The use of information technology to promote teaching reform is an important idea for the current school education reform, it is to improve the quality of teaching specifi c measures, especially new requirements is needed for colleges and universities as they continue to expand enrollment and teaching resources. Way to make full use of limited resources, use more scientifi c management methods and teaching methods, improve work effi  ciency, ensure the quality of teaching, improve the eff ectiveness of running a school, has become an important subject of university research. The application of computer in teaching management is the key to realize the scientifi c and modern teaching management. To improve the quality of teaching, we must grasp the various teaching links. The examination is an important part for the students to test the eff ect of learning. Objective evaluation of the students as a means of curriculum construction is also an important part. In the school teaching work, the traditional test questions management is usually in the form of questions or test paper set, and design manually by teachers, which is large, and complex. The automatically generation system for test paper integrated the traditional manual volume, which solves a lot of problems, such as avoid unnecessary duplication of eff ort, saving the human resources and time; the use of scientifi c measures to evaluate and evaluate the diffi  culty of harmonizing papers, the eff ective quality of test papers; and a signifi cant reduction in the probability of missing errors in the test paper, reduce unnecessary trouble

Since Lubuge hydropower station began to introduce the project management system, it has been greatly contributed to the efficiency of domestic hydropower project management. But the traditional and extensive management method is usually used at present. With the rapid development of computer technology, information technology, network and communications technology and their widely application in the information management for hydropower construcion, the information management process of hydropower project is significantly accelerated. From the gridding management theory in urban management system, based on the traditional management means, the concept and principle of gridding management theory is introduced and applied in the management for hydropower construcion, in which all items of hydropower project are worked as research subjects with the contract as a link so that the management level is more meticulous and the management objects are more precise. The whole spatial grid of hydropower construction is subdivided into a grid-based unit as the smallest unit and the method of full information is used to complete the refined management of grid units with their various attributes such as contract attribute, progress properties, investment properties, cost attributes, security attributes. The purpose is to achieve a refinement of construction management for hydropower project by means of grid-based meticulous management.

Abstract Doing good does not necessarily imply doing well for a company. Ironically, in the case of green products it can even be quite the contrary. Deliberately enhancing a product with environmental benefits to make it more appealing may actually lead to a decrease in consumer interest because consumers suspect that quality was reduced on other dimensions. Even explicitly stating that the company cares about both the environment and quality is not sufficient to overcome consumers’ skepticism, according to our experiments. Fortunately, there are ways to communicate environmental improvements successfully. Companies improving a basic product feature like making something more eco-friendly should either position the improvement as unintended or emphasize that the primary goal is improving the quality of the product. Focusing on eco-conscious market segments also helps to avoid harm and might even be beneficial. Improvements on dimensions that are not inherent to a product’s composition, like fair trade or other social benefits, turned out to be less critical in the experiments.

Scenarios for Evaluating a Semantic Project Management ApproachKnowledge regarding closed projects is not sufficiently reused while planning new projects to improve the quality of project management processes. The reason is that current project management systems mainly support the ongoing project phase and do not explicitly consider the initiating and closing phase of a project management life cycle. By implementing semantic technologies within an existing open source project management system, these weaknesses can be improved. This system incorporates and links historical project knowledge that contributes to a more effective setup of upcoming projects. To design, develop and implement such a system we conducted interviews with IT companies regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the project management systems in use. On the basis of the interviews we identified three scenarios, which deal with the most common problems of project management, such as consistent data storage and how to retrieve information. These scenarios, described in this paper, are used as requirements and to evaluate the designed prototype.

Green construction originated in the 1980s, and attracted the attention of the construction industry with its social and environmental benefits. The implementation of green construction has changed the traditional project management objectives. Compared to the traditional objectives which are simply concerned with economic benefits, those of green construction are concerned about social and environmental benefits and pursue long-term benefits and contribution to society and environment. As a new trend of development, green construction has difficulties with its dissemination. The survey taken by this article indicates that the main difficulties in dissemination of green construction in China are: high cost, lack of the government’s support or incentive policies, unfamiliarity with green technologies, lack of codes and regulations, and lack of awareness. Finally several suggestions are given to overcome the difficulties.

The civil engineering construction is a very complicated production activities. In the whole construction process need to consume a large amount of manpower, consume a large amount of materials, use a lot of equipment, also need to deal with complex technical problems a lot. So this is for the civil engineering construction project management have strict requirements. This paper from the quality control, schedule control, cost control three aspects of the civil engineering construction project management analysis. Quality control Construction quality is the foundation of project management work, is the basic requirement of the construction of the project. Have important influence on the quality of the whole construction quality of engineering quality control. Because the civil engineering construction comprises a plurality of procedures, quality control is usually divided in time for the preparation of construction quality control, the quality control of construction process and quality control of completion and acceptance of three stages. Preparation of construction quality control of the main content is: each enterprise carefully check to participate in the project entity construction qualification, including professional subcontracting subcontracting, materialsand material suppliers; according to the basic principles of quality management, review project quality plan, quality requirements, implementationplan, including examination, treatment and other sectors to establish quality control preliminary scheme;, once appear quality problem, can quickly take thepreliminary scheme, guarantee the quality of the whole project.
