In this study, social housing policies developed for the housing needs of the poor citizens in Turkey and the Netherlands were examined. In this context, the aim of the study is to compare the extent of social housing policies implemented in Turkey and the Netherlands by presenting both countries policies on this subject. Another goal of this study is to develop suggestions based on research results. Most important roles in determining the social housing policies in Turkey belong to central administration. In the Netherlands, the central administration has transferred its authorization to local municipalities and housing associations. The data obtained were analyzed with the Maxqda data analysis program. At the end of the analysis, similar and different aspects of social housing policies have been presented. As a result, although there are similarities found in housing finance, it has been observed that there are different policies in terms of housing supply. In this context, policy transfer is a recommended approach that will contribute to the solution.

Many studies have begun to develop the concept of cracked soil. The results of research related to cracked soil are able to answer the irregularities that occur, such as the difference in the results of the stability analysis which is considered safe with the conventional bishop method, while the conditions in the field are landslides. Swelling soil is soil that is susceptible to changes in water content. This type of soil is very prone to cracking. To build infrastructure on the swelling soil type, an improvement must be made, one of which is by mixing the swelling soil with biopolymer. The results of this biopolymer mixing are then modeled in the New Slope Stability Analysis Program (NSSAP) 1.0 which refers to the concept of cracked soil. From the analysis, it was found that the slope safety factor before improvement with biopolymer was 0.305 and the safety factor after improvement with biopolymer was 2.006. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the role of biopolymers in stabilizing swelling soil is quite large, which is around 558%.

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic bank revenues and Conventional Bank Revenues on bank profitability (a case study at BRI Syariah and BRI Conventional). It uses scond data obtained by documentation and literature methods. The samples are quarterly data revenues received by BRI Syariah from 2012 to 2019, quarterly data of revenues received by BRI Conventional from 012 to 2019, and quarterly data on ROE of Bank BRI from 2012 to 2019. The data analysis program with the multilinear method regessionand with help of Eviews program. The results partially show that Islamic bank and conventional bank revenues doesn’t has significant profitability effect to profitability of Bank BRI. Simultaneously, Islamic bank and conventional bank revenues do not significantly influence Bank BRI profitability. The magnitude effect of Islamic bank and conventional bank revenues on Bank BRI profitability is 0.06 (6%), and the remaining 11-0. 06 = 0.94 (94%) can be explained outside of this research model.

The pile foundation supported on a structure can generate large horizontal loads due to earthquakes, high winds, and wave actions. The behavior of piles when subjected to horizontal load is generally analyzed using the p-y curve and “p-multiplier (Pm),” which is the coefficient of the group pile effect. In this study, the p-y curves and Pm were calculated by analyzing a single pile and group of piles arranged in 3 × 3 installed in cohesive soil using the finite element analysis program, Plaxis 3D. The soil resistance (p) increased as the undrained shear strength of the clay increased and the distance between the pile centers (S/D) increased. In the case of the group pile effect, when Pm was closer to the center of the group pile, the distance between the pile centers was smaller, and Pm was less due to the interference effect of the adjacent individual piles. In conclusion, it was observed that Pm is affected by the location of the individual piles and the distance between the pile centers.

This study aimed to analyze the revenue of clearance tax in Palestine between the years (1997-2019), and to demonstrate the impact of the clearance tax crisis on the gross domestic product in Palestine. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach. And used the statistical analysis program STATA and SPSS 23, the study found that there is an effect of clearance revenues on GDP, and that an increase in one unit in clearing revenues leads to an increase of 4.319 unit in GDP, and that there are no statistically significant differences in GDP between the years that a crisis occurred and the years in which there was no crisis attributed to the clearance tax, and the study recommended reformulating economic understandings with Israel, the most important of which is the Paris Economic Protocol, and try to separate economically from Israel and push for the independence of the Palestinian economy, and reducing reliance on clearance tax revenues in financing the general budget due to the control of the Israeli occupation using it as a means of pressure on the Palestinian Authority.

In this study, the use of musical elements in the recitations of the Qur'an is examined within the framework of the concept “taghanni” in the light of historical data, lexical information, and technical findings. The concept of “taghanni” (reciting in a melodious voice) is expressed as an indispensable element of the Qur'anic recitation in the hadiths "He who does not recite the Qur'an with taghanni is not from us", “Allah never listens to anything as he listens to a prophet with a beautiful voice chanting the Qur’an aloud”, “Allah the mighty and sublime, never listens to anything as he listens to a prophet chanting the Qur’ân” which are the most important hadiths of the Prophet about the recitation of the Qur'an. Within the framework of these hadiths the use of music in the recitation of the Qur'an (taghanni) will be a very correct step for the Qur'an and humanity to meet, get closer and finally merge. The concept of "taghanni" in the Qur'anic recitations, identical and contradictory meanings and interpretations of the concept, and its jurisprudence are analysed. The existence of taghanni in the recitation of the Qur'an is revealed through the recitation of the verses of Âl-i İmran Surah 190-194 with the help of the piraat sound analysis program. In the same verse sample, the core information about the inner music of the Qur'an is presented. Our study has an importance in terms of handling the Qur'anic recitations musically.
