Based on the current situation of agricultural modernization development (AMD) in 14 regions of Liaoning province during 2007 and 2010, a comprehensive evaluation system (PCABP) of AMD was established and comprehensive evaluation of Liaoning AMD was given by PCABP. Moreover, contrast the evaluation results of PCABP, PCA, and BP, getting the evaluation effect of PCA、BP and PCABP are increased respectively. Consequently, PCABP can improve the accuracy and stability significantly instead of the two separate evaluations, which providing a practical new way to evaluate agriculture modernization.

As a developing country with insufficient water resources, China’s water environment management and performance evaluation have important research value. The three provinces (Henan, Hubei, and Hunan) in central China with typical significance in geographical location and water resources governance were selected as research objects in this paper. Based on the principal component analysis (PCA) method and the pressure-state-response (PSR) model, a comprehensive evaluation system for the water environment in those three provinces during 2011–2017 was established in this paper. The evaluation results show that: (1) The water environment management and performance evaluation of the three provinces in central China were generally poor in 2011–2012, but the overall trend was rising; (2) in 2013–2014, the situation was improved compared to the previous two years, but needed further enhancement; (3) in 2015–2017, the water environment management and performance of the three provinces showed significant improvement. Among them, the Hubei Province had the highest water environment evaluation value (1.692), and the Henan Province had the most significant progress (from 0.043 to 1.671). The contributions of this paper are: (1) The comprehensive evaluation model based on PCA and the PSR model was constructed to analyze the sustainable development of water environment in central China; (2) the performance evaluation system for water environment management, which could comprehensively evaluate the performance of water environment treatment and effectively reveal the correlation between various indicators, was established. The principal factors in water environment management can be obtained by this evaluation system. Based on the analysis of the reasons underlying the above changes, the corresponding policy recommendations for improving water environment management and performance in central China were suggested in order to provide a reference for further improvement of water environment management in developing countries.

According to indicators’ information repetition and subjectivity of the indicators’ weight set during the variable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Principal Component analysis can help solve the weight of the relative indicators and reduce comprehensive evaluation dimensions of the variable fussy comprehensive evaluation. This paper has made a comprehensive evaluation of the status quo of Yunnan’s low carbon economy development(2005-2009), which turns out to be more practical compared with the mere variable fussy theory analysis, thus, principal component-variable fuzzy evaluation is a kind of feasible way to analyze the regional low carbon development status.

With the increasingly serious environmental problems, how to achieve the sustainable development of environment and economic has become a widespread concern at home and abroad. Through the research and analysis of clean production and clean production evaluation index system of domestic and foreign, and according to statistical theory, the reasonable and effective sampling method was determined. By researching the printing equipment manufacture and equipment applied enterprise of domestic, the data contained printing equipment energy use, emissions and product characteristic was obtained. By using the method of expert advice and factor analysis, clean production evaluation indicators and index system was determined.

High-rise buildings in China has developed rapidly in recent years and problems such as construction and vertical transportation have been paid close attention more and more by society. The safety project management objective system mentioned in this article has comprehensively considered the characteristics of high-rise construction and vertical transportation and provided a comprehensive evaluation system for vertical transportation equipment for high-rise construction, which may be used for guiding equipment selection and optimization of equipment use. Meanwhile, the study results are applied in practical project to verify its effectiveness and practicability, so as to guide the enterprises to reasonably select and use vertical transportation equipment for high-rise construction and to realize the integration benefits of the project.

To guarantee the run effectiveness of the quality management system(QMS), a comprehensive evaluation system of the QMS’s effectiveness is brought forward. In the evaluation system, first the evaluation flow chart is set up; Second the evaluation index is given out; Third the evaluation result is given out by the calculate of the grey integration evaluation arithmetic. The organization can find out why the effectiveness of the QMS is weak and establish improvement measure from the comprehensive evaluation result.
