intervention or the employee. This system is very efficient and requires very less maintenance compared to the traditional methods. Among existing methods PCA is the most efficient technique. In this project Holistic based approach is adapted. The system is implemented using MATLAB and provides high accuracy.

Untuk aplikasi dari  semua metode dalam penelitian ini digunakan Microcontroller AurdinoTraffic problems is one of the problems that is very difficult to overcome by only using the system time (timer). Therefore we need an automatic real-time adjustment system so that the time settings for traffic lights can be adjusted according to the conditions on the ground. This study aims to develop a system simulation that is able to estimate the length of the vehicle queue using a digital image processing method using only one camera to be used as input parameters in calculating the length of time the red light and green light. Therefore, the traffic system is very necessary, as a means and infrastructure to make traffic smooth, safe, even as a medium for disciplined learning for road users. In this study the authors used a digital image-based control system where the camera as a sensor. For the application of all methods in this study, Aurdino Microcontroller is used
