According to the application of the computer network multimedia is more and more widely, and is also correspondingly strong shock by the network media and informatization for network communication and other requirements, progress and development of society constantly threatened by the impact of network multimedia communication. The paper theory-based with network multimedia communication to analysis the characteristics and performance requirements of network multimedia communication, combining to relevant material of the data flow, research and analyze the data flow of the mining technology, to carries on system analysis of the data flow, construct system model based on the network multimedia communication data stream, in order to better guide the dynamic analysis to network multimedia communication data flow, to master the multimedia communication data fusion and decision, so as to understand the users needs to network multimedia communication, to better guide the sustainable development of the network multimedia communication.

computer network multimedia communication has spread all over daily work and life fields, people also have put forward higher requirements for computer multimedia communication network. Based on current network multimedia communication, there are a large amount of data transmission, high-speed and dynamic characteristics, the mining technology of its communication data flow is carried out related to research. In this paper, the frequent item sets of data stream mining technology is carried out related to research, and the classical HCOUNT algorithm is carried out relevant analysis, according to the relevant analysis, the classical HCOUNT algorithm is improved, in order to alleviate possible error problem in data mining. Finally, the data stream mining algorithms are carried out relevant analysis of actual experimental data. Study on the technical aspects of the data flow mining in computer network multimedia communication, it is an important role in the development of the computer network multimedia communication. Study on the improvement of the current algorithm, it provides reference in the similar field of algorithm research

The virtualization of socio-economic processes is expressed in the development of various types of economic activities in the Internet computer network, acting as the infrastructure of the modern economic system, a catalyst for globalization processes, and the main means of communication between computers, information systems of various purposes and complexity, and people. The study of the theoretical and methodological problem of digital economy virtualization processes is due to the importance of determining the structure of virtualization as a set of interconnected industries, consumption, markets, and finance on the Internet. The elements of the system combine the types of economic activities, which include entrepreneurship on the Internet, as well as information and intellectual activities. The study of this problem was carried out using empirical methods of cognition of the structure of the system analysis of digital economy virtualization processes, along with the use of scientometric methods for reviewing the methodology of the educational process for training digital economy personnel and improving their qualifications as a precursor to the design of production processes, consumption, market and financial processes occurring in a digital environment. The conducted studies make it possible to obtain scientific results in the field of structuring the socio-economic processes of virtualization, namely: a dichotomy of virtualization processes in the digital economy is proposed, taking into account the factor of education; the positive and negative consequences of virtualization for the economy and society as a whole are identified. It was concluded in the course of the study that the system analysis of digital economy virtualization processes should be based on the development of the educational component and reflect the environment of virtualization processes, including digital platforms, which, first, form the global infrastructure of the world economy; second, they contribute to the development of entrepreneurship; third, they provide production, consumer, market and financial functions and corporate governance; fourth, they are a source of network externalities that create new social and economic problems. The prospect for further research is the development of a model for assessing the impact of the structure of virtualization processes on economic growth in the digital economy.

Objective The answer to this article lies in: Does the financial activities of physical enterprises have an adverse impact on their main business? Is it conducive to the sustainable development of the national economy? However, when most scholars study the impact of environmental regulations on companies performance, they have not classified companies performance. This article will study the relationship between environmental regulations and performance levels based on the classification of companies performance, and then divide the nature of industry pollution, companies location and nature of property for in-depth research. Methods First, this article uses a random effect variable-intercept model to measure companies financial performance and non-financial performance. Then, the variables are divided into two variable groups: light pollution and heavy pollution according to the nature of industry pollution. Next, the companies are divided into three variable groups: the eastern region, the central region, and the western region. Finally, the company is divided into two variable groups: state-owned and non-state-owned according to the nature of property. Conclusions The study found that: (1) Environmental regulations have inhibited companies financial activities. And the inhibitory effect of environmental regulations on the financial performance of enterprises is more obvious in the heavily polluting industries and enterprises in central and eastern regions. (2) Environmental regulations and companies non-financial performance are also negatively related, environmental regulations have also inhibited the non-financial performance of companies, this effect is more pronounced in heavily polluting industries and enterprises in western regions. (3) Income crowding effect brought by China's environmental regulations is greater than the income compensation effect brought by stimulating technological innovation.

Abstract Background Our food environment is becoming increasingly dominated by ultra-processed foods and big industry players often escape accountability through self-regulation and vague commitments. Methods Applying the 'Business Impact Assessment' (BIA-Obesity), as proposed by INFORMAS, the commitments and performance of the biggest companies among packaged food and non-alcoholic beverage manufacturers, quick-service restaurants and supermarkets were assessed at a European level and in Belgium as a case study. The tool consists of six different domains comprising the corporate nutrition strategy, food formulation, labelling, marketing, accessibility of (un)healthy products and relationships with other organisations. Results Preliminary results for Belgian companies based on publicly available information show a median score of < 30% and a maximum score of < 60% for comprehensiveness, specificity and transparency of commitments. Hardly any commitments are in place to increase accessibility to healthier products. Even though several commitments are made regarding advertisement towards children below 12 years, on average 36% of sales is for products not-permitted to be marketed to children (WHO) and 71% for products that are ultra-processed (NOVA). Throughout Europe, companies selling ultra-processed foods on average generate 85% (77%-90%) of their sales from ultra-processed foods of which 50% (35%-74%) is not-permitted to be marketed to children. Conclusions Even though many commitments are made, they are not sufficiently specific or comprehensive and do not link well with performance. To reach the goals set out by the Sustainable Development goals and to improve the food environment it is crucial to ensure that commitments don't get lost in translation, but are strengthened and transformed into results. Key messages Food industry players make several nutrition and health related commitments, but these don’t always translate into performance. The BIA-tool clearly distinguishes between the comprehensiveness, specificity and transparency of nutrition related commitments made by the food industry.

