The Von Neumann Model on national economical system is investigated. A new discrete-time input-output model on national economic system based on the classic Von Neumann Model is provided and the stability of this kind of model is researched. This new system belongs to the singular system. By the new mathematic method, this singular linear system will not be converted into the general linear system. Finally, a sufficient stability condition under which the discrete-time singular Extended Von Neumann Model is admissible is proved.

The classic Leontief model on industry manufacturing process is investigated. A kind of discrete-time singular dynamic input-output model of industry manufacturing process based on the classic Leontief Model is provided and the stability of this kind of model is researched. By the new mathematic method, the singular dynamic input-output system will not be converted into the general linear system. Finally, a sufficient stability condition under which the discrete-time singular Extended Leontief Model is admissible is proved.

This paper is devoted to investigating the stability and stabilisation problems for discrete-time piecewise homogeneous Markov jump linear system with imperfect transition probabilities. A sufficient condition is derived to ensure the considered system to be stochastically stable. Moreover, the corresponding sufficient condition on the existence of a mode-dependent and variation-dependent state feedback controller is derived to guarantee the stochastic stability of the closed-loop system, and a new method is further proposed to design a static output feedback controller by introducing additional slack matrix variables to eliminate the equation constraint on Lyapunov matrix. Finally, some numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

A stochastic Von Neumann model to describe companies’ input-output process on mobile services is provided. Through the theories from input-output economics, an extended singular stochastic Von Neumann model on mobile service is researched. The problem of stability of this kind of stochastic Von Neumann model on mobile services is researched. A new mathematic method is applied to study the singular systems without converting them into general systems. The parameter uncertainties are considered. A new stability criterion for the extended stochastic Von Neumann model is given to ensure the stability of input-output model.

In this paper, the robust D-stability problem (i.e. robust eigenvalue-clustering in a specified circular region problem) of linear discrete-time singular systems with structured (elemental) parameter uncertainties and delayed perturbations is investigated. Under the assumptions that the nominal discrete-time singular system is regular and impulse free and has all its finite eigenvalues lying inside a specified circular region, a new sufficient condition is proposed to preserve the assumed properties when the structured (elemental) parameter uncertainties and delayed perturbations are added into the nominal discrete-time singular system. When all the finite eigenvalues lie inside the unit circle of the z plane, the proposed criterion will become the stability robustness criterion. An example is given to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed sufficient condition.

In this paper, the stability robustness of linear discrete-time singular systems with structured parameter perturbations is investigated. A new sufficient criterion is presented for ensuring that the linear discrete-time singular system remains regular, impulse-free, and asymptotically stable under structured parameter perturbations. The presented criterion is proved to be less conservative than the existing one reported recently.

The paper proves the thesis about the excessive complexity of Russian legislation and the negative impact of this on the stability of the economic system to various threats. The approaches to improving the quality of financial legislation by using various means of automation of the legislative process are considered. It substantiates the conclusion that it is necessary to create a software product that allows you to process texts to ensure translation from a formal language (the language of legal acts) into a natural language (common) and vice versa, for more effective legal regulation.

As a constitution, the Indonesian Constitution of 1945 regulates how the national economic system should be arranged and developed. In the perspective of constitution, the implementation of sharia economy does not mean the state directs a particular economic ideology. Philosophically, the ideals of Indonesian economic law is to initiate and prepare the legal concept of economic life. Shariah economy has a strong foundation both formally shariah and formallyconstitution. Formally shariah means the existence of shariah economy has a strong foundation in Indonesian legal system. Formally constitution means, in the context of the state, Shariah economy has a constitutional basis. The existence of laws relating to shariah economy shows that the Indonesian economic system givesa place to the shariah economy.

This chapter is concerned with closable and closed operators in Hilbert spaces, especially with the special classes of symmetric, J-symmetric, accretive and sectorial operators. The Stone–von Neumann theory of extensions of symmetric operators is treated as a special case of results for compatible adjoint pairs of closed operators. Also discussed in detail is the stability of closedness and self-adjointness under perturbations. The abstract results are applied to operators defined by second-order differential expressions, and Sims’ generalization of the Weyl limit-point, limit-circle characterization for symmetric expressions to J-symmetric expressions is proved.
