Measurement device for rotary kiln axis demands high positioning accuracy, considering the disadvantage of its complex way of measurement and its wired transmission, an on-line measuring method of rotary kiln using the one-point measuring method at each rotary kiln support is put forward. On the basis of it, a wireless transmitting and receiving hardware system is built, and a software is designed to send the information to the PC using the short distance wireless transmission techniques, then the fitting center of the whole axis is formed. The advantages of the method are that measurement and calculation method is simple, and the information transmission is fast.

AbstractIn process industry control, process data is critical for both control and fault diagnosis. Timely detection of outliers and mutation point in process data can quickly adjust control parameters or discover potential failures throughout the system. Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional mutation point detection method, such as the detection time delay and not being suitable for the process industrial data that mixed outliers, this paper proposes a mutation point and outliers detection method that is suitable for the grinding grading system using the wavelet method to analyze the “Efficient Scoring Vector.” In this algorithm, to distinguish between outliers and mutation points in the detection process, we propose a detection framework based on the relationship between Lipschitz index and wavelet coefficients. Under this framework, the detection algorithm proposed in this paper can detect outliers and mutation points simultaneously. The advantage of this is that the accuracy of the mutation point detection is not affected by the outliers. This means that the method can process grinding grading system process data containing outliers and mutation points under actual operating conditions and is more suitable for practical applications. Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed detection method are proved by simulation results.

Design a kind of basis weight instrument based on wireless transmission technology, which adapt to the basis weight measurement and control system. Show the hardware and software structure. It uses C8051F353 as MCU, and uses CC1100 as wireless communication chip. The instrument can control the scanning bracket to detect paper’s basis weight on line automatically, or remote manual control. It may connect to wireless sensor network, or integrated in DCS. The precision is high to 0.05%. It can be used to detect all kinds of paper and board by using different radiate source.

Accurate detection of the feature points of the projected pattern plays an extremely important role in one-shot 3D reconstruction systems, especially for the ones using a grid pattern. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a grid-point detection method based on U-net. A specific dataset is designed that includes the images captured with the two-shot imaging method and the ones acquired with the one-shot imaging method. Among them, the images in the first group after labeled as the ground truth images and the images captured at the same pose with the oneshot method are cut into small patches with the size of 64x64 pixels then feed to the training set. The remaining of the images in the second group is the test set. The experimental results show that our method can achieve a better detecting performance with higher accuracy in comparison with the previous methods.

Abstract Tourist services represent a category of services in which the inseparability of production and consumption, the inability to be storable, the immateriality, and last but not least non-durability, induces in tourism management a number of peculiarities and difficulties. Under these circumstances the development of medium-term strategies involves long-term studies regarding on the one hand the developments and characteristics of the demand, and on the other hand the tourist potential analysis at regional and local level. Although in the past 20 years there has been tremendous growth of on-line booking made by household users, the tour operators agencies as well as those with sales activity continue to offer the specific services for a large number of tourists, that number, in the case of domestic tourism, increased by 1.6 times in case of the tour operators and by 4.44 times in case of the agencies with sales activity. At the same time, there have been changes in the preferences of tourists regarding their holiday destinations in Romania. Started on these considerations, paper based on a logistic model, examines the evolution of the probabilities and scores corresponding to the way the Romanian tourists spend their holidays on the types of tourism agencies, actions and tourist areas in Romania.

Waste load allocation for rivers has been a topic of growing interest. Dynamic programming based algorithms are particularly attractive in this context and are widely reported in the literature. Codes developed for dynamic programming are however complex, require substantial computer resources and importantly do not allow interactions of the user. Further, there is always resistance to utilizing mathematical programming based algorithms for practical applications. There has been therefore always a gap between theory and practice in systems analysis in water quality management. This paper presents various heuristic algorithms to bridge this gap with supporting comparisons with dynamic programming based algorithms. These heuristics make a good use of the insight gained in the system's behaviour through experience, a process akin to the one adopted by field personnel and therefore can readily be understood by a user familiar with the system. Also they allow user preferences in decision making via on-line interaction. Experience has shown that these heuristics are indeed well founded and compare very favourably with the sophisticated dynamic programming algorithms. Two examples have been included which demonstrate such a success of the heuristic algorithms.

Background: Winding deformation is one of the most common faults in power transformers, which seriously threatens the safe operation of transformers. In order to discover the hidden trouble of transformer in time, it is of great significance to actively carry out the research of transformer winding deformation detection technology. Methods: In this paper, several methods of winding deformation detection with on-line detection prospects are summarized. The principles and characteristics of each method are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method as well as the future research directions are expounded. Finally, aiming at the existing problems, the development direction of detection method for winding deformation in the future is prospected. Results: The on-line frequency response analysis method is still immature, and the vibration detection method is still in the theoretical research stage. Conclusion: The ΔV − I1 locus method provides a new direction for on-line detection of transformer winding deformation faults, which has certain application prospects and practical engineering value.

In recent years, with the development of communication technology, embedded computing technology and sensor technology, it has become increasingly mature. Micro sensors with sensing, computing and communication capabilities have appeared in large numbers and developed rapidly, making wireless sensor networks widely used. People put forward higher requirements for the accuracy, reliability and flexibility of the image acquisition system. The image transmission system using analog technology not only has low image quality, but also has a serious waste of system resources, is not easy to form a complex network structure, and has poor functional scalability. In view of the actual needs of the current image acquisition and wireless transmission system, based on embedded technology, image acquisition, processing technology and network transmission technology, this paper proposes and designs a low-cost, high-reliability embedded image acquisition and wireless transmission system. Experimental tests show that this system has reasonable design, high video coding efficiency, good image continuity, stable operation, and basically realizes the display, storage and playback functions of the collected video data. Improve the transmission rate of the system and reduce the distortion caused by compression in terms of image compression. At the same time, it supports multiple image resolutions, frame rate options and multiple video formats, and the system’s transmission rate can adapt to the state of the network. This design fulfills the basic requirements of an embedded image acquisition system based on network technology, and provides a good foundation for the next development of a gigabit network-based image acquisition system.