In this paper, the authors investigated the evolution of ERP-type integrated information systems and analysed the presentation of their main concepts and features, limited to the performance and sustainable development of the enterprise. Integrated ERP systems play an important role in managing and conducting the day-to-day business of an organization (irrespective of being small, medium or large companies). The research method used to justify the impact of ERP systems on the performance and sustainability of the organization was the archive analysis (review of the literature), doubled by a quantitative empirical research based on a questionnaire. The analysed information was collected from over 20 papers by Romanian and foreign authors, published in various scientific journals, specialized books and conference proceedings, as well as based on the answers received based on a questionnaire intended to prove that the integrated ERP systems contribute to improving the sustainable development and performance of the organization, by reducing costs and protecting the environment, increasing the quality of decision-making, productivity and data volume management. Following the study, the authors concluded that the evaluation of the processing of the volume of data generated by ERP systems, as well as the consistency, quality and clarity of information are representative factors on the impact of ERP systems on the sustainable development of organizations, in order to ensure the performance of the organization in the short, medium and long term.

Abstract Background The Model Disability Survey (MDS) is the current standard recommended by WHO to collect functioning and disability data. Answering calls from countries requesting a version to be implemented as a module that could be integrated into existing surveys and be used for monitoring disability trends and for data disaggregation, WHO developed the brief MDS. The objectives of this paper are to evaluate the metric properties of the disability metrics generated with the Brief MDS and the precision of the Brief MDS in comparison with the full MDS. Results The partial credit model, a unidimensional model for polytomous data from the Rasch family, was applied to evaluate psychometric properties using data from national MDS implementations in Chile (N = 12,265) and in Sri Lanka (N = 3000). The Brief MDS generates valid metrics for measuring disability, from the perspectives of capacity and performance, thereby achieving good levels of measurement precision in comparison with its full counterpart. Conclusion Given the scarcity of valid functioning and disability modules for household surveys, the Brief MDS represents a milestone in disability measurement. The Brief MDS is currently used by countries to monitor disability trends over time, which is especially important to evaluate the impact of health policies and public health interventions, to disaggregate indicators of the Sustainable Development Goals, and to monitor the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).

The search for new sources of regional development is important due to the slowdown in economic growth and the need to shift the emphasis of industrial policy from the macro level to the level of regions and individual companies. In this regard, we consider the participation of companies in reputation ratings as a new source for increasing the investment attractiveness of regions. Additionally, we examine the relationship between corporate and regional ratings: corporate ratings demonstrate a company’s compliance with the sustainable development goals, which, in turn, improves the socio-economic performance of regions. We revealed the positive influence of high corporate ratings on the socio-economic development of regions, opening a new area for interdisciplinary research combining corporate finance and regional economics. On the example of 130 biggest Russian public non-financial companies, we obtained several significant results that allow determining the impact of corporate ratings on the socio-economic situation of regions and corporate financial performance. The ratings include Sustainable development Index of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE), Environmental responsibility rating of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) Russia, and Corporate social responsibility rating of the Association of Managers of Russia (AMR). The calculations showed that the participation of companies in the ratings of WWF Russia and RUIE positively affects the indicators sustainable development of regions where these companies are located. Simultaneously, the influence of companies’ participation in the rating of WWF Russia is higher than the influence of participation in the RUIE rating. In addition, reputation ratings have a positive impact on the return on assets and market capitalisation of Russian companies. Thus, we proved that participation in corporate ratings leads to an increase in performance. However, the effects of participation in various ratings differ. For example, to increase its conditions and performance, a company should be a leader of the rating of RUIE and just participate in the rating of WWF Russia. The rating of AMR influences the market capitalisation the most. The obtained findings indicate the need for expanding the participation of Russian companies in corporate ratings and enable research in the field of sustainable development of companies.

The traditional method of sensitive data identification for data stream has a large amount of calculation and does not reflect the impact of time on the data value, and the mining accuracy is not high. In view of the above problems we firstly adopt the sliding window mechanism to divide the data flow according to time and delay the dataset according to the characteristics of the data flow in the sliding window to achieve the purpose of saving time and space. At the same time, threshold sensitivity analysis is used to find out the optimal threshold. Finally, a K-anonymous algorithm based on dynamic rounding function is employed to achieve the protection of sensitive data. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively mine the sensitive data in the data stream and can effectively protect the sensitive data.
