According to the requirement for variable-frequency power supply when a liner motor runs in a household appliance, a variable frequency speed regulation system of three-phase SPWM is designed based on ATmega48 Micro-controller. The hardware structure, the SPWM technology of software program and V/f control strategy are analyzed. In the end of this paper, experiment waves are illustrated. The results show that the running of the system is simple and convenient; the reliability of the system is excellent.

There are serious nonlinear, variable strongly coupling characteristic in traditional fan filter units (FFU) motor, and its electromagnetic relationship is hard to analyze. In order to solve these problems, and because the FFU motor has serious nonlinear, variable strongly coupling characteristic, a control system for FFU motor speed regulation is carried out based on the variable universe fuzzy theory, which can modify universe according to the change of inputs. The simulation analysin and experimental results are prposed and verified the power supply can more effectively achieve the FFU fan motor variable frequency speed regulation control than traditional methods and the performance of the proposed control strategy.

The asynchronous motor is converted to a model similar to DC motor to control through coordinate transformation, and adopt SPWM inverter circuit, the motor runs with load implements ideal speed and steady operation, providing appropriate speed for aerostatic guide way. Realize simulation of asynchronous motor variable frequency speed regulation system by simulink.

To the speed-regulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), this paper presents a active disturbances rejection controller (ADRC) based on the adaptive theory. First, the inertia information will be obtained by identification. Then, ADRC is designed by combining an adaptive algorithm. The controller can realize the adaptive parameters adjustment according to the inertia information, which is called adaptive ADRC. Simulation results have confirmed this control strategy can effectively improve the stability and robustness of PMSM.

Halbach motor is a new type permanent magnet synchronous motor: unique permanent magnet structure makes its magnetic field unilateral and distributed sinusoidal, increases the magnetic density of air gap while decreases the magnetic density of rotor. It helps to raise the power density and efficiency of power, reduces the size of motor and the pulsating torque. The full-digital variable frequency adjustable speed AGV system with halbach motor based on the TMS320F2812 is designed, and its experiment result proves that it performed well and environment-friendly, saving the energy as well.
