Corn-Seed Modeling and Simulation Analysis Based on Shape Features

Based on the shape features of corn seed, this paper proposes the modeling method of manual combination of eight spheres, which constructs the analysis models for corn seed Ji Feng 218 and Chang Dan 228 with the purpose of better simulation of corn seeds. Furthermore, another analysis model for Chang Dan 228 is also built with reference to the four-sphere combination method. The comparison between the simulation results from these two models demonstrates the feasibility and superiority of the model of combination of eight spheres.

Established the dynamics simulation analysis model of crane hoisting mechanism based on the theory of dynamics in Adams software, and then through the three dimensional model of lifting mechanism dynamics entities, the constraints, load, drive can be added, the motion law can be defined to simulation analysis the change of the force of wire rope, the change of displacement, velocity and acceleration of lifting weight in the lifting process. On the basis of the simulation results, it can make a great improvement for the structure of crane and provide a meaningful theoretical reference for the hoisting machinery innovation design.

This study aims to create a numerical analysis model which can investigate the interaction between pantograph and overhead contact line used for railway vehicles, and validate the simulation results according to EN 50318 standards. Finite element analysis models of pantograph and overhead contact line are created using SAMCEF, a commercial FE analysis program, and mean, standard deviation, maximum and minimum values of contact forces are obtained. The simulation results are validated according to EN 50318, and the reliability of SAMCEF as an analysis solver of railway vehicle’s catenary system is discussed.

In order to verify and analysis the theory model of direct drive system, the methods of computer-aided modeling and simulation analysis in Simulink and Simscape environment were presented. Based on the theory model of direct drive system, simulation models were constructed in two kinds of different environment, the model building and analysis process were detail introduced, the simulation results were compared and experiment verification. The simulation and experiment results showed that the relative error of time domain response of simulation results under two kinds of environment is within 4%, the relative error of frequency domain response is within 4.5%. Comparing simulation results under Simulink environment with the real test results, the relative error of time domain response is within 20%, and the relative error of frequency domain response is within 15%. The consistence and correctness of the two methods are verified, the proposed methods can also be applied to modeling and simulation analysis of others Mechatronic servo system.

In order to reduce the adverse effect of suspension point dynamic load on pumping unit system, according to the suspension point balance principle of conventional type pumping unit, the suspension point direction balance designing scheme is determined. Take CYJ10-3-37HB pumping unit as research object. Establish the virtual prototype simulation analysis model of conventional pumping unit by suspension point direction balance before and after the balance. Through the contrastive analysis of simulation results, the effect of load reduction and energy saving after the pumping unit by suspension point direction balance is determined. The simulation results show that the reduce rate of pumping unit maximum polished rod load is 29.4%, the reduce rate of RMS torque is 15.8%, the load reduction and energy saving effect of suspension point direction balance is obviously. It laid a theoretical basis for the suspension point direction balance device in engineering practice application.

In order to solve the problems of transducer design, Modeling and simulation analysis carried out, establishment of spring stiffness, damping piston, the piston stroke, and the relationship between the system periods. In the simulation results on the transducer have been studied, analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that: The system designed matches with the actual requirement.

Airport of Rahadi Oesman in Kabupaten Ketapang Kalimantan Barat represent the main and important gate for air transport in Kabupaten Ketapang, where this airport own the strategic role in service activities of this transportation even for domestic transportation or regional. Activity in Airport of Rahadi Oesman in a few this the last year has growth so fast growth, so that felt the infrastructure and also available facility in this time have is not adequate again to support the growth rate of air traffic in this airport. In the plan development of facility of air side and also land side of the airport require to be conducted an analysis model of trip generation or attraction of passenger and goods. These models need for the prediction of mount the growth of passenger and goods/cargo and estimate the amount of passenger and aircraft movement in the future pursuant to aircraft characteristic that to be used. The models used for prediction of passenger and goods in this study are Trend Analysis Models consisted of linear regression trend method, exponential regression trend method, and polynomial regression trend method. Besides model of trend analysis, in this study also analyzed Market Share Model. Result from third model then compared to one another to obtain the most appropriate model. Pursuant to analyses result obtained that the best or most appropriate model is Model of Trend Analysis.Model for the attraction passenger is Y = 21,18X2+ 6181X + 5788 by R2= 0,922.Model for the generation passenger is Y = 128,3X2+ 7515X + 4965 by R2= 0,907.Model for the passenger of transit is Y = 795X2+ 561X + 3361 by R2= 1Model for the cargo movement is Y = 2468X2+ 41054X 28341 by R2= 0,918.

Craps is a simple dice game that is popular in casinos around the world. While the rules for Craps, and its mathematical analysis, are reasonably straightforward, this paper instead focuses on the best ways to cheat at Craps, by using loaded (biased) dice. We use both analytical modeling and simulation modeling to study this intriguing dice game. Our modeling results show that biasing a die away from the value 1 or towards the value 5 lead to the best (and least detectable) cheating strategies, and that modest bias on two loaded dice can increase the winning probability above 50%. Our Monte Carlo simulation results provide validation for our analytical model, and also facilitate the quantitative evaluation of other scenarios, such as heterogeneous or correlated dice.
