With the development of national fitness activities, stadiums with all kinds of standards are established across the country. The functions of illumination and refrigeration inside stadiums have applied electricity. In order to save the consumption of energy, keep the sustainable development of society, as well as reinforce the consciousness of environmental protection, the thesis designs a set of novel light guided automatic lighting system of solar energy. The system realizes indoor illumination with controlling system. In the daytime, the system uses optical materials with automatic following lighting for indoor illumination, while uses stored energy of storage battery provided by daytime solar panel for LED illumination. The solar cell also provides energy for daytime automatic following lighting device. This device can take full advantage of solar energy to deal with the problem of energy waste, as well as proposes a new idea for energy conservation and emission reduction for stadiums.

Considera-se a energia um dos principais pilares do padrão de vida das sociedades modernas. A energia é fator essencial para o desenvolvimento, pois tem capacidade de ampliar a eficiência e o rendimento do trabalho humano (Sachs, 2012). A adoção de energias alternativas tornou-se fator de segurança para o desenvolvimento sustentável (DS) de vários países (Romano, 2014). A partir deste entendimento, a pesquisa objetiva identificar as variáveis relacionadas aos cenários prospectivos da energia solar fotovoltaica, no estado do Ceará, a partir da perspectiva do DS. Para tanto, faz uso das dimensões do DS (Social, Cultural, Ecológica, Territorial, Econômica e Política), propostas por Sachs (2007, 2009) por considerar, assim como o autor, que as dimensões produzem um desafio para a elaboração de políticas públicas, e da noção de inovação sustentável. Foi desenvolvida pesquisa exploratória, de onde foram extraídas subcategorias de cinco entrevistas, com suporte em roteiro semiestruturado, realizadas com especialista do setor de Energia Solar Fotovoltaica, com suporte na Análise Temática de Conteúdo. Como resultado da codificação, foram identificadas 40 subcategorias que relacionam a ESF ao DS. A pesquisa revelou que a ESF se destaca como inovação sustentável e estratégia viável para o DS. Investimento em processos educativos favoráveis à adoção de outros padrões consumo, bem como amplo envolvimento de governos e empresas no alinhamento dessas estratégias na superação de entraves relacionados aos custos, à segurança política, à mão-de obra qualificada, por exemplo, representam caminhos para uma ampla disseminação da ESF no Estado. ABSTRACTEnergy is one of the main pillars of the standard of living in modern societies. Energy is an essential factor for development, as it has the capacity to increase the efficiency and performance of human work (Sachs, 2012). The adoption of alternative energies has become a security factor for the sustainable development of several countries (Romano, 2014). Based on this understanding, the research aims to identify the variables related to the prospective scenarios of photovoltaic solar energy, in the state of Ceará, from the perspective of the DS. To do so, it makes use of the dimensions of sustainable development (Social, Cultural, Ecological, Territorial, Economic and Political) proposed by Sachs (2007, 2009), for considering, as well as the author, that the dimensions produce a challenge for the elaboration of public policies, and more of the notion of sustainable innovation. Exploratory research was carried out, from which subcategories of five interviews were extracted, supported by a semi-structured script, accomplish with a specialist in the sector of Photovoltaic Solar Energy, supported by the Thematic Content Analysis. As a result of the codification, 40 subcategories were identified that relate the ESF to the DS. The research revealed that the ESF stands out as a sustainable innovation and viable strategy for sustainable development. Investment in educational processes favorable to the adoption of other consumption patterns, as well as broad involvement of governments and companies in the alignment of these strategies in overcoming obstacles related to costs, political security, to qualified labor, for example, represent paths for a wide dissemination of the FHS in the State.

To realize effective coordination between economy and energy as well as environment, Chinese government has set out a comprehensive objective to achieve 4 times GDP growth with only 2 times energy consumption and 10% emission reduction by 2020, hence the sustainable development strategic planning for energy is particularly vital. Based on the analysis of international environments and domestic conditions of energy development in China, this article has made a more systematical and deeper research in countermeasure for solving those identified problems. Finally, a series of in-depth strategies and suggestions on sustainable development for China’s energy are put forward.

Before the Copenhagen Conference china had made a solemn promise that the unit GDP emission of carbon dioxide would drop than 2005 40%~45% before the year of 2020. To achieve this goal, at the same time in order to realize the sustainable development of the whole society, our country is actively travel commitments, and is working to promote automotive industry’s energy saving and emission reduction, green development. Through the use of lightweight materials, is an effective way to achieve vehicle energy saving and environmental protection. Although in the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", we have obtained partial victory in the course of promoting the application of automotive light materials, but in comparison with powerful countries of the automobile, automobile enterprises of our country is still at the starting stage. In this paper, firstly, the main difference between China's automobile enterprises in lightweight materials application with multinational enterprises is described, and then the main reasons are analyzed. Finally, on the basis of this, some countermeasures and suggestions are given.

Shenyang heating is still mainly coal-fired boilers in winter. The heating planning and district heat-supply detail planning should be made on the basis of city heating present situation. Adjust the unreasonable heat source and the energy structure, rearrange the unreasonable urban heating supply network, and plan the urban heating scientifically and reasonably. Control the emissions of coal-fired boilers indicators, strengthen the optimization of the efficiency of coal-fired boilers, to achieve the national energy saving and emission-reduction standards, and to promote the sustainable development of city heating.

Therefore, optimizing transportation form of the road transport, strengthening energy conservation management, is of great practical significance to improve the efficiency of energy utilization, to protect environment, to facilitate the sustainable development of society.This article combined with the relationship between drop-and-pull transport and energy saving and emission reduction, used the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the effectiveness of energy saving and emission reduction of drop-and-pull transport.

The ceramic industry is known as an energy-consuming and high pollutive industry. In order to meet the requirement of sustainable development, It is imperative to implement technology of energy conservation and emission reduction in the ceramic industry. Based on the production process in the architectural ceramic industry, this essay primarily discusses various energy-saving technologies, energy conservation and emission reduction, and construction of the low-temperature-fast-firing remodeling project flow chart. By analyzing the relevance of related technologies, it is hoped to make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of the ceramic industry.
